Ive been to nicer places for a Harley dealership than this place.

Just popped in to look around; there were surprisingly very few bikes on the floor — as in less than 15. There was a good variety of merch and gear though.

Could not believe when I saw 25 dallor hats with Harley Davidson on the front an china on the tag,American greed is alive an well at that company, there are folks in the US that would love to make them but wouldnt do it for a dollar each,Id rather have a sister in the whole house than a hat from china

Carolina Coastal is one of the few Harley dealerships left that as soon as you walk into the show room they welcome you for just being there. They want you to feel comfortable for stopping in. We ended up buying a brand new Street Glide there because they were willing to not only work with but for us. Jeff G was able to track down the exact bike we wanted and gave us an out the door price before we even came in. The first thing he did was bring the bike outside to show off the true color. Not once was there any pressure or any uneasiness. Going throught the paperwork, Jeff made sure to show us every step and made sure to explain it and even showed us the paperwork from finanacing and allowed us to pick the terms that worked best for us. When we needed a minute to talk about our decsion, he patiently waited until we were ready. We didnt come bck in and see him working on another deal or track him down. Jeff G and Carolina Coast just made some very happy loyal customers! We had a friend come with us and once we had purchased the bike, our friend said wow, i should have shopped dealerships. Ill be coming here from now on even ifs out of the way. Carolina Coast also has a huge selection of parts and apparel. If you want to buy a Harley but havent liked the high pressure or no cares given attatudes given at other dealers; go visit Carolina Coast HD and expeirence the difference!

I bought a harley which I love but my very 1st experience with this place with this bike is horrible. They lost my bike info out of my hard saddle bags while they had them off. When I call them to ask them about it all I got was the manger being defensive right out the gate. I had to ask a few times to get him to ask about it for me which he said he would and call me back. Never called me back either way. Everything was in there when it was dropped off. I called to ask to talk to who ever was head of this dealership but agian got a push back an never got to talk to there manger. Which everyone has a manger unless you own the business. Which when you are a paying customer and there is issue that the department manger cant take care that is the next step. This isnt a good way to start out. the 1st visit with your bike to be serviced. - REPLY ( It was the way he handles it from the beginning with the 1st call all together. My wife could hear him they way it was handle. He never made I call back to me. Like I I told him things happen. Things can fall out of them when you open them to take the 2 thumb latches loose. His 1st statement was defensive when I called instead of customer service. Plus no follow-up at all. He acted like he was a big deal to go look and ask around. O as a customer shouldnt have had to convince him to go ask. That should have been his 1st response not being defensive. Like I stated my wife could hear him also. )

Dont buy from this location or Beach House on Hwy 17 (owned by the same people) they will lie to you and mislead about used/dealer owned bikes about warranties and other things supposedly included with the bike.

Just Looking but it would be nice to enjoy these again. Selection was low for trikes but big show coming out with 2021s new line up. Clean, helpful and curtious staff.

Great dealership. After my bike accident they took care to get all the info to my insurance company. They wanted to get me started on my next bike. I want to see what 2021 brings.

I work in customer service so I hate bad reviews but I came in today looking for some Christmas presents for my dad who is a Harley lover. I wasn’t greeted and I was questioned by a lady. She was not friendly and didn’t help me the rest of the time. The 2 girls at the register had someone on the phone and was too busy to see me standing right there to speak to me and make eye contact. I had 1 men’s shirt, 1 woman’s, and another woman’s in a small. I asked if the men’s and women’s shirt could be bagged. One was for my mom and was one was for dad. She put it in one big bag and didn’t wrap it. I asked the girl at the wrapping station if she could do one in each box since they were for two different people. The other one was for myself and I had it in a separate bag in my hand. I sat in my car for 20 mins while she wrapped 2 boxes. The boxes were no bigger than 10X5X5. Was hoping for a better experience:/Also literally NO one that worked in there had a mask on...

This HD Dealer, is nice and friendly, and the folks that work there are VERY HELPFUL. I did not buy my trike there, but wanted to send picture anyway.

I’ve been dealing with these folks since 2006 and been very pleased. Ben is the guy to see in the service department. Whenever I go there it is like visiting friends. I like the fact they have many functions at the dealership especially during the summer.

Really cool dealership great service good selection of clothes and Harley stuff. Took our bike in to be worked on call 2 other dealers that said they were booked up Carolina Coast HD said bring it in and well start work on it tomorrow afternoon which worked for us since we had the day off work and that rarely happens.

Just bought a Softail Slim S and the entire experience was great. The people there were kind, respectful and helpful. If your looking to buy a new bike I defiantly recommend you check them out. I delt with John Celli and recommend working with him.

Purchased about $400 worth of parts and was sold the wrong parts for my bike even though I gave the model number of my bike. I live 3 hours away from the dealership. Instead of shipping me the correct parts with a shipping label to return the parts, they asked me to cover the cost of returning the parts up front and THEN they would send the correct parts. Then they would offer a “discount” for the cost of shipping even though I already paid for the parts up front. Not sure how that’s going to work. I called at 5:55pm today to ask where my new parts are and was told the parts department was closed, even though they close at 6:00.

Buying a bike here was flawless. They rescued me from another dealer, no hassle, easy to buy. I left there as happy about the experience as I did the bike. If you are looking to buy a bike I have to suggest that you try Coastal. After being in so many dealerships over the years and watching many of them becoming used car lot types, this was refreshing. A big thanks to the sales manager, Jeff and the Parts Manager TJ.

Not like it use to be where sales people use to come up to you and try to help I was there for 40 minutes and no one asked me if I needed help.

I just moved down to Wilmington and bought my first HD from a private owner. Had to bring it in today for service and was extremely impressed by the Service dept. It came in on the hook and they were able to get me in and repaired within 90 minutes. Top notch and at a great price! Thanks Vince!

Ive been to other dealerships where they try to push you to a certain bike or they will try to rush you into buying a bike without any real conversation or understanding. Today he helped me go over a lot of the new styles and options of every Harley they had available as I have been out of the loop of the newer style for quite some time. Although I did not purchase from there today, I would come back as well as recommend anyone to visit and check them out.

Went in Saturday just to look around and well I ended up going home with a new Harley lol they even took some money off the deal being it was a late model 2019, went as far as delivering it to my house a few miles down the road so I wouldn’t have to look for a ride up there to take it home Cody def went the extra mile for me I will def be a repeat customer in the future

My husband and I rode are Harley to NC from Ohio. Half way here are air shocks went out on are 2015 ultra classic limited. The Coastal Harley shop got us in right away and fixed the problem at no charge under our warranty. It will make the rest of our trip and ride home much more comfortable. This is a customer-friendly business with professional staff and service. The store is well stocked with inventory and a huge selection of bikes, gear, accessories and HD merchandise. And if youre on a budget, they have a room full of discounted goods. Down to earth people and a great store.

The worst Harley shop on this planet. The owners are not bikers they are plumbers from New York. High price for new bikes and parts. Rude unfriendly owners and most of the staff.
