This agency has a history of billing for services they did not provide. Like many other reviewers we cancelled our policy through the Lagomarager Agency and they continued to bill us for their services.Read the other reviews. Im not the only person to have had this problem with the Lagomarager Agency.They like to play this game where they delete all the service dates from the invoice and send out a summery page claiming that you owe them money. See the picture Im posting of the false documentation they provided my wife and myself through the mail. There are no dates for services, no information about the services they profess to have provided and are requesting compensation for, nothing other than a blank invoice for a random amount of money. Im going to need to do what others have done and contact the state to solve this issue.Dont walk away, RUN! This is not the type of company you should be working with.

They’ll charge double for you having insufficient funds and not tell you that they charge DOUBLE the amount the next month even after you paid the amount that caused the insufficient funds..... Ridiculous!

Amanda Card at this office is AMAZING. I had an unfortunate circumstance where a previous homeowners claim had resulted in two claims, making me seem uninsurable. She worked with so many people across the Allstate company to resolve my issue and consolidate the claims since it was actually only one! Thank you so much Amanda, I was getting worried it couldnt be fixed. I have insured 3 homes and 2 vehicles multiple times due to cross country moves. They sure make it a lot easier.

We recently purchased a new car. Tammy looked at our current policy and suggested a couple of changes and that we think about an umbrella policy. Tammy crunched the numbers and found that we could reduce our premium on our current auto policy while upping the coverage. We were able to purchase the umbrella policy and still came out about $300 a year cheaper than before. Tammy was professional, diligent and friendly. Working with her was a real pleasure.

Soon to be moving into the area from out-of-state, I had to work remotely over the phone with people to understand required coverages, and differences between state requirements requirements. Terrible service. After my policy nearly doubled in costs, I switched to another insurance company. 6 months later, they tried to bill me almost $900 for a policy I never agreed to have nor paid for. Normally, I would have been cancelled but they tried to back bill me. I got the state Insurance commision involved and got them straight. Shame on them for trying to rip off people. Any insurance agency is better than that. Kudos to the NC insurance Commisioner for bringing in some justice.

These were the worst people I have ever dealt with. They over charged me almost $40.00 a month for my car insurance and when I cancelled they continued to bill me even though I notified them of the cancellation When I refused to pay they sent me to a collection agency. I have filed a complaint with the state insurance commission
