Both moved their business to him and are enjoying the service which he provides and products which he offers.

Mr. Joyner was extremely rude and unpleasant to speak with. I asked him to confirm an email address for another agent within his agency and he refused to cooperate. I only wanted to confirm that the email address I had was correct prior to emailing a sensitive information document regarding a client’s policy, but Mr. Joyner’s response was less than professional behavior. It is appalling to witness an agent of such a respected company behaving in such a manner and I find it hard to believe that State Farm would knowingly employ such an insensible, abrasive, and unprofessional agent.
