Amina Shade’s agency is by far one of the best. Their office Manager Candace is so friendly to deal with and so helpful. She even figured out why I wasn’t getting some of my statements from the postal service! Top notch service

AMINA SHADE IS NOT LIKE A GOOD NEIGHBORI am writing this review to advise people not to do business with the Amina Shade State Farm agency. She refuses to return phone calls, has real trouble answering complex insurance questions and will not follow up on the things she has agreed to do. The stress she and her group has caused me, because of their incompetence, is incredible. I asked Anima to transfer a car insurance policy from another agent to their group; that never got done. I asked them to amend my Home Owners policy to new levels of coverage: that never got done. This weekend i find out that an assistant in her office, Alex, cancelled my Home Owners policy for no reason. The policy was paid for on November 23, 2020 and in good standing. There was absolutely no reason, or authorization, for the agent to cancel the policy. Clearly, the problem was caused by incompetence and a lack of customer service in this group. Amina does not care about her customers and her assistance do not care about the customers. I will be filing a formal complaint with State Farm Corporate Office and with the North Carolina Insurance Commissioner. I strongly advise not doing business with Anima Shade. She will not serve you well .SHE IS DEFINITELY NOT LIKE A GOOD NEIGHBOR.

We have been working with Amina for many years and completely satisfied. She has asked many questions about our insurance needs to better understand the service to provide. She had explained how the policy works as compared to the Wind & hail policy. This proved to be very beneficial when we did experience damage from a recent hurricane. Highly recommend her for your insurance needs

Amina Shade has provided outstanding service on my house, car, and umbrella policies. When my parked car was hit by a driver who had insurance with another company, Amina contacted that company and followed up to advise me on choices for repair companies and options for car rental. She kept in contact with me all the way through until the repair was completed and paid for by the other insurance company. She is highly accessible and returns calls promptly. Excellent service and very helpful to her clients!

Amina and her staff are fantastic! We had a recent car accident that happened late at night and within an hour of me filing the report with State Farm, Amina reached out to me to make sure everyone was ok and offered any and all help.
