Not a bad area. Great parking. Close to major highways and home of the tax free shopping. My only complaint is with the tenants that move out and leave their pets outside before driving away. The apartment complex is not responsible but could help buy enforcing a no feline policy. Nothing against cats since I own 4 but this poor declawed feline misses it owner and a good meal. I hope the owner reads this. You must be a uncaring person but I bet your eating tonight and sitting safe in your new location.

I have been living here for 1 and a half year. The first year there was a young lady that was pleasant to talk to and deal with and ended up leaving to work else where. This past year has been a year from hell from the property manager and the assistants. They did not do a routine pest control until I complained for a week when the situation forced me to not eat in my kitchen for going on 3 months now. Then Im asking questions about lease issues and they are completely ignorant and uninformative not to mention they get way to smart. Proceed with caution if you decide to stay here.

One of the worst apartment complexes in all of Delaware! There are roaches and bugs everywhere. No dishwashers or microwaves ! The basement entryways to the laundry rooms are always flooded and its absolutely disgusting doing laundry here. The kitchens are old, the doors are all falling apart and they never change the rugs here. The leasing office is ran by a bunch of wannabe butch lesbians who couldnt run a lemonade stand yet alone a leasing office. When you walk up they have a sign that says voted best leasing office. They must of got the award from the deaf and blind association. Id rather sleep at a bus stop then rent from here again !

Worst place I’ve ever lived in. Disgusting ! There are large cluster black flies breeding in the walls then come spring time they come out of the ac vents. I would kill between 15 to 20 a day for about a month. Also, there are spiders 🕷 in the closets. Once a month an old creepy guy will come out to your apt (without notice) to spray the closets that’s how bad the infestation is. I used to wake up with bites all over me. BUGS BUGS BUGS
