This manager is AWESOME!My pedicurist took very good care of me, and was careful with the inherent soreness of my feet. Was a very pleasant experience!!

Got a pedicure with a hot stone leg massage. It was wonderful! We had to wait just a little bit until someone was free, but it was worth the wait. Highly recommend.

First time here; usually go to another place but they were understaffed. Anyway, will definitely be coming back to Diamond Nails! Great experience, friendly tech, many spa options and colors and add ons to choose from. I had Ann...very friendly, gentle with pedicure, didnt hurt/dig stuff out, barely even tickled. Cant beat the price/quality ratio either! Wish the massage on legs and feet was a bit slower, but she spent a long time massaging. I will say it smelled strong of incense...I have asthma and glad it didnt flare up, but for someone more sensitive it may be a deal breaker. I will definitely be coming back, and hope to convince hubby to go too!

I called to see how much a gel polish was but I had a hard time understanding the worker. I politely asked if she could repeat what she said twice and the second time she hung up on me. I saw the other low reviews but I still wanted to give this place a shot. I wasn’t being offensive in any way, I just simply could not articulate what she was saying. I was going to try out this nail salon for the first time but unfortunately not anymore.

I went and got white nails they charged me 45$ they were so sloppy and thrown on I don’t know why I even paid

DO NOT GO HERE. My friend made an appointment for her and I at 1 for 2 full sets. We got there and they told us to pick a color while we waited. While looking the owner comes up and tries to convince us to get gel and we politely decline. She finally starts to work on my nails and when I tell her I want a design, she says she can only do it with gel polish. After my nails are done, I realize over half of them are all filed to one side. My nails looked like I did them with my left hand. My friend didnt even get to get her nails done because they took a client that was 30 min late to there appt! They were nice enough to fix them the next day which Im grateful for, but it wasnt any better than when I left the first time.

I have been going to diamond nails for over 3yr and the saff are all amazing, they know me by name. Because of my job I cannot make an appointment,but they will take me in the last minute with a smile on there faces. I will never go anywhere else.

I absolutely love diamond nails I have never been disappointed! The place is very well kept and the color selection is amazing! None the less they treat you amazing ! Will always go here !

I love the relaxing atmosphere at Diamond Nails. I have been having my nails done by James for quite a while now. He is always spot on when it comes to what I want done. He is super friendly and very personable. He has always been able to work around my schedule Easy to talk to if you feel like talking and the arm and hand massage he gives after is super relaxing.I cant even imagine trusting any other nail salon. The place is so clean and smells great! Let them pamper you at Diamond Nails you deserve it!

Horrible experience not sanitary at all! Put used tools in pedicure water bowl. Lasted maybe 20 minutes. Didnt scrub feet still have callus on them. Cut my friends toes too short and was rude.

They are so kind and do a great job. I do the dipping and they come out beautiful.

The girl doing my nails, buffed, drenched my nails in water and DIDNT wrap the tip. She wanted to break my nails. I got shilac so they wouldn’t break. Also I got glitter that was the whole nail, she hardly put ANY glitter

DO NOT EVER GO HEREThis is the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. I am from out of town and my friend and I were wanting to get our nails done before going to a wedding rehearsal.•the nail polish bottles on the wall were almost all empty and the polish was lumpy.•the tools were not clean- they werent disinfected because they were piled in a little tray and they had visible gunk on them•my nails and cuticles werent properly taken care of- jagged edges and misshapen nails on several fingers at the end•I asked her to fix one and she told me she would do it later and then never fixed it•she told me more than 5 times that she didnt like the color I picked and that next time I needed to let her pick it for me. SHE LITERALLY SAID THAT.•the polish was too thick because it was old. •she smudged one nail really badly and then put another coat of polish to hide it which it did not hide it - it looked terrible• my nails looked so bad when I left that I wish I had just polished them myself- excess polish on my skin on every finger•my friend had a bad experience too- they removed her shellac nails and then filed and just painted them. she pointed out that they didnt do her cuticles (the lady just skipped that part) so they took $1 off the price.•my nails look like a child painted them with expired polish•also, they have a check policy that they dont take checks over $30 to avoid having bounced checks. under this sign they copied a real bounced check that a lady gave them with her account number, name, and all her personal info. it was like public shaming for some lady that wrote a bad check. what if it was an accident? now all her personal info is out there.this salon is super unprofessional and I dont know how they stay in business

Talented stylists and kind staffs. They are very efficient and highly skilled. This was my first visit and it was by far the best salon experience I have ever had. I will definitely be back and would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking to come to Diamond Nails.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The place was not busy, yet the woman I had rushed through my nails. She did dip, and I was out of there within 30 minutes or less. My nails were bumpy, jagged, bubbles on a few nails, and I had top coat all over my fingers and under my nail afterwards. I was cut by the drill many times due to carelessness, and ended up bleeding. The ONLY positive thing about my experience is that theyre allowing me to come back and get them fixed for free.

Very bad customer service! Went in to get a full set and they talked me into getting dip powder instead of acrylic because the lady certified to do acrylic was too lazy to do my nails so she sent me to another lady to do dip powder. The dip powder on my nails was so thin they all broke the first day which was very painful. I went back to see if I could get a refund or get them redone and the owner told me no that she could not do that! I will never go to Diamond nails again!

I got dip acrylics here and the were amazing so many color options the lady I had accidently cut keep and she atomacticly said sorry 10 out of 10 would recommend it was 40 dollars for dip acrylics and 30 for regular acrylics for my first time getting acrylics it was amazing!

Not a good experience here. While the first nail tech i had was patient with me while choosing a color, as soon as someone else came in she jumped ship to work on them. She didn’t tell the lady that was taking over for her what all i was wanting for my nails, therefore she was confused. She couldn’t understand what i was wanting so i finally just changed my mind to something easier and showed her a picture. Worst of all, she only did ONE coat of my base color of shellac....which is a very light color and needed at least 2 coats. When i asked her about it she said “one coat fine” in a very rude way. When i got outside i could see my actual nail at the tips showing through the shellac. So annoying that you spend good money on something and it turns out Ike this. Also, the owner gave me a coupon for next time.....NOT GOING BACK.

With Diamond nails you can get to know not only the workers and they get to know you, Ive seen its been newly remodeled and its always spotless. Im always happy with what I choose to have done that day, walk-in waiting times are usually short to none. The tools that are used are always very clean. If there is a problem or a certain thing you do not like always be sure to communicate with your stylist and they will do their very best to fix it to your standards! I have been going here for years, always getting something new and I tend to over criqute the work that is being done. I highly recommend coming here for anyone who enjoys kind-hearted people with a lovely service. Here you will be remembered not because of your money or just a number they remeber you by your name and personality.

So disappointed. I never go there but I happen to be on the west side waiting for another store to open and needed to get my nails done. She only did one coat and it was sloppy. Will never go there again.

It was horrible. The skin around my nail hurt and was bleeding. I have nails that not straight. I also have some arcrylic overlapping my nail on to my skin. She was a hurry. Will never go back or recommended to anyone.

I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks. First time going to this particular nail salon. Very unsatisfied I’ve had my nails done not even 2 weeks and the shellac is looking gross. The lady that did my nails put my hand in the led light uneven amount of times on each hand & did not know how to do the marble design I wanted. I don’t ever mind spending money on a good full set but they highly disappointed me. I have bumps and missed spots with out shellac. Won’t ever return here. Don’t recommend AT ALL!

High quality, very clean and efficient.

Called and scheduled 4 pedicures to make sure they would have enough staffing almsot 2 weeks in advance. ..well we get there and they only had 3 people to do all four of us. We felt rushed and were not able to relax like you should during a pedicure. Will go somewhere else in the future.

You get what you pay for here. I went for years and ignored the bad service due to low prices but wont be back. Made an appointment, waited thirty minutes, and left. Very bad service. Unprofessional.

Horrible experience. SLOPPY. The lady was rough, left the skin around my nail red and hurting. Some of the nail polish was overlapping onto my skin & she told me it was because I moved my hand under the shellac machine. Never coming here again!
