Jay and Adam have been awesome throughout the entire process of transferring my two businesses to their agency. My previous agent never (not even 1 time!) stepped onto my property in 10 years. After hurricane Florence, I discovered how under insured I was in some areas and over insured in other areas (ie paying for equipment coverage on pieces that were too old).They were onsite multiple times and went over every detail of what was covered and what I am paying for. I have better coverage, an agent that cares about my business and saved thousands of dollars!During the aftermath of a disaster is NOT the time you want to find out that your insurance coverage was wrong! Mr. Berry, my agent, is highly experienced, knowledgeable and researches your needs. By this, I mean he will contact everyone necessary to get all details and is persistent until has all info. He takes time to explain, in my terms, verbiage that is confusing to me. He has saved me a lot and at the same time, my coverage has increased. Many of us are simply underinsured. If nothing else, talk to him to understand your own insurance needs.

I’ve called several times within the past 2 weeks!! No response what so ever. Called today and spoke to Danielle Johnson which is the first time I’ve talked to since she didn’t return my call two weeks ago!!! They are no HELP at all!!!!

Once you get past the “receptionist” (Monica) all semblance of competence disappears. They don’t call back when they say they will. They provide glaringly incorrect information; when prompted that they may be in error they advance persuasive rationale why you are mistaken, that is until they get you very close to losing your insurance coverage (even when you’re in good standing and have had the policy for years). When you’re faced with this scenario they give additional instructions that require a great deal of work. When you’ve done most of what they have said it becomes clear this, too, is all wrong. It’s not possible to imagine how they could made things worse but Im confident I only scratched the surface of their ineptitude. BTW, they have a number of locations; I didn’t look carefully but they don’t seem to have many reviews and none that are favorable.
