If you get work done here ask for tj! He was so nice and was honest and fair about pricing and was so genuine. Most car places try to rip you off but I felt like I was in great hands at west end. If I need work done, I will defiently be bringing my car back here!

Great experience. I called this guy on the phone he didnt know me from Adam and couldnt have been helpful in helping me figure out what was wrong with my Chevy Silverado. He didnt have to do that but he did anyways. I highly recommend this business for all your automotive needs. Honest and knowledgeable to say the least!!!!

Went to them for a rusted exhaust. They did a great job REPAIRING my exhaust with a new muffler, which is all I needed, not a full and expensive exhaust system. Car was clean and as I left it when dropped off. I work on my own cars to a point. I will definitely return to them when needed. Great job and good communication at a very reasonable price.

These guys know what they are doing. I gave up finding an oil leak on my 2007 Murano. They found the leak, naturally fixed it, and even did an oil change with synthetic oil for a very fair price. They will do all my mechanic work in the future !/17/2019 Dan D.

All i can say is ask for tj. Hes straight forward. Tells you how it is. Yes the over price things alittle but hes a great worker.

Charged me $30 for a job not completed, then blew me off after I tried to follow up three different times. I know $30 isnt much, and its really not about the money- more like the young man couldnt just be honest with me... whether he couldnt make the repair or just didnt want to do it. Its a bummer I wont be using them ever again after having taken my car to them for the last few years.

Took my car there and was told that he was pretty sure what was wrong with it but wasnt sure. So I brought the car home after spending $400 and its still not fixed.
