I am very sad and displeased with the inability to remove a 10.00 late fee. My mother has been a customer since 1988, yes I said it 1988. I took over the account when she was stricken with dementia in 2019. I had the account on automatic debit and forgot to update AllState with the new number when my card number was changed due to fraud. Prior to this, they were so caring and understanding of the sudden shift in my moms health. They bragged about how kind she was to them and how she would make arts and crafts for them and that she would stop by just to visit and say hello. My mom was loyal to this company even when other insurances were seemingly cheaper. The day that I thought loyalty and understanding and the appreciation should have been reciprocated is the day I realized its all about the all mighty dollar and my mother was just a number to them. OLGA, the lady that took my payment was far from understanding and it broke my heart.
