Went here to get my ring resized after having my Son. They had to resize it twice because both times failed. They blamed it on the integrity and thinness of the ring but I never had any issue with my wedding ring until after they resized it poorly. Real gold, real stone, and it was ruined. Very disappointed.

If you dont go to Alpine for your jewelry, youre making a mistake! They are the best around! They make everything so easy. They found exactly what we needed and are so helpful! Working with Scott and Riley was AMAZING! I wont go anywhere else except Alpine!We ordered the ring for my fiancé and when it came in just 2 weeks before the wedding it didnt fit! Riley was on the ball, figured out where the hiccup was l, worked with the ring company, and got us a new ring STAT. The ring came in with plenty of time before our wedding day. I am so grateful for these guys!

These guys are absolutely amazing. I have been to many jewelers stores around and no one has gone to the extent to help me out as much as these guys here. Their selection is amazing but I gotta say what stands out the most is their customer service! Scott, Rhett, and the rest of their staff are amazing! I’ve bought 2 rings from here and every time it was a pleasant and easy experience. The second ring I got they shipped to me since I live out of state now and the owner scott was so helpful he sent me pictures of different options and called me to discuss everything to get it exactly how I want it and it all came out beautiful and the clarity of the diamonds he has are top notch. Recommend buying from them in state or even out of state.

Prompt service and knowledgeable staff. They also took the time to explain what needed to be done to clean my pocket watch and why. I did go online to find out more and it looks like pocket watches also need oiled on occasion. So I plan on going back when that needs done.

I called to find out how much it would be to replace. Come to find out, my ring has a lifetime warranty! Not only did they repair it, they checked all the other prongs, had it cleaned, and back to me all in the same day! Having ring shopped for quite some time in Eastern Idaho, Alpine Jewlers is by far the place with the great selection and the least pushy staff. When it came to my wifes wedding ring, the Dimond didnt fit the set. They had it custom made to fit everything we wanted. I have also had some bracelets fixed here. My experience from our engagement/wedding rings have been amazing. Any problems we had were corrected with no issues. One even corrected by setting a new diamond within under an hour. My ring was sized correctly the first time and everything turned out beautifully. I would make the trip from Pocatello to purchase jewelry from Alpine again!! My experience was wonderful. The employee that helped me was very kind and gave me a 10% discount for not having the doors unlocked on time. This saved me $15! Even though it took the employee a minute to find the crystals I wanted, he was very nice about it.

When the owners are the ones shaking your hands, and asking if theres anything that they can do for you, it definitely says something about their committment to the customer. Both Scott and Kevin were wonderful to work with, and I wouldnt hesitate to send friends/family straight to them. Ive been to several jewelry stores in the area, and have never been treated as well as I was at Alpine.

Alpine Jewelers has easily the best selection of rings in the area. Hands down. We were kindly greeted at the door and shown to the rings. Unlike most places in the area, we didnt feel pressured to buy. I didnt feel like our salesman was only thinking about his commission check. And, with 2 years of free financing, you cant beat it. We also noticed a small flaw in our diamond and took it back and got it replaced with a higher quality one of similar value in a quick process. I wouldnt have purchased a ring anywhere else.BUT, the only reason theyre not getting 5 stars is that I hate how I cant make my ring payments online. Thats really my only bone I have to pick.

The salesperson I dealt with was knowledgeable and honest. The quality of the jewelery for the price was a good value. I found my wife a beautiful necklace and they found a set of earrings that matched and the total price came in under my budget. I had never been into Alpine Jewelers before, but I was in Ammon, and needed an additional link put in a bracelet, so I went in. I asked the man working behind the repair counter if he could add an extra link to make the bracelet a bit larger. He took a quick look, and snapped back that he didnt have anything that would work, the bracelet was too heavy, and told me to just use an old shoelace to tie it together.All he needed to say, was that he didnt have anything that would work, without adding his sarcastic comment. That was rude and unnecessary. I will never go back to Alpine Jewelers, and will make sure all my friends know what a low class, inferior jewelry store it is. They have absolutely no idea what customer service is!I have been a customer of Ingrams for over 20 years, and have always been impressed by their quality merchandise and their outstanding customer service. I will never go anyplace else. I thought I may have saved some time by going into Alpine Jewelers since I was right there, but will never make that mistake again. This is a review of their customer service only and poor isn’t low enough. My family and I have a long history with Alpine Jewelers including my wife’s wedding ring and a plethora of misc jewelry, although slightly over priced I patronized them for their service and integrity: I no longer will.For my birthday my sweet heart wife brought Alpine Jewelers my Citizen watch asking that the crystal and band be replaced. They told her that it would take about 6 weeks and cost roughly $100.00. After a grand total of 20 WEEKS and $120.00 later I got my watch. During my 20 week wait I experienced nothing but sheer frustration. I was led to believe my watch was in 2 different places at the same time multiple times, I was told the parts were on back order multiple times and I almost always received the run-around when I’d call. I’m from Blackfoot and drove to I.F. several times concerned about my watch’s where-about and they couldn’t even tell me a proper time line for the watch (i.e. brought in X date, shipped to Citizen Y date, parts back ordered Z date, etc etc). Unhappy with my service I requested to talk with the “manager” who, I felt, just blew me off and didn’t take my concerns seriously. I also requested that I be called with a simple update (i.e. “Hello Mr. Sorensen, your watch isn’t ready”) weekly multiple times and I never once received a call except when they called to tell me it was done; the first time. I again drove to I.F only to find out it wasn’t done. The second phone call I received was them telling me it was done; the second time. I scheduled my watch pick-up when the “Owner” would be present because I wanted answers. On the 6th trip to I.F. I finally got to see my watch and pay full price for the repair and to have my talk with the “Owner.” After voicing my concerns and frustrations he told me that this happens on a regular bases with “watch repairs” and showed no resolve in fixing the problems or remedying the astoundingly huge gaps in poor communication. I told him my weekly phone call idea and how a 30 second call every week would have kept me appeased and he flat out told me that that would never happen (at least he was honest and frank). I told him I would never do business with him again and I would ensure that I would refer anyone I could away from his operation. He again showed little concern and didn’t even offer a discount on the watch repair. This review is literally the 4th or 5th review I’ve ever written which should tell you I was really not happy. Please don’t patronize them.
