Darius is courteous and professional. Always calls ahead and makes sure we know when he’s done. No complaints thus far.

Darius needs a raise! He is phenomenal at his craft and is always willing to go above and beyond for the town home community. In addition to his profound work ethic, he is one of the friendlier and more genuine people I have ever known. Best of luck to Beau Rivage and its future endeavors!

Its a shame that I even have to give one star. We were rushed to move into a unit because they couldnt hold it more than two weeks. The place was absolutely disgusting upon move in. It reeked of cigarettes, there was ash all over the place, the AC units and ceiling fans were black, the carpets were sticky, the bathroom vanity was rotted, and the bathroom was covered in black mold. Oh did I mention there was also urine on the toilets from the last tenant? In the midst of a pandemic? When this was brought to management attention the answer was oh sorry, heres $100 rental credit. We fought for over a month for someone to address the black mold in the bathroom, and when they finally fixed it, the mold grew back within a week. No apologies, no nothing. I would never recommend anybody to move in here or any Tribute property.

Good communications. Problem resolved quickly. I called the office after submitting a request online because the problem got worse and the office contacted maintenance and response was great! If all maintenance issues go like this one, we will be pleased every time. Great job!

Just moved in to the Beau Rivage townhouses; Darius is the handyperson in charge of fixing any initial move in issues. All were minor but quickly taken care of by Darius; he was friendly, professional, and did a great job. So far, all is very very good! Very pleased with my experience so far!

I can’t believe they are asking me to review my maintenance request!!!! I have had mold for months with horrible communication from Lily in the office. And i still have it!!! I spent the day bagging my clothes and tossing things out that couldn’t be saved. 300 dollars in medical bills from the mold and I have to pay to clean everything. All my personal oil paintings, books, bags, vintage clothes a loss with no compensation, and a “no were not paying that” from the office manager Lily. Pay to move me to another unit!!!

Our maintenance man at Town Homes of Beau Rivage is excellent! He is quick and efficient and always very helpful. He is the best one they ever had!

Its hilarious you ask your residents to rate your service after you dont even repair their faulty ac and heat pumps. Its now freezing and I no longer care about not having AC but desperately need some heat for my children and I.Requests are marked complete when no repairs have been made. Resetting a breaker is NOT a repair.

The call for help was answered quickly and professionally. The technician quickly assessed the situation and made the repairs.

My maintenance experience went so well he was in and out within 10 minutes with both items. He was very professional and friendly. I love living here. I highly recommend Beau Rivage!

Way overpriced!!! Kind of like living in a place with a H.O.A. Other than that, a great place to live! Small and Close knit community, if that is something you’re looking for.

DL is wonderful! Does whats needed to be done in a very timely fashion. Always pleasant, professional & even tolerates my cat!

Mark and Matt are wonderful! My husband and I love it here and we never want to move anywhere else. Its comfortable and just enough room for the 2 of us. Would not want to live anywhere else.

Cant complain, new homes, staff have been on top of things when they have gone a bit sideways and to be honest that has only been once for the both of us. That was handle quick and without fuss. On site gym has been great, always almost empty, great equipment and Im now buff, Staff have been great as have our neighbors, though a little bit more dog barking as of late as this neighborhood is very dog friendly. Price wise it fits our budget, could of tried another property for cheaper and the same company, but this place is 5 minutes from the golf course so that did it for us.

I had grown used to the loud vent on my roof for nearly a year and thanks to the Beau Team and D.L., when I laid down last night, I thought something was wrong because I heard nothing but utter silence. I am amazed! Thanks guys!

I LOVE it here! It’s so homey and I have so much more room here than my last place! And everyone at the front office is so nice! 10/10 would recommend to a friend :)

Its a great community and the ac units in each room really help save on the monthly electric bill. Pool and club house are really nice. Managers are sweet and professional.

This is the coolest place! It actually looks like what is advertised online, but better!
