I had recently moved to Eugene and was so disappointed in the quality and atmosphere of the places I first got pedicures. Then we tried Tips and Toes. Such a relief to have found a place to get our pedicures. Very classy place, friendly techs, and awesome service! Heading back in today for another pedicure and am confident that once again my daughter and I will be happy with all the services provided!!

First time visiting this place. They seemed really booked so I made an appt. To come back later. Came back during my appt time was and was totally disregard. Still were taking people before me even though I had an appt. Very unprofessional not to mention the space is super small and very hot. I will not be going back.

Every time I go here, I never leave happy. First time I went, I didn’t get the length or shape I wanted. Second time, the artist kept hurting me. Third time, it was both problems. I always end up fixing my nails myself which I shouldn’t have to do. DONT GO HERE! I asked for thin coffin shaped and I got rectangles. My ring finger is crooked. And it’s a sloppy paint job.

My lady is the best :) however I am told she left and when I call they never have time this was after i didnt leave a big tip.... Kinda hard to leave a tip when you make appt and go then somehow they didnt put your name down.

I got a full set of acrylic nails and they looked very nice however they started lifting a week later. By the time two weeks was up I had to pull them all off cuz they were ALL lifting. Stuff happens I get it but it didn’t help that a younger employee was unprofessional taking multiple personal calls. I feel like that took the zen feel out of the equation. I won’t be returning there.

I gifted my daughter a full set of acrylics for her birthday gift and the technician did such a poor job. First off the nails are so thick they look beyond fake. Like several mm thick. The paint job was less than desirable. When we got in the car to leave she asked me how much I paid for them and I said $57 and she said oh my God Im so sorry Mom I could go to Walmart and get some fake tips that look up thousand times better than what this does right now. I also had Services I had a mani pedi. When I pick my colors I picked several and the young man there tried to embarrassingly make me feel bad about how many colors I had . I told him I wanted to do an ombre effect. And he said you cant even tell the difference between any of those colors. Thankfully the woman that was going to work on me so dont worry about him you take your time picking and you can have whatever you want. The girl that did my mani pedi was very very nice. I would have enjoyed more pressure with regards to the massage portion, it was a very light rub. I might add that I have noticeable bubbles in the paint on my fingernails. This was our first time to this establishment needless to say we will probably not go back.

Tips and Toes is so amazing! I got a pedicure and it was super relaxing. The leg massage almost put me to sleep. The interior decor is stunning! The staff is so friendly and everything is very very clean. I was very inpressed by everything i saw. I will deffenitly be going back.

It was the worst nail place I have been, very rude and angry, I had to walk out and go somewhere else

They got me right in, maintained social distance as much as possible and were very thorough with their disinfection practices. Also did a great job, as usual.

This place is so beautiful and clean on the inside! Staff is friendly and did a great job on my pedicure. The best part was that I went with a group of 5 and they sat us all at the same time and finished our toes at the same time.

Went in for a french manicure with gel polish. The tech was friendly and did a wonderful job. My manicure lasted for several weeks!

I have gone there a few times in the past because I was in the area and the salon is usually nice and clean. But I have only had one lady working there that was nice. I made a phone call to see if they were open on Sunday and I got a rude response and was hung up on in the middle of talking. The prices are expensive the most expensive I have experienced out of all the places I have been to. Most thing I had issue with is how kind of rude they are at times. I am not the only person who feels this way. So my advice is to treat people with basic respect. I get people have hard days and I dont expect for perfect customer serive but I expect buisnesses to remain professional and to have basic kindess to its customers. Or you will lose customers and get a bad rep.

Love this salon! I dont get my nails done often, but when I do this is the salon for me. I have been to a handful of other salons around town and none have the beautiful, modern interior design that this salon has. I also much enjoy the family that owns/runs the salon. They are very personalble and do a great job great. No need to go anywhere else to get my nails done.

No 3rd chance. My daughter and Ive been here a couple of times and the work is sub-par. Our colors changed over the course of the first week (not color changing polish) as a result of either not using the right top coat or the amount of thinning they do to the polish- they turned from pink and grey to putty and khaki green. My daughter asked them not to file her nails too far and they did, they also filed the cuticles to the point of bleeding. Theyre careless and cheap while charging more than other salons offering the same services.

Went to Tips and Toes in Eugene Oregon today. I had a new technician give me my pedicure. VEE is her name and she was very patient in answering all my many questions.She gave me great ideas on the few issues i had. I think the best pedicure i have ever had. Horrible experience. Every single person in this salon working looked miserable. Very rude technicians and this is my second time to see this at this place. The first time I wrote it off to it just being a bad day but nope. These people are so rude. It’s too bad because its a beautiful salon and close to where I live. I will never go back.

I have been coming to this salon since it opened on river rd. Don and his wife run a CLEAN shop with great decor. They do a woderful job trying to fit you in. Have hired several more employees and stations as the place gets packed at times. Love the attention to detail with my pedicures and manicures. Thanks guys

Very clean and staff is very nice. My daughter and I had pedis. Charged me 5$ extra for a french mani look. 🤔 prices were more then flyer on counter said! No massage at all! 🤔 I think down the road is much better price and value, they do so much more!

They dont donate to charity. I asked if they would give 17 Vouchers for women to come to there place. Wont be coming here again

The job they do on my wifes nails she tells me is good. When your the husband waiting in the car it sucks, she had an apptmnt at 11:30 and its noon with two other women waiting. I think these shops get a little greedy. Go during the weekday and youll get a good job, nails that stay on.

They can almost always squeeze me in, and do good work. I have very thin, sensitive nails, and this place does a great job with out hurting me which is rare.
