I have lived in several apartments in Wilmington and hands down this has been my favorite by far. The apartment leasing staff, apartment life staff, and maintenance staff are all amazing. We have been here over a year and have renewed again. Maintenance request get addressed in a timely manner, apartment life staff host amazing events, and the leasing office has addresses any questions or concerns that have ever came up. This is an extremely dog friendly apartment complex and I get along and love all my surrounding neighbors. The grounds are kept clean and I have had no issues with amenities. The only thing I would think might be an issue for some people are a lot of the floor plans have the ac unit in the bedroom and it can be loud. It personally doesn’t bother me but, it can be loud.
Its been great so far. I enjoy the free coffee and the gym. Yall rock.Of note, its still an apartment so expect to hear your neighbors to a certain extent. The extent will be based on whether they have animals, happen to enjoy stomping, or if youre lucky, are fairly quiet.Lastly, this is a very dog-friendly complex. If you are someone who doesnt enjoy animals then you might not like this location.
I would like to give a shout out to the staff at Meridian at Fairfield Park. This is a stressful time and the staff goes above and beyond to reach out to their tenants.and to address their needs.I would also like to thank Will & Lauren Reagan whom have planned many creative events that are fun and engaging. The staff is excellent. Thanks again.Fondly,Debbie
Very pretty. Nice features and great common space and gym. In our top three choices of future homes!
Great staff, maintenance requests are handled almost immediately, and I love the small community vibe. I wish the gym was open 24/7 though
Very nice apartments. We love the community and the kitchen space.
I highly recommend this apartment complex. Its clean, maintenance is GREAT, and the apartments still look brand new. The office staff is also wonderful.
Love the decor and the ambiance. Many friendly neighbors here. Staff is polite and helpful. Its almost like being on vacation at a timeshare. Great pool area and gym. Many different events held in lobby area.
I’ve been here for a little over 6 months now and my experience has been nothing but amazing. The staff is so understanding and cooperative with the residents, all requests are completed within 24 hours and the community is something special! Great place!!
All staff and residents are super nice and helpful. Only been here a week but I already love it. Everything is kept so clean and neat. All The amenities are super convenient
I wanted to wait until near the end of my lease term to write a good review so I hate that I have to write this one now. Meridian was great for the first few months that I lived here and I feel like I had finally found somewhere that I could start my post-grad life in Wilmington at and grow in. I have lived in properties managed by Bell Partners in Wilmington my entire time in college and had little to no problems in their housing aimed at students. I moved here because not only did I want a nicer apartment from a company that I trusted and knew, but to also get away from all of the craziness that comes with living near a college campus since I was starting a new chapter in my life also. The clubhouse, pool, and other amenities are top notch, but I feel like the expectations from resident to resident can be different depending on the situation. When touring I specifically asked if it was likely to have loud neighbors, because I know that in most apartments you can often hear other tenants once they reach a certain noise level. Once again, I was used to this and didn’t mind it every once in a while, but made it clear that I was interested in living here because it seemed like a community that enforces noise violations and quiet hours, and that is what was told to me when I toured. Info on this was even given to us on our welcome sheets as well as our lease when we moved in, so I felt good knowing I moved somewhere that understands that some people just want to come home to their apartment and relax after a long shift at work. We have made the office aware of several instances where we felt our neighbors were being excessively loud during early morning hours and we are constantly met with the excuse that “they are a family and have children” from the staff as well as our neighbors themselves. It has been at least 6 months and it appears that no action has yet to be taken simply because there are children in the unit, which is unfair because it would not be that way if a unit without children was constantly receiving noise complaints over a 6 month period. The only times I have had peace is when they are not home or I leave to go somewhere else. I know for a fact that there have been times where the excessive noise was from multiple adults past the quiet hours outlined in the lease in a two bed unit but they have children so I guess we have to suck it up for the remainder of our lease and listen to people stomp around and yell at each other all times of the day and into the night. It’s sad that a place marketed as a luxury apartment community does not allow me to live peacefully in the luxury that I pay for month to month.
I love living at Meridian. We have been living here for a little over a year now, and Im so glad we found this community! Its quiet and well-cared for. The maintenance staff is great, and the office staff is very attentive and caring. As with any apartment community, youll hear your neighbors every once in a while but its never unreasonable and if you have any noise issues, the staff follows up accordingly once you let them know. Meridian is like a little hidden gem and I would recommend it to anyone!
You couldnt ask for more from a place to call home. The units are very luxurious, with high quality materials throughout. The high ceilings really help keep the rooms cool and airy, which is great on hot days. Even without the ceiling fans or AC on, I find the apartment is much cooler than outside. There is every amenity you could possibly want in the complex, including a fitness center, a coffee bar, a conference center, and pools. Staff are all courteous and helpful. Maintenance requests are addressed and resolved with astounding promptness. Prices of the units are very reasonable. I would expect a luxury apartment like this to cost twice as much. I feel very lucky to get to live in a place like this.
Beautiful. So upscale and friendly. Lovely landscaping. Staff seems very caring and knowledgeable. Lots of perks. Great fitness equipment and community center
Lived here for a year, staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Amenities are great! Grounds are kept neat all year round. Living space was roomy and beautiful. Highly recommend. Wouldve stayed if I didnt need to move closer to work!
I have just renewed my lease. My only problem was I was hoping for a lifetime lease but no such thing exists. I have a beautiful apartment. Last year I left the selection process up to one of the managers, because the building was not yet finished and I would not have known one apartment from another. I gave her my parameters and left the rest up to her. I trusted her judgement, explicitly. She could not have done a better job. Both management and the maintenance team are attentive, pleasant, warm and dedicated to making certain their residents are happy. The location is, absolutely, ideal; I am two miles from the Cameron Art Museum, an easy five mile drive to downtown and between two to fifteen miles of just about any destination I want to reach in the city or its general area for beaches, shopping, etc.The clubhouse is gorgeous, such a delightful setting for me to just go down to relax in the late afternoon; it is the best lit property I have ever seen; it is clean; the adjacent neighborhood is charming. All of the above were what I had in mind, when I requested a lifetime lease. There’s always next year. Hope springs eternal.
I had a great experience touring the property and completing the information to become a part of the Meridian at FP community! The apartment is great and the amenities are just what I was looking for. Allison is awesome!
Meridian has been a great place to live so far! The staff is extremely nice and maintenance has always fixed the few problems I’ve had quickly. The dog park is so helpful in letting my dog get some energy out with others. Would definitely recommend.
Fairfield is the best apartment I have ever had the pleasure of living in. Top notch facilities, courteous and professional staff. Very responsive maintenance in a quite, secure complex.
I lived at the Meridian for roughly about a year. The aesthetics of the property and units is what attracted me to want to live here, but do not let this fool you. Yes the amenities and design of the apartments were great, but all of these things didn’t matter after sleeping in my apartment the first night. The air conditioning unit, which was located in the bedroom was extremely loud. Not only is it a complete eye sore, (It’s about a 7 foot tall unit) but it turns on multiple times per hour, especially when it is very hot outside (which means most of the time) The sound was about 70 decibels which is loud enough to wake you up at night. It got so bad that I had to physically move my mattress into the living room to get a goodnight sleep. I couldn’t even go on to my balcony because the outside of the unit faces the balcony and it is about 10 times louder. After speaking with the leasing office, they were able to relocate me to a new unit, except this unit was in the living room instead of the bedroom. But then a new problem occurred. I could not hear the TV when the AC turned on and I would have to turn the tv up about 10 and then down again when the AC turned off. I talked to the maintenance people about it and they said it is like this in all units it is either in the bedroom or the living room so you will have to deal with it in someway no matter what apartment you live in. Unfortunately I could not recommend living here due to the extreme annoyance and lower quality of life due to extremely loud air conditioning.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this community. The leasing staff, as well as the maintenance staff are outstanding. All communication was very prompt and any issues are handled almost immediately. Elena Tenzel in particular, made my stay very pleasant. She and her team always greeted me with a smile and warm greetings. The community is quiet, clean, and centrally placed for the beaches as well as downtown. My only small issue with my apartment in particular was that the a/c can be a little loud when cycling on. If you’re contemplating on moving in, this is a decision you won’t regret!
Really truly, we have greatly enjoyed our year and a half at this apartment complex. The only issues we have had are issues that you will find in any apartment complex and in comparison to the many other apartments we have lived in this one far exceeded the rest. The staff was really helpful when needed and they are quick to fix maintenance requests. Its a dog friendly place, since I love dogs we loved that. I would definitely recommend it and would say that it is the most comfortable for an apartment complex that it can be, all that was missing was a hot tub. Only reason we moved out was because we closed on a house!
Love it here!! Our complex is definitely a community.
Pretty nice place.Social area, dog friendly, dog park, lounging areas out doors, gym, pool, outdoor and indoor games, coffee and breakfast, lots of parking (at present), outdoor cooking areas, okay free WiFi, nice people. Straight shot down Carolina Beach Road to the beach(15-30 min, depending on traffic). In your apartment you have a small to decent kitchen, okay living room, nice sized bedroom and bathroom. The center island in the kitchen is awesome for working on projects!
Resort like amenities! The staff and maintenance were very attentive. I couldnt have chosen a better apartment complex; I loved living there.
The Meridian At Fairfield Park is the greatest apartment complex I have ever stayed at! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to call home!!
So far they are amazing and one of the few apartments in Wilmington thats mold free. This is due to good construction work. As someone with health issues due to mold, this place is restoring my health, after i almost lost hope. Thank you for building the apartments properly.
Fantastic community, terrific amenities, and a great staff. The grounds are in excellent condition too. One of the nicest places you could live in Wilmington, and Id recommend it to anyone.
I am so excited regarding the location and quality of construction of these new apartments. With the best amenities in town to the best of the best staff! You will only find expert friendly faces here. My new path begins and already calling this HOME!...
I was filled with anxiety while In the midst of my move from Asheville to my new home in Wilmington. The cure for my moving anxiety was my arrival at Merdian at Fairfield. Im blown away by every facet of Meridian at Fairfield.First, my one bedroom apartment is spectacular. New appliances and beautiful layout. Second, the amenities! Wow! The gym is spectacular; the pool is spectacular; the club house (w/pool table) is spectacular. Thirdly, the staff is incredibly nice and accommodating.Ive been here 4 months and am still blown away!
Wouldnt ever rent here again.1. The floors in our first floor apartment are like cement, extremely uncomfortable, had to wear shoes all the time.2. My husband had to go to the front office multiple times to inquire about fees on our account, which luckily he cleared up and we didnt have to pay. But for all the folks that dont pay their rent online, Im not sure how they would ever see those fees tacked on and be able to question them.3. We moved here from out of state, without ever seeing the apartment in person. Upon arrival, we were never given an official tour or information about living here. I found out many things just by hearing the office lady guiding potential residents around the grounds. For example, there is a thing called Poo Prints which we were never told about. (Its their way of making sure people clean up after their dogs). I had to go to the office and ask about it. Second, there is a complimentary breakfast a couple times a week, which we were never told about and I only overheard during one of the tours. And thirdly, I also overheard that you can switch apartments if you dont like the one you get. We were most definitely never told this.4. We were told by Tiffaney that our apartment was the only first floor apartment available, so we took it. Upon moving in however, the building was half empty. Over the next 6 months, we saw people moving in literally every weekend. Our apartment was right by the elevators, and directly in front of the garbage disposal. I assume we were given this less than desirable location because we hadnt seen the place. Im truly disappointed that we were mislead in this way. It would have been nice to have that information ahead of time.5. The good thing about this place is: if you put in a maintenance request it is usually taken care of very quickly. So that is my very honest review.
Such a fun place to live! The staff is amazing, and the neighborhood is beautiful!
Love these apartments! Awesome staff, pool, grills, dog park, and clubhouse! Def would recommend anyone! Affordable too!!!!!
