Had to go immediately home and try to fix them. The gel they use for the nails was gunked up under the nail and little hair stuck in the ends. I know adding nail can make your nails thick but these were super thick. Ended up having to cut a lot of the ends off and refile

Had dip nail product removed and replaced. Admittedly I am picky.... Had to ask the tech to fully cover a couple of nails as it was jagged and showing white on the sides. Had to ask for reshaping and smoothing of the edge on a few nails. Gel top coat sloppy and has visible bubbles and brush marks. Then she filed off the capping on the tips. What was point of that?

Amazing service! Very polite and clean. Uyen did my acrylic nails and pedicure w shellac and it is perfect!! Best place I’ve been to in abt 5 years. Will def be returning to see Uyen again! I recommend to anyone who is very picky like me and loves to be pampered.

Worst eyebrow waxing I have ever experienced. She waxed my entire eye brow off on one side and plucked the other one to death. She used dirty tweezers and the warmer itself was so so disgusting.

I felt like the nail artist rushed to get to another customer she knew. There was caked glue under my nails and a gel layer around my cuticles and skin. They were kind but just did not feel satisfied with my nails. Probably won’t come again due to feeling another customer was more important and a rushed unfinished service.

Terrible results. Not pleasant atmosphere at all. Dirty place, not sanitary. Used dirty nail files. Full set is lumpy and crooked. Terrible. Will never be back and I don’t recommend anybody to come here.

Full set is just terrible! Nails are thick and wide . And the shape is just ridiculous. Had an attitude b/c I asked for them to fix . Worst full set I have had in years!!

A friend recommended this place. I was nervous to try them out, but Im so glad I did! I am very happy with how my nails came out! My nail tech was kind, thorough, and paid a lot of attention to detail. The price for my full set was more than fair. I will definitely be back!

The experience was fine; although they do not use liners for the pedicure bowls. We probably should have left then. We stayed and the pedicure itself was fine; but DO NOT have them do any design. This is just not their strong point. Six out of six pedicures left without being thrilled with the overall look. One even asked if they could fix the design and the tech simply said no, we are unable to fix anything.

Wonderful place! They do great work and are considerate of any special needs you may have.

Shellac lasted 3 days and my nails started breaking off. 😳 The girl was super sweet but more training is definitely needed. Will not be going back.

I got my eyelashes and nails did here and the next day my eye started hurting and i waited a day or two and i had a eye infection VERY UNPROFESSIONAL don’t come here and they don’t do a very good job at nails either they didn’t cut my finger nails or push my cuticles back or anything!!!

I just had the Mango bomb pedicure and my husband had the lavender it was absolutely amazing! The staff at this salon are top notch! The salon and chairs are really clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing! Kuddos to the owner best place in Wichita!

Went there quite a few time aready,got my milk and honey pedicure, it just so relaxed .The girl did my pedicure she offered me coffee or hot teas, so wonderful and yet the foot massage it just take me away. Definitely my kinda places, highly recommended .

Had my eyelashes done and it was perfect. I been to many places and it took awhile to find my perfect place. Lashes stayed on longer then expected which is perfect. I come get it at least once a month. Plus you cant be the price

I just moved here to Wichita last week and was in desperate need of a basic manicure. This place is very close to my house but I will not be back. First, I specifically told them I wanted a basic manicure and was charged for their Deluxe and as I was drying my nails and knew they werent ready the technician had me get up to pay. Unfortunately, as I was getting my wallet to pay a nail smudged. She fixed it, barley. Now after they are all dry they are not smooth. I will be removing the polish and not returning.

Went the day before Valentines and showed a picture of what I wanted and the end result was not even close so she did it again and it came out better but not even a week later they are already breaking and falling off. I will not be going back to this place again. Feel like a waste of money!

The first time I visited was on 1-27-19 and I had a longer wait than I was told which was 40 min instead of 20. The selection of color to choose from is very limited. I get the same dipping powder procedure everytime I get them done from other salons Ive been to but here I had 3 nails break within 4 days, other salons last 3 weeks before I have to get them redone. Price is to high for Quality of work. I will not be returning.

Been twice, nails were terrible both times. First time she used way to much powder and I just had big balls on my fingers, the shape was different on each finger. Gave them a 2nd chance for the fill, even worse. One side of my nail is round the other square. Design is terribly done.

My 4 yr old daughter took her grandmother and I too get pedicures for mother’s day. This was her first mani/pedi and she was sooo excited to sit in the hello kitty pedi chairs!
