I need to review as this was a huge disappointment. If I worked for OSHA, this place would have recieved a penalty. Implements were not sterilized, used files, and placed on floor. When picked up, everything went back into cabinet for the next. Awful. The woman who did my pedicure, was not thorough in the least. Ive never had a worse pedicure in all my years, and I will never return.

Love love lovely nails! They are always so sweet, take their time, and creative. Susan and Tweet are amazing and always. So is the whole staff. Its family ran which I love. They are play attention to your needs and very careful with any concerns you have. They take their time. I always schedule an appointment because I come far now, but when I lived close They would take me as within 15 minutes as a walk in.I been coming here for 12 years!!!! I HIGHLY recommend them. I am pretty high maintaince when it comes to my nails so when I find a place I commit. I take them seriously and love them!5 stars 🌟 all day everyday!!!!

The staff is so friendly! The service was exceptional and my gel nails stayed on for 2 1/2 weeks with no issues. I will return even though I live in Batavia!

This place is great! Theyre super busy, but work fast and efficiently. I got a no chip manicure for $35. You can tell a lot of people were regulars because the way they greeted each other. I also liked they have conversations with their customers. Will definitely be going back.

This picture is from a fix up. My nails had chipped the first time. But I was able to come in to let them know. They were happy to fix my nails. I wasn’t mad. It’s okay! No worries. Thank you for making my nails look amazing! Chrome is a hard color to keep, this is after a week. The customer service here is simple and great. Very friendly people working here. It is clean environment. Love the fish tank. Will be back here again.

I have been to at least 20 different nail salons since I moved to Illinois and have been EXCEPTIONALLY dissatisfied with each one. Until I came here! The prices are great, they dont argue with me when I tell them what I want done, they didnt skimp on the details just for times sake, the tools were clean and well maintained. The staff was all very friendly and inviting. This is now my go to salon.

Needed a pink and white fill. The place I normally go is farther from my new house so I came here bc their pedicures are good. My nail popped off days after bc of how the guy shaped my nail (which is wrong). I had this beautiful pink and white ombré and now it’s ruined. The fill isn’t even the same color of my pink. I said something he told me when he was done it would match. My nails are lifted from the top. Honestly the WORST fill I ever had. The man needs to retire.

I dont even live in the area anymore, but I will drive 30 miles for the service here! They do an excellent job and pay special attention to every detail. I never feel rushed and everyone is so friendly. I cant say enough good things about this place. Highly recommended

I stumbled upon this place since it is the closest spot next to my work to get Dip nails. I was blown away by the kindness of the staff and the superb customer service. Prices are excellent. The staff pays attention to each and every small detail in order for you to have the best experience possible. My nails looks amazing too. Will be coming back!

My mom and I dropped in for a pedicure a week and a half ago for my cousins wedding that was in town. We are impressed with the welcoming atmosphere, the cleanliness of the facility, and the thoroughness of their work. Probably one of the best pedicures Ive ever received. Would go back often if we were local! Thank you!

I was there for a no chip manicure and a pedicure. I walked in without an appointment and was serviced almost immediately - even though the salon was quite busy.Additionally, I was there when another patron fainted during a pedicure. The staff acted so quickly and with such compassion that I was left thinking “thank god this person fainted around these people and not while they were alone!” These people are great people as well as skilled nail techs! You should feel great about giving these humans money for their services!!!

They don’t even check the nails to make sure that they are even. I went to a different place to get them filled and they were like they didn’t check to see if was even. I will never go there again!!! Never recommend this to my friends or family!!!

This salon is awesome! I have been a regular customer for almost a year or maybe a year now getting my nails and feet done by Twee. She is amazing and she takes time to know what you like and always helps me with picking out my color and styles when I have no idea what I want to do. She keeps my nails and feet looking amazing and her pedicures are the best! I have been to some shops where it doesnt seem to be very thorough and so I wasnt getting my feet done regularly but after one pedicure with her, I have now started getting my feet done on a regular basis. The pricing here is very reasonable as well.

I want to give this place a good review because they do a nice job. However, I think they just take appointments because I do not want to turn down business. I had an appointment at 10 oclock, I walked in at 10:03, I walked out at 10:25. As a busy mom and wife during the holiday season, when I make an appointment, I do not expect a 25 minute wait. Do your social media research and ask around before coming here.

I called ahead and asked if they could take me at 5:45pm they said yes. I got there said Im here for my appointment and no response. I signed the waiting sheet and sat down. After 15 minutes of no acknowledgement nothing, I got up and walked out. I will go somewhere else where they appreciate business and acknowledge you when you talk and make appointments.

I walked in, they looked at me as if I wasnt supposed to be there, no greeting. I sit down to get my nails done and the guy never asked what I was getting done, just started filing away, well he never spoke until it was time to pay. When I go to Classy Nails in Bolingbrook my nails always look great, I guess thats what I get for trying to be close to work. I walked out of there with a dull shine, at best, to my nails. Ill never go back to this place ever again 😝😝😝

I just moved to Lisle and I chose to go to this one because of all the great reviews. I got in almost right away and the staff is friendly and fast. However my nails look like crap and I probably wont go here again

Please don’t go here. I had gone here on many occasions and had an overall a good experience, but I recently saw a review saying that they don’t open up new, clean tools. I didn’t believe it at first because I have never had an issue with them, but when I went there a couple of weeks ago, I paid attention, and to my dismay it is in fact true that they do not open up new tools, NOR have I seen them clean them. Not to mention I had a really bad experience that day as well. The older gentleman who did my nails rushed through the entire thing and was extremely careless, *****AND while my fingers and toes were soaking in acetone at the beginning, I watched him use a tool on his nails across the room, then came over and used THE SAME TOOL on my toes... GROSS! My no-chip chipped after a day, although I will say that I went back to get them fixed and they did it for free. They have a few pretty good employees, but I was definitely grossed out and will never go back there again.

I have been going here for almost 10 years and I drive an hour to get my nails done. Prices are friendly and the family that owns is there nice and down to earth.

Ive been going here for 4 years and wouldnt consider going anywhere else. The prices are incredible. Beats anywhere nearby by at least $10. But you get great quality. They also offer wax services, student pricing, and all sorts of amazing add ons. Manis are $12 and pedis are $20. NOT BAD AT ALL!
