I got in last minute to be ready for my brothers wedding. The woman who did my nails was so kind and did a great job. Its been so long since I have been able to treat myself. I appreciate them.

They were lovely! They accommodated my friends and I on short notice and did lovely work. I could live in the massage chair! Very pleasant people

Wasn’t impressed by the way I was treated from the time I walked in the doors. I normally would go to a different salon but my grandma has been coming to this salon for years. They did a great job on the right hand, but the left hand looked completely different. My middle finger and my ring finger looked like the nail was coming up off of my real nail. A few of my fingers were bleeding. When my grandma looked at them she said they looked weird I didn’t notice how bad they were until she looked at them, and when my grandma asked for the owner to fix them she had an attitude about it and said the mail doesn’t look like it was going to come off. I’ve never had this issue anywhere else.

Super nice staff. Worked every person in that walked in while I was there, which was shortly before close. Pedicure was amazing, daughter had a full set done and the manicurist was quick and did a great job. Will be back!

The women here are terrific! Always friendly, quick service, and the prices are hard to beat. $22 for a gel manicure & mine always lasts 3wks. Plus they do a lot of cute designs. Definitely check it out.

Went here to get my nails done on a Sunday because my regular salon Nails Today was closed. I walk in- a lady asks me what I want and I tell her and then just points for me to have a seat. The lady doing my nails was very nice and tried to make conversation so that’s why this iant a one star review. Ultimately got the nails I wanted but at a much more expensive cost than my regular salon for lesser quality. I felt the actual nails they used under the powder seemed cheap and flimsier than what I was used to. Which is fine, but was surprised when I ended up paying more. Also seemed like they used cheaper substitutes for many things. Ultimately not the worst experience but definitely will stick to my regular place. Cut my fingers multiple times and my nails were sore for longer than normal due to all the drilling. My nails came out some thicker than the others. Not consistent.

Wonderful atmosphere. Very clean and sanitary. The ladies were very nice and did an excellent job! If I lived here this would be my go to place. The owner was very professional and did an awesome job doing my cousins eyebrows.

A relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. I felt more like a guest than a customer. Very efficient techs. We didnt have a long wait nor did it take them long to complete our nails. The blue and pink nails are gels, the purple are acrylic.

Used to be my favorite place to go to for my nails But not anymore this was the last time going for me. The quality has went to trash., Then when I ask her to put sparkles over it so you dont see all the lumps she said she couldnt do it because the top code was already on. My nails literally look like a wavy ocean 🤬

This is the only place my daughter will go, always happy with the finished product

It has been years since I have been here and I quickly remembered why. The prices said one price but I was charged double what was posted. I will do a soak off before ever going back! Review of my visit: Overcharged, skin cut with tools several times so much I was bleeding and I had to get someone to put something on it. Another lady put barbicide on it. Really so I was in even more pain. All because Dee Voo the owner was rushing to wax $7 eyebrows. Wow are you kidding me! No thank you ma’am! Never again.

My daughter treated her sister and me to getting our nails done. Our tech wont listen to me. She drilled my nails to much and now they hurt so bad. She also changed my nail design after she started because it would take to long. Now my nail is coming off the 2 day. I wont be back.

Do Not attempt to have a manicure or any service at Maple Nails. The tech was very impatient and unprofessional. When she took my Existing polish she used nail clamps that were not clean and she reused a cotton balls. Then she would not allow the shellac to cure because she was in such a hurry and when I asked her to correct her mistakes she blew up yelling causing a scene I recommend no one ever try maple now

I waited an hour, after watching 3 nail techs finish with 3 customers. Finally I walked out, never ever have i felt so disrespected. No one said anything to me other then, what would you like? Finally walking out to my car an they offer to do my nails. I have a 1 yr old i prioritize my time around him and his nap time I dont have extra time to waste! this was a horrible experience!!!Very upsetting seeing 3 nail techs finish and no one says how long a waitI will not be going back

Everytime I come to this place D, the lady in the front i think she may be the owner is always very rude. She always has a bad attitude and a base tone in her voice. I will not be returning here as long as she has thaf attitude.

After a year of not wanting my nails done, I thought Id spoil myself and finally get it done.. NOT impressed, way over priced for the quality and cheap childish design. I would post pics if I could. On top of that cut my pinky really deep with the file and then thought itd be a good idea to put this dry liquid chemical on it that stung so bad, making it throb for hours later. Never going back 👐

My granddaughter got her nails done. They were very tasteful for a twelve year old. The shop was clean. She had acrylic on tips with gel polish. The length is functional not beyond her age. I feel there should be a parent or adult present at anything like this so if there are questions or limits its known from the start. Great Job Maple Nails!

I was in and out in 20 minutes with very clean and dry nails.

I showed her a very clear picture of what I wanted and I didn’t even get anything close to what I wanted the lady was in a rush had an attitude. All together just had a very poor experience! Now I have to go back to a different salon and have my nails fixed again since they can’t seem to follow directions!

I got my nails done here today, the lady that did my nails messed up in so many different ways. I got acrylics, she cut and shaped them but didn’t look at them to make sure they matched and that resulted in me having different size and shaped nails. She filed my nails so roughly leaving cuts, and when she cut my cuticles she stabbed me and now it looks like I bit the skin off around my nails. I’m highly disappointed, especially for the price I paid. Don’t waste your money.

Myself, my friend and my 2 daughters were going here every 2 weeks consistently and really liked lynh. I called today to get an appointment for me and my daughters I live 20 minutes away! They gave me a time of 12:45. I was there and soaking my feet for 2 hours!! After my daughters got theres done I am then told I have another apt 2 so I dont have time for you. Her husband did ask earlier if I wanted him to do mine which I did not because first he burned mine and my daughters feet with scalding water when. We got there and he cut my toe the last time I had him do it. I didnt want to be rude so I just said I would wait for her and he still at this time did not tell me she may not have time for mine. Very upsetting but I guess ill take my 100+ dollars every 2 weeks somewhere else.

Favorite 🙏 Dee is the owner and she has done my nails since I started going there. My nails NEVER have one time lifted and shes quick. In and out in 30 minutes. And all the employees are nice - a few her family members. Because of this, over the years Ive become to see the good family person she is which has nothing to do with how they do nails but more about how she runs her business and what kind of human being she is. Everyone I have referred there has loved it as well which speaks for itself. I currently live down the street but considering all of the above I will forever drive out of my way to go to Maple Nails to have them do my nails as long as she is in business.

Very rude staff. Turned me away an hour before closing because they said they didn’t have time to help me. There was only 1 other person in there. That’s okay, because I went to Sunrise Nails in the West Mall and I was helped tremendously and they were very professional and glad to have my service!

I actually really like this salon. I go mainly for my brows and they are quick and efficient, not to mention the only ones i trust my eyebrows to. Every so often Ill treat myself to a manicure and/or pedicure and I have never left unsatisfied nor have I ever been treated poorly. The ladies and gentleman are very kind and patient. Id recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Good experience and the nail tech was very nice. Satisfied with my nail manicure. I only reason I gave it four stars because the woman that helped me when I first walked in had an attitude. Not acceptable, if Im spending my money here, kindness is expected.

One of the worst experience ever we had service done on 6 of us. All together spent over $150 the gentleman doing pedis had an attitude the whole time I was trying to explain to them what we wanted done they kept interrupting finally when I was able to tell them what we wanted done they seemed upset (wanted tips on big toes to get that perfect square look) and said under their breath that was weird. Just rude service Ive had this done to my toes over 10years and never had a problem with them understanding what I wanted. Definitely never going back!!! Need to work on customer service skills! And listing to YOUR customers and just Your wanting to do what u want to do because its easier and faster! Your going to get paid for the service!

I go in Every other week and I love this salon... Everyone is friendly and make you feel welcoming... Ive never had an issue with anyones work there... I always get complements on how nice my nails look... to each there own but I really like this salon and would recommend it!

Best Dollar General i have ever been too!

Tried to ask for a design on my nails (polka dots) but the girl was either not listening or didn’t understand. I asked two or three times but I was sent to go dry my toes. It’s ok, guess I saved myself five dollars. I also wanted the deluxe pedicure but they didn’t ask that. Just gave the regular and sent me on my way. The work done was fine but they didn’t seem to care about what I actually came for, just the service they felt like providing that day.

I’ve had the poorest customer service here, first time being here and I will never come back again, they charge for shape, length, and reg nail polish. I usually go to California nails in the east mall but I was close to Maple nails and I knew I shouldn’t have but I wouldn’t recommend this place to a soul.

My girlfriend went to this location and had an awful experience. Employees didn’t listen to hear what she wanted, clipped her nails when she had been growing them out for the purpose of getting them done and wanted to charge her a “clipping” fee when the employee was the reason they had to clip them. She was cut with a tool and bled and the employee continued with the bloody tool and blood going down her pinky and at the end put the tool back in the drawer without cleaning it. Terrible quality, bad service and all around just not a good place to let your lady get her nails done.

Made an appointment Saturday to come in today to get toenails done. I came early for my appointment. Dee was not there, they asked me to call her! They finally did and told me she would be there in 15 minutes. I waited, she was still not there, another customer came in who had an appointment at 11, i had already waited 20 minutes, I will go elsewhere in the future.

Omg. Worst experience EVER. I used to come to them long time ago. Couldn’t remember why I stopped. They never have set prices. My daughter went by herself they charge $2 PER nail for coffin shape full set wit Reg polish was $42. They have prices listed that aren’t right. I would never recommend this place. You get treated differently and the customer next to you could very well pay $32 meanwhile you paying $54 for the SAME EXACT SERVICE

I called and the lady was very rude and I asked to get a set a simple acrylics and it was only 5 pm and she said we’re closing and they had people there and weren’t closing until 7!

I may be 10 but when we went there they harassed us because we were so “little” and we are getting ““ long nails”” the head lady or manager idk she went super fast and the quality was bad

Dee always hurt my nails with the electric sander, cut me several times, but she just keeps going--she is basically rude. I wore an heirloom ring my boyfriend had given me and she said it looked like an old lady ring!!She is not willing to come up with designs if I cant think of anything and she wouldnt change the shape of my nails when I ask, during a fill.She talks in her language with other employees which is rude!Im looking for a classier shop to get my nails done.

Lee is especially awesome! My gel nails usually last well over 14 days, and they rarely break or chip. Pretty amazing because they have always been thin, and break easily.

They do great brow waxing and I enjoyed my pedicure.

Was invited to try them by a friend and was highly disappointed. The owner was EXTREMELY rude. I had several cuts on my fingers by the time I was finished. I ended up having to return the next day for her to redo my nails and was treated very rudely and even had to pay more for her mess up!! Will DEFINITELY NOT be returning back there.

Nice staff, didnt do great on my acrylic nails, though.. Had to have them fixed within a week. They were coming away from my natural nail within just a few days.
