Beautiful property, always very quiet, neighbors are polite and pool/grilling area is fun! I have lived here for 2 years and its one of my top 2 favorite rentals.

I have rented at Barclay Place for over 6 years. Its an attractive, pleasant, quiet community with four dedicated and friendly staff who respond promptly to maintenance issues. Landscaping and location are big pluses.

This property is extremely beautiful and really quite. I came here to visit and I was really impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff was with me as I do not live here I was just visiting. I would have to say their apartments are really spacious and well maintained. I was able to enjoy some long quite walks on this property (which surprised be because of the being in the middle of Wilmington). If you get a chance to check out this property you will not be disappointed!

The management has been on a downhill spiral for 13 yrs.No problem is addressed.and the complex is is showing the results.

Barclay Place is a beautiful, quiet and centrally-located place to live. Management is very responsive, the people are very nice and we have enjoyed our time living here.

Super nice place. Neighbors are always friendly to one another. Amazing dog park. Great tennis courts, pool, 2 lakes nearby and walking trails. What more can you ask for?

My wife and I have lived here for just over a year now and we don’t have many complaints. We love the location and up and coming are less than a mile away. In the past year they have redone the pool and new pool furniture. Every time maintenance is needed for something it is always taken care of ASAP which is within an hour or so. My one and only thing is that we understand these units are older but the floors upstairs could use some serious work (below the carpet), years of cleaning are taking a toll on the wood making them bowed and uneven and very loud.

We have lived here for almost 2 years and for the last 10 months we have been trying to get the office to pay attention to the Dog park. The answer after even speaking to a regional manager is to throw a ton of pine straw down and I quote This way the grass will not get over grown well that did not work because now you have weeds growing through the pine straw. We do not use the dog park any more due to not wanting to have our dog where fleas, ticks and snakes have a nice warm space to live. Since, no one uses it anymore I am sure that it will get extremely over grown. Very unhappy with the customer service that is being provided to us and do not try to go above to upper management because you will either get ignored or told about there budgets. Very sad that they do not care about your animals that are family members too.

One of the best apartment community in Wilmington, beautiful yards, peaceful neighborhood, resort style pool, friendly staff, cant ask for more, icing on the cake is the community kitchen with 🔥 place
