This is one of the most beautiful communities I have ever lived in. The people are friendly. There are so many things to do here. Restaurants are close as is shopping of every type. Its a plus to live so close to the most beautiful beaches in the country. I love my apartment. The granite is beautiful and the location right across from the clubhouse cant be beat.

Staff at the reserve always goes above and beyond for the residents. Chris and Andi in the leasing office are fabulous and will go out of their way to help!

I stayed at the reserve for 7 months in a furnished apartment as I was transitioning my move to Wilmington. Reserve is a fantastic location to stay at, very convenient to shops, restaurants, beach etc. The facilities and amenities are standard and staff are generally nice. I had a good stay for most of the time but had a terrible experience with the Asst manager “Matt Kessler” at the community who leads the staff at the site. A very incompetent person with an “I care less” attitude, making very basic and repeated mistakes with billing and ended up wasting my valuable time. Despite repeatedly asking I was not given contacts of his manager, so had no option and left to deal with this person which soured my overall experience.

We needed a furnished corporate apartment while we looked for our home. The 3 month lease arrangement was perfect for us. Clean and conveniently located with all utilities included complimented by a very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend The Reserve at Mayfaire apartments. Friendly neighbors too!

I have been at the reserve at mayfaire for 3 years and i have enjoyed my time. I recommend the community for all whom are looking for a place of community, safety, fun and relaxation. I came to visit the reserve at Mayfair at the end of June I had the privilege of working with Matt Kessler who was Very polite and knowledgeable about the units. I truly fell in the love with the place and would have signed that day if it weren’t for job transfer being Postponed due to Covid. 10 out 10 Recommend. Just ask for Matt.

I love everything about life here. I can ride my bike to the beach every day. I can walk to the Harris Teeter and shopping and my friends will all come to visit me here in Wilmington.

Within any large community of rental apartments, there are bound to be occasional tenant issues.  Such was the case one day when visiting my father at The Reserve at Mayfaire.   The issue (between myself and another tenant) escalated to the point where the neighboring tenant visited the office, and my father was contacted.  The following day, my father and I visited the office to follow up.The result: Two words: Pure professionalism.  The Community Manager (Ms. Dori Hoover) graciously welcomed us into her office where we could consult privately.  From the moment we arrived, to the moment we depart, Ms. Hoover was courteous and attentive.  Professionally impartial, Ms. Hoover made us feel welcome and appreciated.  She even found common ground, off-topic interests we all shared to lighten the conversation.  Management was brilliant.As a visitor, I find the apartment community very attractive.  As a family member of a father residing there, I am pleased to know that management is professional and accommodating when needed.Michael Kerns

Fabulous place to live! From the first phone call I made, requesting to tour the Reserve at Mayfaire, the staff has been wonderful. I have dealt with Tiffany, Dori, and Erin; and they are all very helpful and go out of their way to take care of any questions or concerns. Maintenance has responded quickly and resolved the minor issue I had promptly and professionally. I moved here knowing no one in Wilmington and I have never felt alone or isolated mostly because of the office staffs helpfulness and caring. I love my apartment. It is right in the middle of many shopping, dining, and recreation facilities, and yet I hear crickets at night.... Its that quiet! The grounds are beautiful and clean. I feel absolutely safe and Im going to enjoy my new home for many years to come. Im so thankful to have found the Reserve at Mayfaire:)

The Reserve at Mayfaire is a great property. The apartments are very nice and roomy inside, and have all the amenities anyone would need. There is a big workout room with all sorts of equipment, and the mini theater is awesome. The pool is clean and large, and the pool area is very nice with lots of chairs. There is also a cool grill area for residence to use. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They have special events often, and those are a lot of fun. The property is just a hop and skip away from the Mayfaire shopping area, and in close proximity to the beach and downtown. It is a great place to have as your home base.

A beautiful community to live in that welcomes all ages! There are college-age students, families, and older couples, that mesh well together and make this apartment complex one of great diversity! The apartments themselves are comfortable, and fairly reasonably priced. Love spending time at the pool and grill, and staff is very personable.

I’ve been here at The Reserve at Mayfaire for over two years. The office staff is very helpful. I’ve made lots of friends here and enjoy the social functions they plan here. We love it here! You can even walk to shopping or dinner! One of the best locations in town. Very close to Wrightsville Beach!

I recently took a tour of the apartments at the reserve and was very impressed by this quaint little apartment community. Relocating back to the area my girlfriend and I wanted to be close to the beach and some of the more popular shopping areas and found this place was in the perfect location. The amenities they offer are fantastic and the apartments themselves are kept in excellent shape. The property staff there is also very professional and very friendly. Highly recommended!

I have 2 sons who moved to Wilmington (from the Midwest) and decided to share an apartment here. That was over 2 years ago. The Reserve at Mayfaire is phenomenal. The location is superb, the apartments are exceptional, the neighbors are great, the staff is helpful and friendly. Every time I visit them, I am thrilled with their choice of apartment complex. The Reserve at Mayfaire is like living at a resort. Lauren OConnell is the most knowledgable, helpful, and kind leasing agent I have ever encountered. Lauren goes above and beyond to make your leasing experience a breeze. She continues to be helpful after you move in. If an issue arises, she makes sure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible. We have lived here a year now and the experience has been awesome. The office staff and maintenance crew are the best — they have helped us so much with everything and are always accommodating, friendly and personable. Their response before, during and after Hurricane Florence has been way above expectations, from providing updates and inspecting apartments afterwards. Living here is like living in a resort— plenty of social activities, great amenities, and easy access to shops, dining and the beach.

I first moved to Wilmington In February of 18....from Maine! In searching for a place to call home I was so beyond Blessed to Find the Reserve...the resort as the residents here like to call it is like you are on vacation!!!The ground s are meticulous, the flowers are better than a 5 star resort and most importantly the staff is without question nicer than a Four Seasons!!!! This is a very nice, clean apartment complex that is full of amenities. The porches are very pleasant and spacious. If there was ever a problem, we only had to fill out an online form and it would be fixed the next day. The office is super nice and go out of their way to help. Free morning breakfasts, gym, pool, grill, movie theater, tenant appreciation parties, the benefits are great!

Not only is the staff kind and knowledgeable but the amenities remind me of a resort. The location is unmatched being that The Reserve sits actually in Mayfaire. Not only is this great for young adults, but somewhere I would feel comfortable raising my children.

This place is not that great, the amenities are by far not up to par. There are other apartment complexes for example mayfaire flats that have far better accommodations also a bell apartments location. The reserve looks like its a great place until you see the truth.

I have lived at The Reserve for a year and a half. I love it here. It has become home. Office staff are wonderful and friendly, maintenance is always available, and neighbors become friends.

We currently live here - excellent, upscale location, the grounds here are beautifully planted and maintained, the front office is friendly and attentive, and the apartments are lovely with gorgeous kitchens and attention to detail. The prices are slightly high, but in comparison to other complexes, the amenities are superior. The clubhouse is really pretty and we love the gym, movie theater, conference room, business center, and sitting areas. Breakfast in the gourmet kitchen is a nice touch, and the pool is magnificent! The only service we miss is valet trash - hopefully mgmt will consider that for a complex of this caliber. We really enjoy living here!

The apartment homes in Mayfaire are phenomenal. Very nice and high end. Plus they are right in the middle of all of the shops. You can just walk over to get some food, ice cream, a movie, some clothes, whatever you need! I really like the area.

My fiance and I got in a pinch because of hurricane Florance. The venue we had reserved was deemed unusable. After being introduced to Lauren at the Reserve at Mayfare Clubhouse. She made it happen. What a beautiful place and Lauren was an amazing hostess. Thanks You.

I have had several friends rave about how much they loved their time living at the Reserve. The property was immaculate, always! The staff is friendly and professional. And you cant beat the location for the price either!

Living at Mayfair was beyond 5 stars! Tiffany Buonicoti was great to work with when dealing with the move in process and throughout my year living there. All the staff is very nice, extremely clean common area with great amenities! My fiancé and bought a great house we couldnt turn down or else I would have lived in the Reverse at Mayfair much longer! My neighbors were friendly and everyone were very quite at night time. I felt safe at all times!! Great place to live!

I live here for 2 years, and I would give it 4 stars, HOWEVER, they had competitions for google reviews and yelp reviews with gift card giveaways if people posted 5 star reviews. This is something that should not be allowed to happen. Also, the front office staff are not the best to deal with and I had many issues when I moved out, including have to pay over half a month of extra rent at an increased rate because of a document-filing issue that they would not take the blame for. The traffic noises on Town Center Drive also were a reason for a 4 star rating, but again I an putting 2 STARS because of shady review-inflating practices.

Stayed here for a little over a year and would recommend it to anyone. Great amenities and they always have the landscaping looking nice.

My family and I have lived here going on three months now. The team here at the Reserve at Mayfaire have been considerate, kind, and extremely helpful with everything. It’s a pleasant change in today’s times to find people that on any given day welcome you with such delightful smiles.Like an extension of my family, they make me feel like they really care. In reality we know everything in life is not perfect, believe me I’ve owned six homes in my lifetime “lots of experience with things not being perfect!It’s just pleasant to knowing that we live in an apartment community that at least “early on” seems to be perfect in meeting all our needs. Example; the social activities, condition of the clubhouse and community grounds etc. In my 60s, I have not rented an apartment since my 20s “what a nice change!! Keep up the good work!

Mayfaire community is amazing - quick turnaround on needed repairs, lots of community involvement, beautiful grounds and apartments, close to shopping and restaurants - what more could you want?!

I have lived at The Reserve at Mayfaire for two years now and could not be any happier with the community. The amenities are better than most apartment complexes I have seen (pool, gym, daily catered breakfast in the clubhouse, monthly events etc.). The grounds are well kept by professional gardeners and landscapers—furthermore setting this place apart from most. The management staff are real kind and always on top of their game if you need anything or have any questions. One of the most admiring things about The Reserve at Mayfaire is how a majority of the residents are all close with one another. This is evident at the pool and club house. Residents of all ages interacting with one another and knowing each other by name. 5-Star community!!

The reserve at Mayfair is by far the best apartment complex and Wilmington in my opinion because the Mayfair shopping center is so close to the people at Mayfair are so friendly the staff and the residence they also have complementary breakfast Monday through Friday and Tiffany that works in the office is so nice also Dory and Aaron as well couldn’t be more happier than to live at the reserve at Mayfaire

I moved to the south in February of 2018...after reviewing many properties and finally stumbling upon The Reserve I was first blown away by the amazing Staff...they are without a question family now!!! The amenities are second to none, from the clubhouse which is like a 5 star resort to the pool area being like a Ritz-Carlton the list goes on and on...come see for yourself and you will surely fall in love with this place I i have!!!The lifelong friendships I have made here are priceless. Many apartments in the are office amenities however none offer the family that you come to know here with the residents...I feel so in love with this place that after the hurricane a friend in my bible study could not get married at there place of choice due to the storm!!! I offered them to check out the clubhouse at The Reserve and they loved it!! Now a wedding is taking place here!If your looking for home rather than just an apartment look no further and call The Reserve at Mayfaire your home you will be HAPPY you did!!!!

They gave us free pizza so I’ll give them a 5/5.But no really, these apartments are very nicely located in the Mayfaire area with an Uber abundance of restaurants and shopping locations just minutes away. The Beach is also less than 10 minutes away and there is an IMAX within a mile. Location is a 10/10.The apartments themselves are on nice, definitely an upgrade from the off campus student apartments I’d lived at before while I was a student at UNCW. Rooms are well sized with modest closet space. Rooms, at least in my case, have carpet floors. The Living room and kitchen area also is very well designed.Apartment Amenities include an Olympic size pool and a cool 26 seat movie theater, as well as on premise gym.The Staff has been kind and generous and we haven’t had any complications thus far.

The staff are horrible. No help from management, they do not care about you after you sign a lease. They are scam artists. They show you very nice apartments on the tour and then move you into an apartment that looks like section 8 living. You are only paying for location. The place is falling apart. Management lets others out of their leases and holds others hostage! They play favoritism. Fair & equal I think not! There is tape holding tiles together in the pool, gym equipment is outdated & needs to seriously be cleaned. Bathrooms by the pool are disgusting. The grill area is infested with flys. DO NOT MOVE IN THIS PLACE UNTIL THEY GET STAFF THAT CARES!

If I could I would give this place a negative 10 stars.Leasing office demonstrates a clear preference for a few residents. Their policies are flexible for a rare few. Which clearly is a form of veiled discrimination. Pool is never clean. Trash spews out of the compactor area. Sofas are left in the parking lot. Leasing staff makes false promises. One maintenance worker is aggressive and verbally assaultive.Is it any wonder ppl are moving as fast as they can?

Horrible place, looks can be deceiving. We had mold in our bathroom, cockroaches, weird and dangerous people living here, not safe for kids, we had rain pouring in our apt. Also had a bathroom mirror shatter into a Thousand pieces and was stuck in my bathroom. I could of died. Dangerous, dirty, and bad place to live.

Great staff & wonderful amenities for residents!

Costly to live there for what you get. Ends up being about 2200$/month for a 1500 (or less) sq foot apartment. The pool is nice and so is the grill, I havent been back since they finished the remodeling but I assume its nice. The gym is fantastic. I did run into some drunken redneck asshats in the pool once, I assumed they were visiting like me. Theres alot of teenage kids and young(er) people/ familys.
