This is a place where they care about the quality and satisfaction of your nails. The prices here are fair, and they offer so many types of colors, nail toppers and services. Also I want to add if you are worried about coming here during the pandemic, dont be! they take extra precautions to make sure everything is clean and safe. They check the temperatures of everyone who comes in, and require that you wear a face mask and wash your hands.

I truly believe this is going to be my nail home now that Im here. The prices are great, services are amazing, environment is clean and the employees are awesome! I will note that most of the women that came in seemed to have genuine relationships with the employees and that is something I love to see :)

I love this place! I was in and out within 1 hour; They took out my old long acrylics, put on new acrylics with gel and did a pedicure with gel as well. They gave me a cold water bottle to drink which helped with this hot weather. They are very attentive and they allowed me to go to the ATM right outside to take out cash so I can save money by not using my credit card/debit card. I would totally recommend this place and would go back too since it is convenient to go there during my lunch time.

This is my 3rd visit here. The shop is meticulously clean and organized, with a beautiful flower wall! The nail technicians are very professional and want to make sure your experience is welcoming and comfortable. They respond quickly to requests for appointments and have never made me wait. I recommend the owner! She is the best!!!

This place is in a beautiful location and has great ambiance. The owner did my nails using SNS dip powder and he did a great job! I love my nails. Im a hairstylist so Im pretty hard on my nails and they have held up great. Luxury prices, however the service does match (complimentary wine!).

I havent been here in years, yet it was just as amazing as before. Got a spa pedicure with Jane and she was wonderful and courteous, making sure I was doing okay the entire time. The place was clean and calm and the staff I interacted with were friendly and kind. Definitely recommend.

I do not have a regular person that I see so when I go I see whoever is available and I have not been disappointed once! I like to remain quiet durring a pedicure and they never force conversation or idle chatter. Very nice to have that time to myself. Plus they do great work for reasonable prices.

Went here last minute with my partner the other day and ended up loving this place! Super friendly faces as soon as you walk through the door. We were seated fast and they were so kind so wait for my hubby while he was running a few minutes behind me. My pedicure was amazing and my techs paid great attention to detail. The salon is clean and comfortable. The nail techs really go out of their way to make sure you get what you want and I have never ever had anything less than an excellent job. The House Pedicure is my go-to favorite although Ive tried most every type they have. Prices are very reasonable. The one time I had an acrylic nail break the day after getting them done, I came back to the salon and the owner repaired it for me at no charge.

Just left from there today for a manicure and pedicure. Let’s just say I left only receiving the manicure. I’m a male and no stranger to getting my nails done. I went in and asked that they used clean new and sterile supplies, after having skin/nail infections previously, from other experiences. After requesting these my nail tech brought out what appeared to be new/sterile utensils, but while she was performing my manicure I noticed gunk and build up on the opposite end of the utensils. Gunk that did not come from me as she had not even used that side of the utensils on me. This was brought up and she went on to say that they were “clean and okay.”She also utilized used buffers and Emory on my nails which is unsanitary. When she actually began to apply the clear gel for my manicure I noticed that you could still see the rough surface of the nail from the poor quality buffing and cleaning. There was also texture and bubbling of the polish, which I also brought to the techs attention. She downplayed it and went on to say that the nail was smooth and no texture. She even ran my finger over the nail and said “see, it’s smooth.” To which I told her, “no not really, but it’s okay.” At this point, in order to not be labeled the angry black man, because we live in a society where we have to choose our battles wisely, I chose to allow her to finish, gather my belongings and not finish any of the services I requested because what I had already received was poor and unsatisfactory. I will not be returning. They did have good customer service, however.

Tip and Toes is the only place I go for pedicures! The store is extremely clean and the employees are very friendly. The pedi chairs are amazingly relaxing as they massage your cares away. All precautions are taken for cleanliness. You will not be disappointed!!

I wanted to tip via card but they wouldnt let me. I didnt bring cash so I felt like a jerk for not tipping. The nails looked okay but I wish the tech had paid more attention to detail. Everyone was friendly. The place was clean. Overall underwhelming.

This place offered me a warming welcome by the owner. The best pedicure I’ve ever had. Definitely, this is a friendly nail salon in the area. I highly recommend this place. All I can say is WOW. My experience here was wonderful because the customer service is amazing. The employees truly care about your nail health, not just making a quick buck. I had my classic pedicure and gel manicure yesterday and the experience took less than two hours. Price are reasonable and Ill be back.

Came here yesterday last minute and they were a little busy but still quickly assisted me, offered a water bottle and sat me down . The manager was very good, she made sure I liked my nails every step of the way . My shape, size and color .. she kept asking if they were okay for me . She was very quick ! I will definitely be coming back here !

Ive been to a handful of nail salons in the area and this one is a winner. They are friendly, clean, and they care! They take the time to give you exactly what you ask for unlike a lot of other salons that just get you in and out as fast as they can and rush the job. Many of the nail techs here have been amazing and I havent had a bad experience yet. Ive visited this place at least 20 times and have brought many friends here as well!

Got my nails done first time after Quarantine and the owner did such a great job!!! She did my nails exactly like the picture I showed her. I was her last appointment of the day but she still took her time to perfect my nails, without rushing whatsoever. She also made sure to break down the pricing for me before starting. I am so happy with the way my nails turned out! :) Thank you!

There are so many nail salons to choose from out here, but this place has earned my business and theyre always my first choice. The salon is large and always busy, but Ive never had to wait more than a few minutes for a technician. The employees here are friendly and do a great job, and the owner, makes a point of coming around to get to know repeat customers. All in all, the prices are competitive and I feel like I get special attention here. Highly recommend!

I was a first time customer and was thrilled to see social distancing markers, hand sanitizer galore and lots of PPE/safety measures in place. There was plexiglass at the manicure stations, gloves to use while you picked out your nail color so you didnt have to touch the bottles with your bare hands and many workers not only wore makes, but face shields as well. For a Saturday, they definitely limited capacity which also made me feel safer. The services were great, prices more than reasonable and staff very courteous. I will definitely return.

Im also obsessed with my nails!!!! I usually get really long ballerina shaped nails, Acrylics, The whole 9. Today, I went for a shape & length completely out of my comfort zone & she did an amazing job. I love how natural they look!

Originally just came in for a pedicure but decided to get my nails done as well. The lady did a great job with designing my nail! I prefer SNS so it doesnt damage my nails so she did SNS on the bottom and gel for the color. Also wanted to do a little more glam so we decided on unicorn chrome and some gold jewels. I always love coming back to get my nails done!

I read some of the reviews and I was shocked to see the bad ones I have been going here for quit awhile now and I highly recommend it. I was not able to get my nails to grow at all but Vivivan put on a thin coat of dipping gel along with painting them with the color of shellac polish I picked and today my nails are long and strong I love them and every where I go people compliment my nails and are shocked they are my real nails. I always have great service with Vivivan on my nails and Moon does my toes they are both awesome. But while I am there getting my nails and toes done I am always looking around and everyone is always looking very happy with there service and Vivivan treats each person that walks in her door with a very pleasant Hello how can we help you. And she knows so many people by there first names which tells me they are customers that have been going there for awhile that shows me Good Service a place I like to be going.

If you like nail designs from the 2000’s do not go to this place! If I could give my experience 0 stars I would. First I called and asked how much it would cost to get jewels on two nails because I felt like my nails were missing something. They tell me $5. I get there and the nail tech pulls out some shellac and loose glitter. I show them a picture of what I wanted (or something similar) and maybe on 4 nails instead of 2... they proceed to tell me they don’t have “diamonds” and I said never mind I’ll leave and go to my nail lady in the next few days. They then Magically pull some “diamonds” out not the kind I wanted but they would do! So she proceeds to now tell me it would be $20 for 4 nails. I said never mind I’ll just get 2 nails done. So she says okay it will be $10 for two nails. She starts to put them on as crooked as you could possibly get them. I asked her to please fix it and she then rolls her eyes and starts speaking in another language to someone else. After she’s finished she said “I told you $20, right?” I said no you told me $10 for two nails, she then starts to argue with me about it, and tells me that I initially told her that I wanted my nails painted with glitter WHEN I NEVER SAID THAT! Then she tells me it was $15 for two nails. Which I was going to give her $10 + 5 tip. But after she changes the price 3 different times and argued with me I will never go back nor recommend this place to anyone who likes trendy nails.

There is no better nail salon than Tips and Toes in Wichita. I have been to salons in St. Louis, Palm Springs, and Las Vegas, and none compare. Vivian has been doing my nails since 1999 and they have never been stronger or looked better. For years we did acrylic and I was very reluctant to try a new product but trusted Vivian. We started using the Premier Gel Powder in January 2019. At first, I had a few breaks and nicks, but knew Vivian would not lead me astray. They started improving week after week. Within 6 months, my nails were better than they have ever been! Its wonderful - they are actually healthier and stronger - in addition, my own nail bed has elongated - only a healthy nail can do that! People need to remember to do their part and see their manicurist regularly to maintain their beautiful nails. I would give 10 STARS if possible.

Best nail salon in NE Wichita, hands down. My nails always look great and I get compliments on my fingers and toes(Im in the YMCA pool a lot) all the time. Vivian and her staff are friendly, helpful and talented. They do get busy at times, so if you dont have time to wait - set an appointment. They have a range of pedicure services from basic to super deluxe/organic - price list is posted so you know exactly what you will get and for how much. In the almost 20 years Ive been getting acrylic nails here I have never had a single one break or come loose - and I tend to be be rough with my hands. Very professional, very clean, very talented - worth every penny.

I cant understand how anyone could give this place a bad review. I have seen the same nail technician for a year now and I always receive excellent service. Everyone who works there is polite and courteous. In addition to good service they are always willing to take me last minute and they have a great variety of colors. I wont ever go anywhere else.

99% of staff is wonderful. Lady up front is not rude, she is a business person. Not there to chit chat you up. Occasionally a staff person is not up to par but that is seldom. Go a couple of times, take the time to learn the name of the person who is providing your service. Remember her name if you like her. Ask for her when you come in. Have a couple of names ready. They have always been accommodating. And as a sidenote, I find it rude for customers to complain about people speaking in their own native tongue to each other. I guess some folks just need to have 100% of the attention on them at all times. Hope you never travel out of this country. You will be very lonely

Very unprofessional! Such a horrible experience! Long story kind of short, the nail tech had me soak and left to go eat and spit yes spit food of some sort in their sink right in front of me. Shouldn’t there be a rule if you have a client don’t go eat? So I guess the nail tech was busy doing nothing and they switched me to a different nail tech while I was still soaking. I got up, went to her station and I asked her how much would it cost for tips with shellac, she said $50. I kindly said no thank you just please clean up my nail and cuticles. She asked if I wanted to do regular nail polish for $30, I said no thank you. (Another salon I usually go to does shellac for $30) she gets up and yells in Vietnamese “this girl right here” (a rude way in our culture) doesn’t want to do the $50 nails or the $30! I don’t want to do her nails anymore,someone else do it!.... wow I was in shocked and embarrassed! I looked at her telling her that I was Vietnamese and that I understood her! She looked like a deer in headlights. I said I just want to pay for my soak and leave and told her she was very rude. Of course they don’t apologize and made me pay $10 for a soak. Oh yeah not to mention the nail tech next to me was talking about her client in front of her face about her small tip that she gave. Let’s just say I’m lucky I understood what they were saying! If you go here and feel like they’re talking about you and making fun of you...they most likely are!

I have gone to Tips and Toes for more than 10 years. Never had a bad experience. I get compliments on my nails all the time. Vivian and all the other ladies in the shop are very courteous and professioal. I would highly recommend this shop.

I don’t even know where to begin with this experience. From start to finish, bad. Hong can’t do coffin shape to save her life. Then when I asked for a small painted sunflower on 1 finger, she couldn’t do that either. Less than 3 days later, one broke just from my hand slipping off my steering wheel. The day after I got that fixed, another FELL OFF from carrying a box.I went back in to ask, very quietly and privately, for a refund. Repeatedly. They refused as “this is just something that comes with having nails”. A tech offered to fix the second broken nail. I told her I’d rather just have them taken off, and they said they wouldn’t do that. THEN, as I’m about to give up, as I’m not an assertive person as is, one tech had the audacity to walk past me and, in a FULL ROOM OF CUSTOMERS, say loudly “Should have done some research about these nails maybe”. !!!!!!!!! I absolutely can. not. with these people.Save yourself the nightmare and just go to Beau Monde.

I have been going to Vivian at TipsNToes for ~12 years. The majority of the time getting an acrylic overlay which is very strong & has protected my nails for the 33 total years Ive been getting it. She recently, finally, talked me into getting the Premier dip/gel......2x as expensive and 2x the breakage!! Ive had 8 breaks in 3 mos of getting. Several breaks when simply washing my hair! Wth acrylic, maybe a break 1x/yr on average. Saw her ystrday......had another break last night. When I called her this morning (leaving for wedding in KC this morning) she doesnt apologize (SHE WILL NEVER APOLOGIZE....ALWAYS RIGHT...and ready for a fight) rather, she scolded me, Howd you do that?! They are strong! Then said, No, I dont have time to fix.Wow....beyond offensive, especially as a longtime client. Ive put up wth her moodiness and verbal offenses for the last time. After many years, sadly, Im seeking another nail tech. Buyer beware.
