Been a member of farm bureau for about 11 years now and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. When we needed to file a claim it was done so in a timely and professional manner. Our agent, Hunter Cockrell was able to review our policy recently and save us a substantial amount of money this coming year which we are grateful for.

Abby Reese goes above and beyond! She took time to review all current policies and make suggestions on what we should have to protect our assets. After this thorough review and a quote we transferred all our insurance to Farm Bureau. Over all she was able to save us money AND provide more coverage. It is nice to have a local agent that you can call directly and gets back to you promptly. So many horror stories after Florence of folks calling 800 numbers because there isnt a local accessible agent/office.

Brian Pace and Farm Bureau did an exceptional job for me and my family. He worked with my lender to make sure we had the coverages we needed and was very good at keeping the lines of communication open to ensure we had a full understanding of what coverages we have, what the deductible options were and where our exposure was. We also switched our automobile coverage to Farm Bureau, primarily because of Brian’s hard work and profession service. We could not be more pleased and give Brian and his team excellent marks for knowledge, quality and customer service!

Theyre friendly but have a strong uncompromising policy of not picking up the phone or returning calls or emails. This was just to give them money. I cannot imagine how hard it would be to get money from them. The Leland branch is much better.

Have you ever paid a restaurant then get kicked out before receiving your order? Well if that experience hasnt occured for you than this is a perfect insurance company for you. Just pay for the service you expect to be provided and wait for you rates to go up indefinitely while you dont receive any of what you pay for.
