Was covered by Able for nearly 2 years. Customer service was excellent and they worked to find a policy that worked for me. While the rates were high, that was entirely understandable considering circumstances I was in and they still worked hard to find a policy that would work for my budget. I would highly recommend going with Able if you are having trouble getting coverage from more traditional providers.

Even with a few traffic tickets, or being an inexperienced driver, theyll give you a better price than the best known Auto Insurance companies nationwide! (Full coverage with $100 deductibles for comprehensive & collision is only $74.23 a month for me and Im 23!)

I’ve called 7 times. I’m at a car dealership and not a single person has helped me. 1 Out of the 7 calls someone answered me then hung up me when i said i couldn’t understand them.

They were not very clear on the fact that they were taking the money out of the account right away when in fact I told them I did not have the money in the account.

How was my review taken down? I meant every word I said.

MY INSURANCE WAS TOO HIGH FOR ME TO BE SUCH AN EXPERIENCED DRIVER WITH NO INSURANCE POINTS, MANY DISCOUNTS SHOULD HAVE BEEN AVAILABLE, BUT WERENT HONORED! THEREFORE I CANCELED WITHIN 5 DAYS, WENT TO A BETTER MORE CHEAPER COMPANY, BUT, WHERE IS MY REFUND????!

I was unsuspecting and hungry, looking for a burrito that was hot, fast, and cheap! Little did I know how that delicious wrap would shake up my world. While standing in line I made eye contact with the beautiful lady standing next to me, so I said hello.She said her name was Haley and that she was an insurance agent. My first thought was, Great, wheres your friend thats going to try and sell me a cell phone plan, dont you guys hang out in groups?, but my guard was soon let down as she seemed so genuine and energetic. Pretty soon I was picking her brain about the world of financial protection. Did you know 16% of drivers on the road are uninsured? When she told me that North Carolina is one of the top five states with the least expensive insurance I obviously wondered why I was paying so much and promised to come talk to her about my policy. Seriously! How happy am I?Haley is a dream to work with. She’s quick and she knows her stuff. Doesn’t hurt that she saved me %30 on my policy. I like to pay in person every month just to say hello. Sometimes I’ll be like “Remember that time at the burrito place?” Oh man we laugh about that...good times.

Glenda was such a WONDERFUL help in dealing with my old Progressive Insurance plan. Progressive had put me through the ringer and made me jump through hoops only to fail at getting me the appropriate coverage which resulted in them giving me a refund....followed by a collection letter!!! I tried but was unable to get the matter resolved which ended in my frustration so I gave up. When I was renewing my policy with Able, I told Glenda about my situation and she gladly got Jeff, the owner, involved and they offered to call Progressive themselves to help get the matter cleared up. I took my stack of correspondence to her and within a half hour, the problem was solved!!! She was very understanding and apologetic to my situation.
