I got my nails done before going to Las Vegas for a belated honeymoon/husbands birthday. I got compliments on my nails the whole time I was there. This place is great! The gentleman who did my nails was amazing! They take really great care of you. I got the top of the line of what they had, because I had not had a pedicure or manicure in over 5 years. This guy did a great job. My feet were in sad shape. They looked wonderful after this. *Pro-Tip - Make sure to push your cuticles back before getting your nails done. That way they have to go back farther on your nail & you get more wear out of them.*

I have gone here many time and they have taken photos of my nails and the designs for their Instagram. Today I went and asked for the screenshot photo below. The manicurist, name unknown but sits at the first table closest to the wall near the register, seemed apprehensive. I told her if she couldn’t do that design it’s fine just squiggly nails and the shape would work. She shaped them wrong and I told her while she was doing them. She asked if I liked them before she finished and I said no they’re all wrong. She refused to stop and in the end when I’m in tears said she would take ten dollars off. She and a lady named Anne began yelling at me. So I paid for these ugly nails that are crooked with smeared polish and shaped wrong. I’m not proud of these and they shouldn’t be either. If anything I learned to think twice before I spend my money there again.

Not sure who did my nails, but she did fantastic!! She seemed a little unsure at first, but the lady next to her helped her out through the whole way!! Team work ladies!!! Should never be afraid to ask for help when it comes to the satisfaction of a customer. This place is the definition of FANTASTIC! I was going to tip, but the woman who did my nails clicked away from the screen. Was expecting to pay $100-110 but only paid $70!

I was hoping to find a new nail home when trying here for the first time today and I count have been more pleased! Johnny took care of me and he was nice, professional, and such a wonderful artist! I will be returning and recommending to all my friends

I have been stalking Mansions IG page since the summer. I live in Texas but the staff at Mansion doesnt compare to anyplace Ive been in Texas. I loved the ambiance and overall experience. I wish I took more pictures. The chairs in the pedicure area were EVERYTHING!-comfortable with great massage options. The pedicure chairs are important to me as I am tall and usually have to sit uncomfortably but these chairs allowed me to sit comfortably. Johnny did my nails and he is an amazing artist. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he put his spin on it to make my hands look amazing. I say he made my hands look amazing because Johnny took his time and shaped my nails to fit/match my fingers. Whenever I visit Wichita I will be stopping in. Do your nails a favor and stop in.

We went it in it was busy and we waited about 20 mins. They did a fantastic job on our nails. We were all happy with our nails. We will definitely be returning to get our nails done again.

NEVER GO HERE FOR ACRYLICS!!!! I got a full set maybe a few weeks back and when my nail tech applied the monomer I felt a little burning sensation on every single nail, but I thought nothing of it and my nails ended up beautiful. Fast forward to today and im soaking the nails off in acetone since theyre super grown out and they wont budge. I have to soak them over and over just to get a little off and the sections i can get off are super sticky almost like gum and when i finally get them off i notice severe damage to my natural nails. Theyre extremely thin and some of them even have bruising. So what i think is that this nail salon uses MMA monomer which is so dangerous and unsafe THE FDA HAD TO BAN IT IN THIRTY STATES!!! If you care about your nails please dont go to this salon.

Busy busy but did a fantastic job on my dip nails and shellac pedi! Nicole the owner did my nails. They take their time to make it right so don’t be in a rush.

I have been coming to this salon since the doors opened. I have always been satisfied until my last visit. I came in for a fill and a pedi. The new girl doing my pedi cut a chunk out of my toe.she said she was sorry. But I feel I should have been compensated. It was bleeding pretty bad. I asked for a band aid but never received one. I did not complain to management. But I I probably should have. I was renewing my wedding vows the following day and had new shoes showing my fresh pefi...and band-aid. I am disappoonted.

I absolutely loved this place I walked in and told them what I wanted done and they were so sweet and got me in within 5 minutes. Tony was amazing and so funny, I absolutely love my nails he did such an amazing job.

I love this place! Ive been coming here for over a year. I have tried many other nail salons in Wichita and I always end up coming back here. The staff is is friendly but can be kind of shy at first. Once you became a regular and they get comfortable with you they are even friendlier. The owner always had a huge smile on her face whether you are a new or returning client. And her hand is impressively steady. I had her do some stripes once and she free handed it instead of using tape and the lines were perfectly straight. (Pictured)They all have American names so it is easier for you to remember. Ive never had a to deal with the staff being rude. Ive never been over charged. The prices are great, the work is great. And if you have an issues like a nail breaks off they always find time to squeeze you in real quick to fix it. Very clean, classy and elegant. Best nail salon in town!! Clearly I have nothing bad to say.

Don’t go here . Literally two days later and my REAL nail is gone . This also happened to my friend who went here. And I was literally just carrying a tray at my job.

They were all very nice ! The nail tech I had was very nice and did a very good job on my nails it being my first time their! He took his time which I loved because I want my nails to be how I want and expect them to look like! My nail tech name is Johnny ladies definitely give him a try he’s good!

WOW! Mansion Nail Lounge is LEGIT! They were friendly. They made sure I was happy. Prices were talked about before service. They gave me a beverage during the service. I received a bottle of lotion as a birthday gift. They gave me $5 off for being a new customer and $5 off for next time. If you dont experience them, youre missing out!

My husband and i come here often. And most of the time they do a great job and took their time. Today we went and we are so disappointed. Paid $74 just to come home and redo our own nails. We had no color put on. Just basic pedi and basic mani and not only did they charge me $10 to take off nails they charged me $27 for a classic mani and all they did was all the work you would do after taking off fake nails- clean up. We work hard for our money and to feel like they rushed through was not a good feeling. We pay to get our nails done to relax/distress. We didnt feel that today. 😔

One star was more than they deserved. Worst customer service ever!!!! I was still seeing the white of my nail after she did the dip. I told her I see white from my nail. She said its because I filed after the dip so their will be so Im supposed to be okay with seeing the white of my nail because she said. And she had an awful attitude. I had to ask for the lotion. Dont waste your time going here if you value customer service. I will NOT be returning.

They do a great job, but when it comes to paying they always say more than what they say in the beginning. Last time I went somehow at the end the price went up its very irritating

I love this place so much because if you show them a picture of the nails you want they get them almost identical. and if you break a nail (most of the time I don’t) then they are quick to get you in and to get it fixed!! 100000/10 recommended!!

Ok I have a long share about a few things. 1st I was very excited to go and had high hopes. Noone there could understand us even a little bit! It was very hard to communicate and yes they were rude. Me and 2 friends went and got 3 fullsets and one pedicure. It cost 199 for that and after we left my friends card was charged 240 dollars!!! I called them on the phone and finally spoke to one nail tech that spoke a little bit of English and she claimed maybe our card put a hold on some of the money. Just all in all a very negative experience.

Why is this a mess and they dont want to fix it two fingers r bleeding. And they r very sore.

Theyre super receptive to what you want not super expensive and Ive always loved the acrylics Ive had done

I went to get a full set French tip. When I called and asked how much acrylic white French tip would be they said 38$. Not only did the lady use paint & not acrylic, she said it was gonna be 58$. I waited an hour to get pulled back & I got nothing I wanted.

I ordered a $40 pedi and a $30 no chip gel. My daughter ordered a $20 pedi. My total came out to $120! My thumb nails are different shapes and the acrylic is not even. It wasnt until the clear coat was on did the lady ask if it was ok. Wasnt even worth the $90 it should have been. Really miss my nail tech that moved to Florida she took PRIDE in her work. This establishment will not be getting our every other week business and that is unfortunate because they are the closest salon to my new house.

I got a pedicure and a manicure. I asked for red acrylic long coffin nails. I got square shaped.. I’m not hard on my nails I know the length that I can handle. This was my first time going there and I’ve broke 2 nails in the past 4 days both on the opposite hand. They are thin. On some of my nails the nail polish doesn’t cover the nail. I wanted to try this place because I found that it was cheaper than the place I usually go but I will pay extra for my nails to actually last me a week.

They always do a fantastic job with my nails. I took one star off because of appointments. I always make an appointment, but Im stuck waiting behind walk-ins. It also seems like the tech is trying to rush to get me done so she can help more walk-ins behind me. Im glad that they are so quick, but I just think customers who make appointments should be more of a priority than walk-ins.

My nails have never looked better and Ive had my nails done in NC, Chicago, AZ and now Witchita... Mansion nails did the best.

I wanted rhinestones on my nails and the guy added to much glue which made it have bubbles on there i went back to get it removed they had an attitude and did not want to help me remove the nails i sat down waited a long time just for someone to remove them when they did remove it i asked for them to paint it the lady had an attitude because i did not want gel nails she made me pay before she painted the nails she did a sorry job at painting the nails left after this and removed the paint, don’t recommend this place to anyone, save your money go somewhere else

My nails lasted for 3 weeks. They looked amazing and I got a lot of compliments on them. I got acrylic and gold foil. They were thin enough to be pretty without breaking and Im really rough on my nails at work. It was so pretty and fun. Go here, this place is good. I just paid a similar price in Seattle to have mine done again and they are way too thick and just not done as well.

Clean, professional, best nail salon in town, they do exactly the pictures you showed. A lot of colors for you pick out. I will come back.

The lady that did my toes was amazing the lady that did my nails was horrible told her new set she did a fill and made my nails short and stubby and charged more the wait i was told because i was complaining i strongly believe this was just the nail tech not the entire lounge

Bryan does such a good job on my toes. He takes his time and makes sure they look just right. Through the years Ive been so disappointed in nail techs around town. My toes are difficult to work with as my big toes are so thick. But I appreciate the attention to detail and accommodating my toenail nighmare. Thank you!

Mansion Nail Lounge is a very classy place, something really needed in this area. I had a specialty pedicure called a Honey & Pearl Volcano detoxification. It was amazing! I would recommend that you treat yourself soon. The staff is very attentive to their customers. I had my nails done there as well. She added a design, and they looks so cute! I am very pleased, and I will return.

Moved to a different part of town, found them on google and decided to give them a shot. Totally worth the money! They have styles that I havent seen anywhere else. They work fast, but efficiently. I will absolutely be going back!

Thank you.The salon is very nice, the technician that did my nails was not as friendly as the other techs; she seemed annoyed and kept pushing my hands away as if I were too close to her, my pedicure was basic but my soles were not smooth in the end.. so I was unhappy about that as well. I wasnt given my 5.00 discount for my first visit either but I think if I ever did return, I will ask for a different tech.

I got a pearl pedicure and a natural manicure. Very clean atmosphere and the ladies were very nice and made sure I was comfortable and happy. Natural manicure was $20, which seems pricey because there was no scrub and it was quick. I am concerned the prices might be too high for the area. I hope they are able to stay open because I will go back.

I went in with nails that had been done by another nail salon and I was not pleased with them! I am in love with the work Kim did on my nails, she was able to not only fix them, but make them beautiful. The pedi was excellent as well. They are stunning! I wish I could put a picture. The owner acts as if you not entitled to what your paying for. She used an entire different colored powder with my fill and tried to half way do my paint as if I couldn’t notice the huge line. What’s the point of a fill if I can still see the line I needed filled?! Never again. Not to mention she doesn’t make sure your nails are Even.

I’ve been to several other salons in the Wichita area and none have been as friendly and customer oriented as the girls from Mansion! They will take care of you and have you walking out of here looking fantastic! Check them out☺️

I moved nearby and was worried about finding a salon nearby. I got lucky because the whole crew at Mansion is amazing! They get to know you and your story and preferences. Most importantly it is clean! They line the pedicure bins and sanitize well after. They sanitize all the tools with a UV sterilizer and are meticulous. I cant recommend them enough! I used to swear by a fancy Eastside salon and had a terrible experience and knew I needed a change. After 6 months coming here every two weeks, I feel confident in recommending it to everyone!
