They sent me information in the email before my appointment to help me find the place easier. Had no trouble locating the building. The lady who took my fingerprints was very nice and knowledgeable. the whole process was smooth and fast. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Also if you want to reach them by phone, theres always someone there with helpful information.

Getting fingerprints taken here was faster, easier, and simpler than I anticipated. It was an amazing experience overall; the office is very clean and organized, staff are professional and kind, and prices are reasonable. 5 stars all the way!

None of the phone numbers go to a person or an active voicemail! Ive been impressed by this company! When I had such a hard time reaching them they reached out here and when I called back Everything went perfectly!I made my appointment for the next day. Got there a little early, not more than a 5 minute wait and I was in. The machine they used is Much better at reading prints than the one used at another place earlier this year And this place was almost $30 less than the other place! I think the young ladys name was Vereene- a sweetheart! Friendly to chat with and conducted the whole procedure smoothly and quickly- certain fingers are hard to get but theirs only had 1 finger that had to be done again.I have to get my prints done for DBPR licenses and I highly recommend this company to do yours! Results to DBPR in 2 or 3 days! Awesome service company!

I completed a Fingerprinting service via appointment at Safe Sky Fort Lauderdale FORT LAUDERDALE, #1 East Broward Blvd Suite 700 Fort Lauderdale, Fl. 33301 location. My service was completed by staff member “Vernee”.Unfortunately, that level of service received by staff, “Vernee” was not well. The staff “Vernee” was rude, disrespectful, and impolite. I am disappointed because I selected Safe Sky via a referral, noting an excellent customer service experience. To say the least, my first experience was undelightful. Staff “Vernee” demeanor was plainly observed as being in an upset mood and the staff member even squeezed my right index finger by applying severe pressure while pinching my finger and stated “Stop moving and relax”, as if “squeezing” my finger was a way to reprimand me for failing to meet her expectations of “keeping still”. The staff “Vernee” then forcefully thrust my finger away upon completion of the ink fingerprint service. Bad experience.
