Wonderful experience. I travel with my husband and am always on the lookout for a great nail spa. SpaRenity exceeded my expectations! Ooh and the pedicures are phenomenal.

I went in for a deep tissue massage last Wednesday that was so good that I went in again this week on Monday. I felt so relaxed after both visits. Jasmine was an excellent massage therapist. The background music in the room was relaxing and was not too loud at the same time. The place overall was clean and organized and the staff was extremely friendly. You can tell that they put in a lot of effort in order to provide the best customer experience possible. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for a massage.

I went here on my birthday and they advertise birthday discounts but the lady at the counter was not friendly or helpful and did not seem to want to give me any birthday special as advertised. When I went to give the tip to my lady she quickly reached out and grabbed my money and told me she was splitting it for everyone who had helped me and my daughters. I told her that I was putting their tip on my card and the cash was for the lady who did mine. She really seemed to not want any of my business and made me wait for an extended period if time at the counter while she figured my bill. It was extremely frustrating. I did enjoy the pedicure and the lady doing my nails was very nice. I recommend the spa but not the counter staff.

SpaRenity at the Waterfront is my go to in Wichita! Everyone is kind, helpful, and professional. The prices match the quality of work and care. The pedicure was my favorite thing Ive done this year.

Best pedicure I’ve had in a long time! It was very clean, and I loved the extra precautions for COVID, such as a screen in between us during the pedicure. Great massage and callus treatment. I took my 6 year old with me for her first pedicure as well, and the girls did so well with her. We will be going back again for sure.

I got the tropical pedicure and and the person I was with got the hot stone. They were both very nice and I am sure we will return. We really liked the girls who did the pedicures and our feet look and feel wonderful today:) I am putting 4 stars because the person I was with asked a question about the products being used and I dont believe they knew the correct answer. I think the people preforming a a service should know why they are using a product on you and how it will benefit the service. I read the menu and it had more information about the question than what we were told. I do like SpaRenity and both of us enjoyed our time here.

Had a lovely manicure with gel polish. It was FULL SERVICE, including exfoliating hand and lower arm massage, using herbs and fresh citrus, plus a nice neck/shoulders rub to finish. Totally impressed that all instruments were sterilized, including nail clippers, and you get the buffer and emery board to keep, rather than reusing. I had a sweet young lady whose name was pronounced Me, but dont know the spelling. The spa was very clean, smelled nice, and they offered fruit-infused water and snacks. Highly recommend, and btw, the price was extremely reasonable at $45.00 for everything I mentioned, not including tip (gel polish was an extra $10, and so worth it).

Best Nail Salon Ive been to hands down. They have a wonder menu of pedicures that you get chose from. My daughter also got a full set done and her nail tech did beyond an amazing job. They serve you water or coffee. I cant wait to come back.

I am a patient person, especially when it comes to innocent mistakes. I got my full set of acrylics done 8 days ago. Since then, I have had a nail break everyday, but one. They didnt ask to redo the full set, instead they fixed them each day. Today I will not have time to get them fixed until Wednesday. Unfortunately, I am done driving out of way to get them fixed. I am also done coming to this establishment.

The only place I will get my nails done in Kansas. They are so kind and always offer me tea and water when I arrive. They have so many different pedicure options it can be over whelming but any choice is going to be a good one. Its totally worth the extra money for a special pedicure. They always make my skin feel brand new and I always get a amazing massage at the end! Very classy clean place to go to!

This to be a weekly stop. I enjoy getting my nails done here. They plastic line feet bowl which mentally makes me feel good but when they bust out the real fruit and place it on you skin...... amazing. Completely recommend it to all ages.

Its hard finding a good nail salon when you move to a new city. But after a few bad salons in the Wichita area, I found Spa Renity and will only come to this salon going forward. My nail tech Linda was awesome, she was so friendly and she took her time and made my nails look so natural when she was done. The Berry pedicure looked good enough to eat!Great service and friendly staff!!

I have always enjoyed coming to SpaRenity. The only time I had a less than positive experience, the owner personally sought me out to apologize and go above and beyond to make it right. I really appreciate the effort and the lengths they went to show me I was a valuable customer. Not many places would care that much.

I usually have a nice time in this salon.. but I went in to get a full set with regular polish and a design. The nail tech (who I’ve never gone to before) kept pressuring me into getting shellac. I told her several times that I didn’t want shellac because I didn’t want to spend $40-$50 today on my nails. So finally she agreed to use regular polish. She then used solar on my nails instead of regular acrylic because “it holds reg nail polish better”. I asked her to do a spider web design on one nail and it looks terrible. I went home and re did it myself. At the end of the appointment she still charged me $45. Which is way too much in my opinion for a full set and REGULAR polish. I am usually a very generous tipper, but I will never visit this salon again. If someone comes to you to pay you to do their nails, you need to do them how they ask. At the end of the appointment she told me they didn’t look good and would have looked better with shellac. Terrible service!

If you are looking for a place to get your nails or feet done. They did a great job on my pedicure. Next time Im in Wichita and need my feed done this is where I will be going. Back massage was good too. They fit us in on a Sunday, which was great. Staff was friendly and helpful navigating the different options. Took care of me and my 2 buddies. If you havent tried this place out you should.

Not consistent with what they provide the first two times were phenomenally professional, the Only person I like going to for a manicure is Kevin. He wasnt available for when I past went which I understand, but the front desk was not clear on what an appointment means they had me wait an hour and still nothing so I still had the patience to reschedule and was hoping they would be able to take me in the next day but I was mistaken. Very disappointed by how far they took this.

Absolutely hate this place. Came many times before and had an amazing experience but this time was terrible. I was given the wrong color (a few shades darker than I asked for) but I didn’t want to say anything Incase I was wrong and I didn’t want to offend the nail artist. Came back in the next day to fix a nail that chipped and realized my color was wrong. I asked them to fix all my nails and the guy refused and fought me on it saying the colors change overtime. My guess is they marked the wrong number on either the sample nail or polish bottle and didn’t want to own up to their mistakes. So upsetting because I really thought I had found my go-to salon. Most likely won’t return and will recommend others not to either

Normally this is a go to place and I would rate it higher. Theyre tools are brought out in hermetically sealed bags and the environment is peaceful and quiet. During my latest visit another couple had brought in a bottle of wine and the more they drank the louder they became joking and laughing with many employees. I had brought my Apple ear buds and literally could not turn the volume loud enough to drown it out. There was nothing relaxing or serene about the environment on this occasion. I have been here many times before and everything was peaceful and wonderful in the past.

I gave one star. Reason is not because of Marie. She is the best massage therapist. Reason is because of the front desk. She is horrible. Dont know her name but to assume someone is pregnant and to say I thought I saw a bump is beyond uncalled for. I am a size 2 and weigh 118 pounds. I have had 3 kids but in my defense no baby bump exists. As much as I love Marie, I will never go back. The manager of SpaRenity really needs to pay better attention when hiring. Absolutely the worst customer service.

Initially, I thought I found a go to salon. Service was EXTREMELY fast (i think i got a full set of shellac acrylics in 25 minutes, im used to it taking close to an hour) which i was super happy about at first. But as time has gone im starting to see the side effects of the quick but poor job. Literally the next day the paint was ALREADY coming off my nails, that has NEVER happened to me before. So for that, I will no longer be returning. Id much rather sit for an hour and spend money on a quality job than be rushed in and out.

SpaRenity customizes your experience to fit your needs. Ive been going for over a year and have never had a bad visit. A positive is the availability of Sunday appointments. Try a hidden gem with massage services. For nails I would highly recommend Kieu.

Not a very good scheduling process. The online booking is only a “request” and they do not seem to stay on top of the requests. I booked an appointment online and had to call as I didn’t get a confirmation an hour before. Found out they hadn’t checked the online bookings and had no openings. This is the 2nd time I’ve had issues. Last month I called and scheduled over the phone and then got to my appointment only to be told they didn’t have time to “fit me in”. Probably not going to go back. (I gave 2 stars because JT is amazing at his job and the scheduling issues were not his fault.)

Best pedicure I have ever had! I got the lavender something or other and it was just round after round of amazing ness. Lasted two hours.

So I went there a week today and even though I am still under the 7 day no charge repair, I will not spend my time going back there. I already had one fix/repair on monday after a conversation with the Manager. Even the top coat is peeling off. I dont understand how a dip nail style wont last even 3 days before messing up. its pretty sad. And to have two nails ruined within a week. TOO BAD. My eyebrow was done badly too. The Tech couldnt hide her impatience about closing for the day. I paid $60 for the worse nail experience of my life and annoyingly, when you go back for a fix, they think they are doing you a favor. I will not be going back here.

Very nice staff but poor quality compare to many other places in Wichita. Dip manicure is very thick and and the shape irregular. It does not look professional.

I love their herbal pedicure and collagen hand craft pedicure. The other salon rushed client like throughout the cattle.never did I feel comfortable, staffs here make everyone feel welcomed like a part of family. This is the first place I have been who uses plastic bag linen pedicure cover for the bowls on their pedicure chair all their tools are disinfected by autoclave this you dont see at other salon in town. I liked the fact this salon use all natural organic products and organic nail polish ... go and see for yourself... the pedicure are so relaxing, I try to stay up, the tech doing my pedicure will make sure i not stressed, iam very comfortable, I cant said enough about this salon... all my family and friends are come here very happy with their service, this salon is very high end decorating and atmosphere. you got to try it....

Love my nails both the times I have gone. They have a warranty for 7 days with Shellac. I hate to complain if something is wrong but they want to know and will fix it without hesitation if there is. Hoping to check out other services there in the future!

Ive been to SPA RENITY before in the past and its been a pleasant experience. Yesterday was the first time I had gone back in a while. I called in ahead to schedule a mani-shellac at around 5pm and they sat me with a woman named Linda. She was sweet however she rushed my service and did not have me wash my hands after soaking my prior polish off which caused the polish residue to stick onto my new paint. Im a believer if you give your hard working money to a place of service they should give you a great experience. My mani was $39.00 and i only tipped $5.00. i hate leaving bad reviews but this should be a concern to management. sadly I will not go to this establishment anymore it was a terrible experience :(

I’ve been going to this place for like 2-3 years and constant with the same person! Now all of a sudden they want to only get business from the rich people but that’s on them because that is one shady business. $45 for a full set is really too much. Most people will not pay that cause I know I won’t. I have been a valuable customer for years but now they have officially lost my business! I don’t recommend
