I went in and had a picture detailed on how I wanted my nails to be done.I asked for a manicure w shellac done.I asked the tech if she could do this easy particular design and she said yes. The first 20 min of my manicure my tech was occupied on a phone call.After complete, the design was not comparable to the picture, the colors matched nothing to the picture.I would have easily selected a different picture or design for my nails had the tech said she couldn’t do this design.I was not satisfied at all with the experience nor the outcome of my nails.I also felt as if it were very overpriced for this simple easy set .

Placed perfectly on Web road right next to Dilans grocery store. Easy to get in and out. FANTASTIC ambiance and techs that know what theyre doing. Customer service of the royal kind. I recommend Paris Nails and Spa for anyone serious about self care/love.

I have been coming to Paris Nails for years. When I get a pedicure, it is time well spent. I walk out feeling like I am walking on a cloud. My nails are always on point, they are always adding new colors and take care of my nails to keep them healthy.

They drilled to deep in my nails and they were too thick to take off with acetone so all my nails cracked at the nail bed and their bleeding. Never coming back again 😤

I went in and got a full set and pedicure and they charged me far too much, 50$ for a full set, no shape or design!! they charge me 97$ and when i called them about this they gave me only 5 dollars back when it should have been far more, nails started chipping and the color started peeling off within 1-2 days, went back to get them fixed and the lady cut me twice, made my nails super crooked and there are dents and bubbles in my nails, never going back here. absolute rip off, save your money.

I thought this would be my new spot. Nice environment etc but my last visit was a never again especially for the price charged. I got a full set no designs $46 ok fine but by day 4 it already looked like I needed a fill which brought attention to the other flaws..my nails weren’t fully painted on the sides, some bulky some normal..my fingers hurt so bad the next day from the lady drilling my fingers instead of my nail..completely dissatisfied

I went in for a simple pedicure. The tech cut my cuticles so close that my big toe bled. Instead of apologizing, he tried to make my concerns sound irrational! I did not allow any further steps on my big toe. Waiting to make sure there is no infection before I allow my toe to be painted. I am highly disappointed in the handling of this situation. Even the owner dismissed me and offered not one apology.

The younger guy named John did my nails for Mothers Day and he was absolutely wonderful. Took time to make sure everything was perfect and drew a stunning white rose on my big toe. I didnt even know this place was here until I googled for a place this morning and now Im going to go all the time. They are awesome!

I normally pay anywhere from $17-$25 for a fill.I paid $41 for a FILL. Not even a full set and my nails on day 2 look awful.The shaping doesn’t match and the shellac is already peeling on day 2!Great staff but way over priced

First timer here & don’t get me wrong the conversation was amazing as of any Nail salon is known for but what came down to is my nails she let me go home like this even when I let her know that I wanted them to get re done . I had to pay her even if I had my nails like this. I’m on the verge of crying.

This is the best nail salon I’ve been to in Wichita, I would recommend them to anyone. They are a little bit more pricey than other salons but you get what you pay for! Tammy does my nails & they are always perfect!

I went in with perfectly shaped long natural nails. I just needed to take off the shellac color and get a new French manicure. Sounded simple enough.They clearly dont know how to remove a shellac manicure. They botched the shape so badly I had to cut the length off and the tops of my nails are so damaged from them roughly scraping the polish off that it will take about 8-10 weeks before I can even try to grow them out again. I left with bare, scratched up nails that were shaped like cat claws. These people do not know what they are doing!Worst manicure ever. I wish I could give it zero stars.

I will never be back. Nail tech Lyn had me wait for AN HOUR & 1/2 for my nails to dry. He proceeded to take THREE acrylic nail customers. Mind you all I got was a fill. I finally spoke up & asked a different nail tech if I could pay & leave. She charged me tip included as if I didnt know she was over charging me. It costs 18 for a fill. She charged 20. I didnt argue but left livid. Ive never been put on a back burner, I believe in heavily tipping & usually tip $10 extra (of which Lyn has received prior to today tho he made me wait half and hour I assumed it was bc he was busy) youd think theyd care to get me out quickly to open seats but no. Simply rude.

They do a good job, but dont let the ower, the wife, do your nails. She has done mine twice and both times cut me with the sanding block used to smooth the nails. she does not pay full attention when she is suing the little electric sander either. She was talking to her husband and other people and not looking at my nails while she was using this. My finger is cut and it hurts. She is too rough and it is though she does not care....just wants to get the nails done and move on.
