I have searched for the right place for me for awhile. I needed it to be safe and welcoming. I wanted lots of green space and not just asphalt. I wanted great landscaping and a place that carried high standards. I have not lived here long, but so far I have fell in love here and feel it meets my needs. I see myself here for a long time. Tim, the maintenance is great and the office workers are very sweet and meet you with a smile. I would recommend anyone to just drive through and you will find a clean and friendly place to stay.

Among all the amenities here, Tim (maintenance) is the absolute best! He works tirelessly around the clock to be sure that the tenants are taken care of. I cant say enough good things about him. He goes out of his way to help people at any given time. Jasmine in the office is great too! She always greets you with a smile and is super personal. Although I dont live here anymore. Im often here visiting friends that I made during my stay. The staff remembers me and still treats me like Im a paying tenant. PS.... give Tim a raise!!!!

Been here for 1.5 years. Worst complex ever. They have all packages delivered to the office. Yet they are never here. When you do show up, the manager is always on her phone taking personal calls. They have ONE dumpster for the entire complex. DONT MOVE HERE! This picture was taken almost 30 minutes after the time posted. I wouldn’t normally complain if this wasn’t a regular occurrence. I need my package. They take your mail hostage!

Close to Everything. The Beach. Shopping. Food. The College. The Hospital. Downtown Wilmington. Personal Gym. Movie Theatre Room. Fantastic Pool. This place is perfect. Couldnt be happier w living here. Love It

Loved the complex as a whole. However, when I applied it was never disclosed when you paid for a “co-signer” that they didn’t actually allow a co-signer so I paid $200 to apply. Then moving from a SISTER apartment that I lived a for 2 years and had perfect payment history, they didn’t approve me and when I asked for a partial refund since a lot of stuff was never disclosed the denied it. At this point they had already taken my money and said there was nothing they could do

Moved to Wilmington 2017 and rented site unseen. We are moving back to NH. It is bitter sweet! I have enjoyed living at Bellingham Park so much! The buildings are well maintained and the park is clean & quiet.What makes Bellingham Park so great is the on-site staff. Tim is the maintenance Supervisor and I think under appreciated. He is super great when there is a maintenance issue. Professional and is very knowledgeable and works very hard, always busy! Bellingham Park is so fortunate to have this dedicated individual as the Maintenance Supervisor. He is one~of~a~Kind! I hope Blue Ridge realizes that they have an exceptional staff !!!! Amber & Jasmin in the Office are amazing! Super kind and professional. I love that everyone is treated them same! When you first walk into the office building it is decorated beautifully with a view to the pool area. You are then greeted by two Southern Jems. Not only are the both beautiful but welcoming. Always professional and full of knowledge!! I enjoyed my time at Bellingham Park with all the amenities! I will miss it greatly.Thank you!RJP

We have been leasing a two-bedroom apartment for over 1 year. This is a good place to live. The apartment is well finished and well insulated, the kitchen is stunning, the walking area around it is very handy, the level of noise inside the apartment is very low, the property is well maintained and the manager, oh, the manager is the greatest, kindest and most efficient you´ll ever find (Paula). I feel truly comfortable here despite I hardly use the pool, the movie theater or the office. I know, I should use them more. I wish I had more free time. The only con is the garbage disposal: it is a compactor that smells bad sometimes when the weather is hot. I am glad the view to it is concealed by wall on one side and hedges on the other.I am writing this recommendation as a payback to the reviewers´community, who helped us find this place.

I gave one star because the grounds are covered in pet feces! Not only on the grass but I have seen it on the sidewalk a couple of times and it was never cleaned by maintenance!I have also seen human vomit and what appeared as pet vomit on the stairway and right outside someone’s door! Absolutely disgusting!I think this place is a health hazard not only to humans but pets as well! They really need to clean the grounds and enforce people cleaning up after themselves and their pets!They should consider a DNA pet policy as many other apartment/condos have enacted!I’m not sure if they even care! It’s been a year and it has always been this way! Time to vacate!

Amber and Tiffany are amazing! They are always nice to me and my brother when we pick up packages at the office.

This place is hoax! Nothing they boast about having is really what it seems. The movie theatre 🎭 they brag so much about well it’s stays booked and they won’t even give a curdosity call when there is opening for a spot. The women in the office are rude and unpleasant. This isn’t landfall for god sakes so acting as if it is!!

This is a well maintained property. Highly recommended for those in search of condominium living.

Very well maintained property, excellent on-site maintenance staff and top notch facilities for the price. Their leasing office staff(Amber and Jasmine) are very friendly and went out of their way to help me during my move-out.
