I appreciate our manager, Ashlyn, always listening and always doing it with understanding, with kindness, and with a sincere eagerness to help because she cares. She is the very best!

I lived here for a year and my roommate lived there for two or three. Initially when he had moved in there was a roach problem from the previous tenants and he wasnt allowed to live in the apartment even after his lease was signed. The only reason he was allowed to move in was because he said he would live somewhere else if they didnt let him live in his apartment that he was paying for. The apartment also flooded at one point from a broken washer and dryer from the floor above and the repairs were done very poorly. Our walls were left permanently stained, our paint was chipped, doorways were uneven and are flooring was peeling up. Also the seal on our front door windows was pealing and dented so our heat/air never stayed in and we always had bugs. At one point our AC unit had broken so it would constantly freeze, stop working, thaw and leak and then the cycle would repeat. It was not repaired for months because we did not have a designated maintenance person. Our living room and hallway carpets became completely soaked with water and there was nothing we could do. The apartments are small and dingy and maintenance was apparently so hard to come by that almost nothing would ever get fixed in the timely manner. There were also constantly police there interrogating children for doing nothing.Please do not live here if you can help it.

The maintenance man was very polite and courteous. I appreciate the fact that he was respectful of my two dogs and gave me the time that I need to put them away so that he could come in and do what needed to be done.

Tim, the new maintenance chief, is very responsive and cordial. He’s done several repairs for me recently. He has completed promptly and properly repairs that have been left wanting through several individuals.I like and appreciate the new team at Meridian. Definitely a step up.

Meridian Village apartments is a place you can definitely call home. Its quiet and the front office management is so welcoming and do different activities to get to know you and for you to get to know your neighbors. Come out and find your new home at Meridian Village apartments

Terrible place to live. Neighbors smoke pot and drug deal continuously on the property. Property manager does not take care of issues, only tells you to contact the police or other services to handle it instead of doing her job. There is only someone on staff Monday-Friday until 5, so after that it’s a free for all. Neighbors scratch your car carelessly, some have 3-4 cars per apartment which limits parking, the kids here go unsupervised in the evenings and on weekends screaming and running around the complex. They get shopping carts from stores nearby and race through the parking lot with other kids inside the basket. But hey, no one’s here to stop them. The apartments are old, floors creak and worst of all windows and patio doors don’t seal (moisture builds and molds on them in a few weeks time as well as rain coming in onto the window sill). Kitchens are very small with little storage. No pantry storage. Appliances are kept until they are absolutely no longer repairable.

I very much appreciate having my microwave installed but I didnt get word about why my fridge was running so loudly, which was the origin of my service request.

Do Not live here if you can avoid it. The place has a few perks but they do not out weigh the bad things Ive experienced living here. I cannot wait to move!!!

My family and I have been living here since August of last year, and honestly we love it. The office manager and the maintence man are very pleasent. Any time I call and have any concerns she addresses them. Only reason I gave the property 4 stars, is because the kids out here are always running out in front of peoples cars, and out at all times of the night. And I realize thats really not an office issue, and that its a parenting issue, but its aggravating. Other than that we love it here. ☺️☺️

This is really a great place to call home. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful at all times.

Meredian Village has now become a pleasant place to stay. Management and maintenance are extreme helpful!

I am very happy living here. The staff is very accomodating and takes care of problems on a timely manner.
