I have been with this agency for years! They have been so helpful with the claims I have had to make and finding me the all of the discounts that I qualify for! I have my home and auto with them and wouldnt think of switching because of the amazing customer service provided by the wonderful staff!

I was taken advantage of and was paying 120+ dollars. I went to another car insurance company and got insurance for 28 dollars a month absolutely ridiculous. I also called Tammy once and asked why my rate was so high and she told me it was the cheapest rate. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I do not recommend this insurance agent. I had to leave the company due to my rates being unreasonably high, and the agent being unwilling to readjust the policy after a few years with the company. I ended up switching to progressive, which is providing the same coverage for more than half as much. Than I was put in the situation where I was filing an investigation with the main company because this agent wanted me to pay for an additional month after starting a new policy with progressive. I would not recommend this agency, or allstate.

I called this office for a quote for auto insurance a few months ago and was pleasantly assisted by a gentleman in the office. He was so informative and made me feel like he truly had my best interests at heart enough to even tell me what to do to get a better rate when my speeding ticket goes away instead of trying to sell me on a higher price. I was really looking forward to doing business with this office next month. Well, there seems to be no one competent left in the office. I have left messages and emails for someone to get back to me and when I called for Tyler, I learn he no longer works there. Well the woman I talked to sounded like a country bumpkin hick that I wouldn’t trust with my last name let alone personal information to provide me with insurance, which if that’s who trained him then I don’t know if I can trust anything he said either. I have a friend who uses them for their insurance also who will be switching when there policy runs out because he said every time he calls, he feels like he has to pull teeth to get anything he needs and ends up having to go up to the office to actually get something done and always seem to need some kind of signature that want to mail him when HELLO it’s 2020, that’s what computers are for. People wonder why global warming is happening, because places like this want to kill trees instead of going green, but that’s beside the point. I have never been more disappointed in a business especially when my first encounter was so pleasant. Looks like I’ll be calling another company to cover all 8 of my cars.

As a long time customer of Allstate of over 50 years, I have always been totally satisfied with their service. I feel that Allstate through their representatives take care of all of our insurance needs. The claims that we have filed have been handled expertly, timely & totally professionally.I am a totally satisfied customer.

Local agent is great but represent a one star company. After 38 years with Allstate we are in need of some repairs but Allstate refuses to pay. What a waste of money.

Every time I have to file a claim because wilmington drivers are the worst, they always give me an unimaginable hard time to process the claim. As the saying goes, It takes 1 second to take your money but a year to give it back. Also the pandemic relief option is not a relif at all. You skip payments but will end up paying double the original monthly payment.

I just dont understand how other poeple can have four and five cars on their policy and pay either less or same amount I pay for one car that is pay for I been with alstate since I was 16 now Im 47 really want to leave but cant I enjoy the staff and I only keep it cause it was my grandmother policy the only thing I got left from her I really hate my my policy is so high

I had an issue with an adjuster after hurricane florence. After going to the office, i was able to speak to Tammy McNeil and she took care of the issue promptly. Had it not been for the way she handled this issue and got the problem resolved I probably wouldnt have insurance with Allstate today.

Tammy McNeills office is extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to get my auto insurance policy changed over from Texas to North Carolina and get my renters insurance set up very quickly.

Switched from Geico to Allstate for much lower rate and its the best decision I made in 2019!!

The people at this office are cool but Allstate as a corporation is trash. Theyll take your money in a heart beat but will make it extremely difficult when you need help. 10/10 do not reccomend.
