My interactions with Chrystal Frays office have always been outstanding, and that has not changed. On September 27th, I called near the close of business and spoke with Account Representative Christi Franklin, who was courteous, professional and effective. I needed another copy of my Insurance Identification Card, which she immediately emailed to me; actually sent two copies. She also took the time to answer a few general questions I had. That close to going home for the day, a lot of employees would have been impatient, but that was not the case with Christi. Kudos to her for being an asset to State Farm. I look forward to a continued professional relationship.

The quote process was very smooth. Christi was very informative, prompt and professional in her communication. She met our families insurance needs and the icing on the cake was better coverage at a lower cost than my former policy which noone could beat in 17 years. I had an incident after just one week with State Farm and we were taken care of which validated our decision to switch carriers.

My husband and I are very happy with the rates and customer service we have received since moving all of our insurance needs to State Farm. I am in love with the Drive Safe & Save app!!!

I learned the importance of having your own life insurance policy independent of an employer the hard way. Chrystal was there to teach me and guide me toward finding the best policy for my best interests and that fit my budget. I am thankful.

I called to.file a claim and asked the rep why I had to pick from a handful of body shops and she responded you get what you pay for. Im not real sure how to take that!!! Is she trying to say I didnt pay enough for my Lexus or that I dont have very good insurance? Either way, I was a bit annoyed after having my car hit I had to deal with a bad attitude from the State Farm rep😡

Chrystal has been a great help to us in getting things resolved following Hurricane Florence. She calls even if its after hours and provides prompt and helpful service. Our cars and home are all insured with her at State Farm.

I live in Raleigh but use this location upon a referral from my brother. Chrystal and team are awesome. Ive never met any of them but they treat me like old friends. I have auto and renters insurance and ANY questions are answered with accuracy and care. I highly recommend this location for your insurance needs. Thanks so much.

This is a very good agency and I would recommend it highly. I recently had a very unfortunate misunderstanding with State Farm and I dealt with Lindsay who fought successfully to get my claim processed. She is the only thing keeping me with State Farm. She stood by my side and went over and beyond fighting for me. Kudos to Lindsay and Chrystal Freys agency.

Chrystal Fray has been our insurance agent for the last couple of years or so. I find her to be eminently professional and easy to deal with -- not a high pressure salesperson at all, and very informative. Weve never had a negative issue with her, unlike our first State Farm Agent in town (Don Bullard). Him, I hated. I dont think Im alone in that. But Chrystal is a sweetheart.

Horrible customer service. If I could give a negative star rating I would. Ive been with State Farm for over 40 years and this is the first agent we had that was totally non-committed to the customer. We are switching agents and possibly companies as soon as we can. State Farm seems to care more about the she-shed than real life people!

I think the name of the guy who my mom has been dealing with names Brett. Whoever he is he has gotten loud with her over the phone and keeps saying we missed a payment when we made 3 payments and they keep giving is excuses as to why they keep raising our insurance when we have never been in accidents. We are taking our business elsewhere after years and years. Just unprofessional and dishonest now.
