I had a great experience here! Kelly was wonderful and took her time to make sure my nails were up to her standards. Ive never had a good experience at a salon, because I my cuticles always end up getting cit too short and bleeding, but this one changed that for me! No blood and no pain!

Nicest people you will ever meet. I recommend asking for Kelly or Julien. So kind and talkative and do my nails beautifully. Truly love this place and it’s wonderful vibe. I can gladly say I have never had one bad experience here and I love everyone who works there!

Best salon in Wichita by far! They use quality product and take time to care for your hands and feet. My gel stays on for over 3 weeks. They care about the health of my nails and always make sure I am satisfied with services I receive. Cindy will take extra time to ensure your mani is picture perfect, can put my nails on the cover of OPI magazine. Ann will take care of your cuticles and will give you an amazing massage. All of this at competitive cost and always on time. Thank you guys!

Dont go to Lynn if you go here, she overcharges and you end up filing your nails to the desired shape after she argues with you and tells you they arent crooked and that they are coffin shaped. Also, after she would use a tool shed put it back in her clean box with all her clean stuff. My worst nail experience ever, not worth $50.

After every pedicure here my feet feel fantastic! The option to add in the sugar scrub & hot stone massage is a life saver! Really helped my fiancé with his planter fasciitis!!

I went because I always have a great experience. Ended up being told my cards not working an then they become very rude about the problem .only ran my card once and they charged 3 times. When I call no one will answer my phone calls.

My nail technician, Kelly was wonderful. She was very professional, friendly, and a good conversationist. My pedicure was so relaxing and my toes look so good. My manicure looked great too. I would highly recommend Luminous Nails.

I don’t usually leave reviews but felt I needed to this time. I’m a really picky person especially right now with everything going on and I’m new to Wichita. I looked at a lot of nail places reviews and this is the one place that stood out to me. I’m so glad I went. Very clean, professional and great environment. Diem did my pedicure and she was awesome. Easy to talk to and everything. I will definitely be going back!

Looks clean and fresh, did a good job. Chairs are comfy and not deflated like many massage chairs. Quiet, pleasant atmosphere. There’s a little paint on my skin and the cuticle trim was OK but not exceptional.

Loved it! Fair prices they try to stay open later for when we are off late 😁 they have a rewards card.

Everyone here is fan-freaking-tastic. Love love this salon! Very polite, very knowledgeable, calming atmosphere, everything you could ever want in a nail salon. I usually take in a picture from Pinterest and they duplicate it with precision. Ill never go anywhere else!

Wasnt clear on prices charged for repairs that I didnt know they were charging for, that was due to a mistake by the first tech I had do my nails. Company made it seem like I was rude even though I wasnt and had the nerve to respond disrespectful. High expectations come with being charged high I give my job 100% at all times, seems the values here are not the same. My polish is messed up now and instead of fixing it they did a heavy top coat to cover it up. By the way I get paid every two weeks and I have gotten them done every payday since october.

Love this place. So far I’ve gotten a powder dip 3 times from Cindy and she has always done such an awesome job. I will not go anywhere else. Even when she’s out of town I will still come to this awesome nail salon. I love the atmosphere and the camaraderie between the people!

I love this place. I have gotten a mani, pedi, eyebrows waxed and chin waxed and I have had nothing but great experiences. The staff are nice and make you feel like its a home away from home. Would definitely recommend!!

I would recommend Cindy to everyone. She is very friendly, nice and patient. She takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. My gel pedi lasted forever. Make sure you appointment with her when you come to Luminous.

I will be going back for the third time this weekend because they do such a great job. I have bounced around salons a lot in the past for various reasons but I think I will be a regular customer for Luminous. Its a lovely atmosphere, has not been over crowded once and the staff is very, very friendly. Cindy did my nails last time and I LOVE them. She, however, thought she could do better and offered $5 off my next visit! I didnt think I needed that at all but thats just the kind of customer service they provide! 10/10 would recommend.

Cindy did my pedicure and I want to tell everyone that this is the best pedicure I have ever had!!She was very attentive to remove the yuck from my heels and to attend to a pre- blister on my toe too. I have been traveling and doing a lot of hiking; now my feet feel great!I highly recommend her at this fine nail salon.

They work with the customer to understand what they want. I dont get the polish or the acrylic nails. But I have seen their work and it is fabulous.

I brought my Mom and husband with me for mani/pedi and powder polish for my Mom and I. I love the work that was done. The store was very clean and well kept. No shortcuts were taken with the service, including immaculately taking time with cuticles and polish was done ALL the way to the cuticle, so it doesnt look like you had services done 10 days ago with the amount of growout. I definitely will be returning and I will continue to tip well.

I was so excited to go to this salon because they are pretty much the only place in wichita that does nail art. I didnt get nail art done this time thoughI just got some matte lavender coffin nails.They told me it would cost 35 for a full setWhen I went to pay they said my total.was 51.Which I already thought was pricey they charged me.extra for things Ive NEVER been charged extra for.I got my nails done 6 days ago. Today 2 of my nails are lifting. I paid way to much for nails that didnt even last me a full week. I will not be returning. Very disappointed.

I have made Luminous Nails my go to salon. I have never been disappointed with the perfectionist skills of whoever I go to there...they are ALL AMAZING!!!

I waited an entire day to do this review because I wanted to be sure I absolutely loved them.This is by far the best salon/salon experience ever. I have gotten my nails done in several different shops, in several different states... all of which were very pricey and nails popped off the same day or very next day. Mine are still intact and the price was absolutely affordable. I have been researching for months trying to find the right home salon for myself and I finally found it. I was a walk in, they took care of me within 10 min. James did an amazing job with my pedicure and Diem was awesome on my mani. She listened to everything I wanted and brought my vision to life. None of them seemed judgemental to my ugly nails lol in conclusion, I am very very happy with my nails, theyre not lifting or anything like that. I paid about $50 for both mani and pedi minus tip. The paint came off a little but nothing too noticeable, I also work at a warehouse so that could be the reason too. Oh and might I add on that my nails do not hurt at all. with every other mani Ive had, the acrylic hurt my fingers for days so thats a huge plus. So happy to say I wont be going elsewhere ever again. I will drive the two hours every two weeks to get them done here. (I live in Junction city) oh and another huge plus, they are superrrrrr clean and the atmosphere is very calming and CLEAN. Thank you again!!!
