Second vehicle we bought from Richie. He is in high gear all the time. Very personable, he has all the qualities you want from a salesman. And Mitch in the finance department was great to work with. We had laughs even though hammering out your payments can be a stressful time. He did a great job for us.
Rich is the ABSOLUTE best I’ve been going to this dealership for about 11 years now. He gets right to the point, is very honest, and takes great care of you from the beginning to the end.Now, Mitch he handled my finance papers I wasn’t fond of him he was extremely pushy and acted like his life was on the line if I didn’t add extras on to my package I did say no to all of them but one because he was that pushy. I didn’t appreciate that at all No is No so now I have a slightly higher car payment because of him.
Dylan just sold me my first car! He was very helpful and even drove with me so my dad could approve the car. Hes a great salesman and I would highly recommend asking for him if you are looking to buy a vehicle.

A team that wants to figure it out and get it done. Had been dealing with a gnarly electrical issue in our RV for several months. Many shops scratched their head, were unconcerned, or were unwilling to burn any calories to try to help. Mert and Justin were gung-ho and eager to figure it out; and this service center does not typically service RVs! Mert provided a lot of upfront communication, and Justin jumped in to ask a lot of questions and was very curious and willing to roll up his sleeves and find the issue. Justin did what many couldnt, and he fixed a perplexing issue in just a few hours. Mert kept me up to speed throughout the day. I confess that AutoNation Ford wasnt my first service call, but it will be from here on out. Not everything can have a simple diagnostics and then a simple fix; and with Mert and Justin they truly wanted to help, even with something outside of the scope of what they traditionally do.
Just stopped to look at a new bronco that is for sale on their website a salesman named Richie helping me walked out to look at their demo bronco then he proceeded to argue me that one of the for sale the one that was on the website and wasn’t willing to go ask the manager why I was on the website for sale and continue the argument will never do business with AutoNation again if their salesman are going to argue customers and be rude to customers customer service is key. Was prepared to order a new bronco and write a check. Oh yeah and then the manager told me it’s because he has Italian in him and then tried to say that that makes a justifiable on how he treated his customer.
Linda was absolutely amazing. We were dreading a long day of going to multiple car dealerships to sell our car. When she found out our day plans, she asked what it would take to sell the car to her and she came through. Car was sold within an hour and we got more than we were hoping to for it. Linda was personable and great to work with. She made sure that we left satisfied and had a great sense of humor. She also cared about us as people and talked to us more than if we were just a business transaction. She talked to us as if we were old pals.
Salesman Pete and rest of the staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Finance guy Joey was also nice and understanding when it came to working out that side. However, Mitch was by far the worst person I’ve ever dealt with. He was pushy, mean, demeaning, and a bully. I’ve never had a someone talk to me and make me feel as dumb as Mitch did. If it wasn’t for me liking Pete and my wife liking Joey, I would’ve walked away from Autonation all together and purchased from a different dealership. If you go there and Mitch is the person in finance they have you speak with RUN!!! TO A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP
First time I came here was very disappointing. Sales person said we can negotiate in person and we drove 45 minutes to make a purchase but in the end we were told that we can negotiate. We decided to give it a second chance and came back a week later after talking to Dave Aune. Our experience was far greater with him and he made the purchase process very easy. I would definitely recommend working with him. If not for the first experience, I’d be giving it 5 stars.
Within minutes of arriving I was driving the car I was interested in. I did not intend on buying as I was traveling with family. Alexandra was very friendly and accommodating. Mitchell had my financing wrapped up in record time. I think the whole deal took maybe 2 hours!!! They even drove the car south of the TC for easy pickup as I didn’t have a licensed driver with me. The car check out perfect except for needing a battery. I would recommend this team for anyone in the market for a used car!
Matthew is a rock-star! Had a couple of unusual issues on a 13 Focus we just bought used and Matt really stepped up to the plate to get things done. I was just browsing various different cars on several websites, Vinny was the first to reach out to me out of the many other websites I had put my info into. Within half an hour I received a call and text asking for a time that would work best for me to come view the car. He was very quick and responsive to me (other places, not so much). I went to test drive the car, not planning on purchasing anything yet but VInny was friendly and knowledgeable about the car we test drove which quickly changed my mind making me ultimately buy the car.After deciding to buy the car Mitch walked me through the financing process as this is my first car I have had to finance. Even though I had a limited credit history he was able to get me the car I wanted in about 3 hours.
When observing while waiting for my car in servicing, it is obvious their goal is to provide informative efficient service to all of their customers. It is great to see a company dedicated in customer service. I have always had excellent service so that is why I continue to be a repeat customer.
Great service! Felix had everything set up- I knew the car I wanted to check out and had it ready for a test drive when I got there. He even helped me learn the cars technology. Theres a lot of new tech on these newer vehicles. Mitch, honestly I didnt think hed be able to beat the rate I walked in the door with, but he did! Pretty impressive. Definitely recommend AutoNation- especially if you get to work with Felix and Mitch!!
I cannot express my gratitude to my salesperson Felix. He continues to go above and beyond each time I need something 2 years after purchasing a vehicle with him. We bought a new Ford Explorer as we just had a new baby. It had a few strange issues with the antenna and paint. Every time I text him with a problem he is quick to respond and always has helps to ensure the appropriate department and person reaches out to me. As a newer mom who does all of the transporting to and from daycare, it is important that I am never without a vehicle. Felix and his team ensure I get a loaner vehicle and keep me updated as to when I will have my vehicle back. It really is nice to have someone like Felix who takes the stress off of my plate and makes the entire process seamless. Thank you Felix I appreciate you having my back. P.S. Took my Edge in for service on a Friday afternoon and Tony, my service advisor, was a a rock star! 🤘🏽 He made the visit quick and painless. Check in was fast. Tony promised the service would be in done in 1.5 hours and it was. And Tony explained all the work that was completed. Plus the total cost of the service was very reasonable. I will go back anytime.
Really enjoyed my experience at AutoNation Ford White Bear. Mitch was fun to talk with while he processed my information. I searched on line for a specific Ford F 150 that included a maximum tow package and a 3.5 V6 Ecoboost engine.Auto Nation seemed to have what I was looking for listed on their dealer inventory so I called and spoke with a salesperson named Confidence.(how could I go wrong by purchasing a vehicle from a guy named Confidence? )I wanted to trade in two vehicles, so Confidence drove with me back to my home to drive the other vehicle back to their dealership.I was given great trade in values on both of the vehicles I traded.From the time I walked into Auto Nation until the time I left the entire experience was simply great.I have received two follow up calls from Auto Nation in regards to my purchase which is just great customer service.
Dropped off 14 Explorer for service. It ended up being an extensive repair and a cost that wasnt planned. Matthew was SO accommodating and helpful. He worked with us EXTENSIVELY to make sure that the repair was done professionally and within our budget. I would not only recommend them but theyve also gained a lifelong customer that will be back to purchase future vehicles.

I Bought an 08 f150 that was a little more than I wanted to spend but it had low mileage and they allegedly did a full vehicle inspection. I don’t believe they even looked at the truck because I had it for less than 24 hours and it already had problems. They were nice about it and fixed it for free which I do appreciate. But now I’ve had the truck just a little over a month and it’s gonna need repairs done already which could be expensive depending on what it is. I don’t believe for a second that they actually did an inspection on this truck because all it’s been is problems since I bought it. Nice people but I am not pleased with my vehicle or that fact that they guaranteed that they did a full inspection. I will also say that the service department was 10/10 helping me out and they were great through the whole process! It’s just really annoying that I’ve owned the truck and it needed one big repair(which they covered, grateful for that) and now is going to need another. I went to a dealership this time so that I’d have a better idea of any issues the truck might have whereas a private party I would have no clue, but it looks like I had just the same luck at this dealership. Like I said, great people, very nice and good to work with but the vehicle that they “inspected” has not been satisfying whatsoever and now I’m here wishing I got a different truck.
Having had experiences a few years ago that were less than favorable,I am happy to report that the last four service appointments with AutoNation Ford White Bear Lake have been exceedingly positive. I went in to have a light bulb changed and explained problems I was having and Matt, who was taking care of the bulb, said I should schedule an appointment. I did and AutoNation mechanics found the problem, solved it and thanks to my Platinum Warranty I have a working Ford that didnt require I mortgage my home! My trust in AutoNation Ford White Bear Lake Service Department has been restored and I now would recommend their services.
They fixed the major issue however they were to rotate tires which they did not do and sent me out with low pressure tire, as well, asked them to change oil which they did not do so must make another trip. I asked them for touch up paint which was not offered. These are small things but important for good customer service.
When Quick Lane changed to taking appointments for oil changes, I assumed it would be better/quicker than the past iteration of Quick Lane. After 2 visits, I realize so far that this is not the case. The most recent visit took 2 hours, they didnt actually begin working on my vehicle until 1 hour and 7 minutes after I arrived. My time is valuable too, and when one schedules an appointment for service, of anything/anywhere, it is assumed that the service will begin at or very shortly after my arrival, that is how I plan my day. An oil change and rotation should NOT take an hour, but I would allow that an hour would be tolerable, certainly not 2 hours. Quick Lane is a definite misnomer.
Great experience working with these people. Phil was super personable and we had some great conversations while waiting for finance to be ready. Mitch was knowledgeable about everything I needed and made sure I was going to be set up right. And then I got to go back when I realized the first car wasnt going to be the right fit and they both made the exchange process as painless as they could and had smiles on their faces, at least with their eyes because of the masks, the entire time. Kirk in Service does an awesome job. I have had some issues however he has a great touch in working to get fixed. He had vehicle in and out in day and half and just kept the extra half day to make sure it was fixed correct.

Made same day appointment using Ford app on phone. Dropped off, and picked up 3 hours later. Just regular maintenance. All quite smooth.
Best experience I have had buying a car. It was all thanks to Felix. He was a great salesman that did a good job of making sure I got what I wanted. He went above and beyond what I have ever experienced. He was with us from beginning to the end, even after he had already made the sale. He stuck around to make sure we got through as quickly as we could. If you go to AutoNation Ford looking for a car, I recommend asking for him.
I came in early for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Shawn was very courteous but it took 2 hours before my car was ready. It looked like he was alone at the service desk and getting behind. Need more people to help him. I would expect better service and certainly it shouldnt take 2 hours to get oil change and tire rotation.
Wow.. where do I start. I was sent to buy a Ford Pick Up from another dealership because they did not have the pick up I was looking for and AutoNation did. They had just gotten it in and it was in the inspection stage but still up for sale. Went over all the finance and got all the paperwork in, said it would be ready on Wednesday (7/28/2021). Called down there on our way a couple of times but Mitch the finance guy was busy. He did call back but we missed him. We had money in hand. We had it all set. When we got there Mitch was busy. We did talk to another salesman for a bit waited about 45 minutes and a lady came over and told us the truck was sent to wholesale. Our original sales guy Gabe was said to be gone on Wednesday, come to find out he no longer worked there (we contacted him personally). No one called us to let us know about the truck. We traveled 3 1/2 hours to come and pick it up. We are glad if the truck had problems that we did not buy it but when did they know it went to wholesale.. How does this happen?
Really appreciate my dealership!!! Geoff has always done what he could to help me over the years (5 cars bought here and counting😉). Geoff and Kylie assisted me through the new process of ordering a vehicle, it was exciting! New faces such as Lacie and Garrett were also a welcome addition to our experience this time. All of these I mentioned and other workers we have come into contact with(sorry I dont remember your names, but dont forget your smiling faces and kindness) are incredible!!! This dealership is straight with you, honest and they care....if something ever does go wrong, they will fix it and make things right. Tim did a great job of keeping me informed about the progress of the work being done on my car and worked to make sure it was completed in one day as it would create a burden for me to keep it overnight and they did not have any loaner cars at this time. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because I had an appointment for a week previous and drive just over half an hour only to find out that the work could not be done that day as staff were out due to a family emergency and no one called to let me know. However, I also found out at that time that the work could not have been done on that day anyway as the recalls on my vehicle required more time. It would have been nice to have been informed of either of these facts prior to driving that far for literally nothing.Tim did make up for this though with his service and I picked up my car feeling satisfied with the work that was done and the service provided.
Confidence was great! So was Alex! But our favorite was Mitch. We went in there not knowing what would happen, but they all made it happen for us. Explained everything thoroughly. Even gave us a great price for our trade in. Well definitely be back!

AutoNation Ford-WBL! Amazing Service! Top notch! I made an appointment on Friday for the next Monday to have my brakes done. As I knew that they were in need of repair. About an hour after I made the appointment my brakes actually started going out. So I called back and the customer service representative was able to get me in at 9 AM Saturday morning. The next morning! 👏 Outstanding!Then I realize, Oh No. My 11-year-old son and I have a baseball celebration to attend in Eden Prairie at 11 AM. My son was super excited to go. We had been talking about it all week and I didn’t want to let him down. But how are we going to get there with no car? I told Tony, my Wonderful service representative, the situation. He told me he’d take care of it and we’d be out the door by 10:30. And I said how are you going to do that. And he said I’m going to get two mechanics. One to work on each break. What?! No words can describe how happy I was. He even gave me a ride home. I had a friend drive me back to pick up my car at 10:20 AM. They did my breaks in an hour and 20 minutes. WOW!!! My son and I made it to the baseball celebration on time and he was so happy and excited.Kudos to Tony! He made an 11 year old extremely happy!!! ❤️💕
I had an appointment at 3:30 on June 23 to get my oil changed and tire repaired and rotated. I arrive before my scheduled time at 3:20 and told them i would wait for the service to be done. After 2 hours I asked the office manager how much longer it would be and he stated they were just finishing up. When you have Quick Lane as your name it should not take 2 hours to get and oil change. Ever customer that was in the waiting room had wait two hours or more. If this is your norm I will need to find a different Ford dealership to get my service done.
Dropped vehicle off for scheduled airbag replacement. Should only be ~1 hour job. Dealership failed to complete task within same day and was not proactive in communicating schedule delays back. Lost use of vehicle overnight. After failing to get airbag fixed on schedule, they tried to upsell more work on the vehicle. Would not recommend for service. Will not return.
The young man who actually sold us our new pickup was absolutely 💯! So kind and considerate, and definitely went above and beyond to make us comfortable and taken care of. The only thing we werent really happy about was the long amount of time it took Mitch to get things done, and the fact that he didnt go over all of the costs of ford protect and other costs associated with the purchase was frustrating. And you put the wrong Tonto cover on, but you are getting the right one for us.
My oil change in the quick lane took more than 3 hours to complete. They asked me if i wanted my truck washed after oil change which I said yes to and they failed to do that within the 3 hours I was there, they also failed to apply my ford pass points to my bill. The cashier ended up adding the ford pass points and paying for the remaining balance of my bill due to my wait. Even after that I still would not recommend there services and I will not be going back. This is the 3rd time there and I have never waited less than two hours, and they always seem to forget something, the 2nd time I was there they forgot to put a new mileage reminder on my windshield. Makes me wonder what else they are forgetting to do.
I scheduled and brought my vehicle in for warranty work last week. I was told they couldnt order the parts until the vehicle was in their lot. (Odd, because it doesnt work that way elsewhere.) I wasnt notified until today that it was completed and ready for pick up. Once I was there to pick my vehicle I was told that it had been ready since Friday! They held on to my car for three days!! I could have had my car back before the holiday weekend like I needed. Thanks AutoNation for your lack of customer service.
I dropped my Ford Focus off at 8 am for servicing with the expectation that it would be ready at the end of the day. I want to applaud Steve, our service consultant, for his customer service. He called mid-day to let us know he was running a little behind and it might not be done that day but hed do his best. Well he did his best and it was done. I appreciated the heads-up so I could be prepared, just in case.
Mark was wonderful. Helpful, caring, checked in with us often. Joey in finance walked us through the buying process seamlessly. Excellent experience.

I recently had transmission issues with my leased Ford vehicle. I was dreading the usual run-around you get at car dealerships. That wasnt the case at all. Tim Nipp, Kirk Gilbertson and Kathy who works the service desk were tremendous in helping get a loaner vehicle and expediting the repairs as I was on a tight schedule and leaving town soon. I stopped going to AutoNation for service on my Ford F-150 about 5 years ago - two very bad experiences with poorly trained/supervised technicians. Paid over $600 for a loose wire repair and the technician bent my timing chain cover while using a pry bar - didn’t tell me about it - over $2000.00 in repairs. Reported it to management and all they did was make excuses.Decided to give them another chance - against my best judgement. I was wrong. I went in for an alignment and the service was excellent. Price was fair. Tony, service manager, was outstanding. I will go back again. Tony should be given a raise - he is the ONLY reason I will return for service.
My salesman Avel was awesome. He worked hard to make things go smoothly and address anything that needed to be taken care of through the process. AutoNation Ford White Bear Lake was friendly, honest, and created a friendly, not pushy, buying experience. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

UPDATE AUGUST 25thA month ago, I purchased a used pick up from this dealership. It was a two day process just to trade my car in and finalize the sale. Don’t get me wrong everyone was pleasant to work with, and very friendly. The truck came with one key but no key fab, I thought nothing of it. Halfway home, the anti theft lock system locked my stereo. I had to take it in to have my stereo unlocked which cost me $100 at my local place, as I’m not local to white bear. Upon inspection after they solved the stereo problem, they found that my windshield leaks horribly after a car wash, allowing water to come in and onto my dash. My passenger side powered mirror no longer works but the drivers side does. My steering wheel controls no longer work, the tail gate is having issues, my locks are sticking on my driver door, I’ve broken down twice now and had to be picked up due to my input speed sensor going bad AND yesterday to top it off, my transmission control system module is shot. My rotors are slightly warped causing aggressive shaking when brakes are applied. Oh and I somehow have a severe oil leak. I called to see what could be done as I haven’t even had the vehicle for two months, and I got the response, “Our service manager might give you a call back tomorrow.” Thanks for selling me a pick up that’s already costing me a pile of money. The people were great to work with, but seriously disappointing that I’ve not even owned the vehicle for 6 weeks and already have these expensive problems. If you purchase a vehicle from them, I highly recommend having your own mechanic look the vehicle over first.After speaking with them after I left this review, the gal I talked to was great to work with but unfortunately couldn’t do much for me. Here we are just two months later and just a week ago I found out I need a new transmission, I have had to replace the input speed sensor, and the turbine speed sensor, I need a new hub assembly on my front passenger side, I had to replace the power steering pump, oh and surprise surprise, my check engine light came on again this morning so now I have to bring this truck in for the FIFTH TIME
This will not be short, but represents what I hope to be a rags to riches story. Three years ago, my 1999 truck finally died, so I went to this dealership looking to lease an explorer and came out happy in a half day. However, the three ensuing years were a nightmare of bad service and let downs. As the lease came to an end, I however loved the car and wanted to keep it. I was quoted one ridiculously high payment option during a quick meeting and was disappointed and planned to turn it in and move to Chevy. Then, Geoff doing a solid piece of follow up contacted me and placed me back on the hook. Once I was on the hook, I met with he and Mitch in person and I bought the vehicle that day. While discussing the three year extended warranty and service plan, I was introduced to the new service manager personally and convinced to give it another go. So, I have the same vehicle, a decent payment plan, an extended warranty and service plan and a follow up visit soon. I am rating a 4 today with hopes that I am not a complete sucker, and that in 1-2 years I can increase it to a 5. However, it was previously about a negative 1, so am writing this in hopes that the trophy for most improved means something - thanks for an entirely great experience Geoff and Mitch!
From the sales person to the sales manager to the financing, everyone went out of their way to get me what I was looking for, for a fair price. After receiving delivery of the vehicle, Taylor, the sales person, followed up twice to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and understood all its features.
Their staff are friendly enough and respond quickly and effectively. There is a bit of a disconnect between their chat representatives and their sales representatives. The location is nice and seems well maintained.However, if youre in the market for an EV and dont currently have a vehicle, dont even ask them about the Mach-E. In order to test drive it to see if its a vehicle youre interested in, you have to 1. Currently have a vehicle and 2. Schedule your existing vehicle to be serviced there before you can test the Mach-E.In other words you have to dish out some $.Long story short, if you want to go electric and want to try before you buy to make sure its the right vehicle, go elsewhere.
We went to AutoNation Ford to buy our Ford F150 Raptor this week. James was our sales rep and Mitch was our finance rep. We had a great experience! They were very friendly and went above and beyond to get us into that truck. We couldnt be happier with our purchase! We spent several hours there between two days and they were also very patient with our two young children and their impatience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
I have truly never experienced such bad and unethical behavior from a dealership before! I don’t even know where to start. I decided to purchase a sought after vehicle from AutoNation Ford last Saturday. I am a repeat client to them by the way. First I was told that we can arrange a test drive and all the other details on Monday, as they still haven’t dealer - stocked it on their books yet. On Monday I was told, after I had to inquire, that I’ll have to wait another day. I told them to not worry about a test drive and asked if I can take delivery on Wednesday. All good they said. On Wednesday I confirmed that all is still on track, beforehand and was told to come through. After many arrangements, my whole family went through to take delivery of our new ‘baby’. Very excited, we got there, only to wait around for half an hour before someone helped us. We were then told that the car isn’t there as it is still being inspected in their workshop. We will have to come back another time..., and they will give us a full tank of gas for the inconvenience, once we take delivery. My son, heartbroken, as he can’t sleep with excitement, had to leave and we had to wait until they contact us. Unfortunately, this type of vehicle is hard to come by, so we couldn’t exactly just find another one elsewhere and the dealer knew this, so they could simply do whatever and however they wanted. Two days later, we got the call that we can come through to take delivery. Again, we made arrangements at work and college, so that we can all go through, unfortunately with much less enthusiasm this time round, not knowing if it will work out this time. Buying a new car should be such an exiting and happy experience... It is so sad that a dealer could take that experience away from you. As luck would have it, the car was ready, but none of their other promises were kept, like additional charges, inflated finance rates and yes, a half tank of gas. We tried to discuss it with their management, but they were so rude, we just gave up and not wanting to disappoint our son any further, we just signed and excepted it all. Please, please don’t ever do anything like that to yourself. If you want or need a new car, rather give your business to someone else. I am pretty sure that you will get better service anywhere else. I will never ever buy from Ford White Bear Lake again, nor will I service a car there and I will do everything in my power to tell everybody I meet, to avoid them at all cost. I should have read their reviews and looked at their ratings, before I went there. My mistake...
I purchased 2016 Ford mustang from this dealership. At the time the backup camera went out before I brought it home. This dealership said they fixed it. Well a year half later the same issue is happening again I called and talk to used car manager today and said they would not pay to fix it and they can not look back year and half ago to there own service records to find out if it is the same issue going on. Of course its the same issue going on they just dont want to pay for it what a joke Ill never buy a car from this place again. This the White Bear Lake Location
Felix was AWESOME to work with! He shared pertinent information and was very accommodating - including staying several hours late at work to help us. FYI, financing and the paperwork takes a LONG time. : / By the time we were finally ready to go, we had been going thru the process for 4+ hours.
Mostly positive experience. However couldn’t get my phone call answered when I tried to set up the appointment even though it was clearly during business hours. Had to settle for making my service appointment on line.Also, I was charged $25.00 for a tire repair that they didn’t do. They told me that the puncture was in a spot that couldn’t be repaired and sold me a new tire instead. So I got charged for a tire repair and a new tire at the same time.
This was going to be my very first time ever buying a vehicle, and even though this was going to be 2017, this was a new vehicle to me. I had a huge issue when I purchased my new vehicle, but Managers Terri and Shawn teamed up to resolve my issue where others could not. Also Tim in the Service Center was extremely helpful and had outstanding Customer Service. Easily able to get in an appointment without issue. Figured out all the problems and gave good insight on the rest of my vehicle. Service was amazing and the process very simple. Tim was an amazing help and went above an beyond.
I had the best car buying experience at the AutoNation Ford dealership in White Bear Lake. The sales consultant Russell was very knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking for and helped me find it. Mitch in financing also made the experience great working with me to get the numbers where I needed them for our budget. All around great experience. I will be be going back when I need my next car.
I was sold a 2015 Mitsubishi outlander sport es that was not properly taken care of. The car died on me before I could even pay my first car note and while in Wisconsin with major problems such as a blown head gasket, metal shavings in the transmission fluid along with the fluid being dark.I was stuck for 2 weeks in Madison, Wisconsin when I live in Woodbury, MN. I lost weight from the amount of food I didnt eat. I had to sleep in a rental for shelter. I had to look for places to use the bathroom on a regular basis because I was unable to return home. I had to delegate care of my plants and pets to someone because I was gone for so longI was told I was going to be getting the car bought off me, and the car would be towed for me for my troubles, but now I am being told I cant get anything for their negligence and being told that I have to get the car here myself.I was told by Mark Stevens that it would be handled for me because he realized that the internal failure was the companies fault. Now Im being told that I have to pay for the tow on my own and I wont be getting the appraisal check I was told I was getting.I simply want to put this ordeal behind me, but Im currently waiting in store trying to get service or an update because they cant answer/avoid phone calls. Ive been in store for over 2 hours.I am not comfortable buying a car from here

Waste of time! Texted on their website night before, “Yes the Vehicle is here”, “Yes your sales person will be here”, “We Open at 8:30, what time would you like to come in”Vehicle, not even in the state. Wasted 40 minutes driving here, and then they give me a ton of excuses. Waste of time. Also tell me “someone else is interested so that’s fine, bye”Unprofessional, Unorganized, just trying to shove Appointments in the door.
Excellent service. Spotted a Tacoma for a solid deal and they were very communicative about test driving and the whole process. They were timely getting me to the finance folks when i decided to pull the trigger. Alex Milton was great to work with.
Geoff our salesman and Sam our finance manager were great to deal with. Enjoyed the experience very much. These guys are the right amount of friendly, nice and respectful and dont treat you like a punter. Even after having a negative experience in the past, (5 years ago or so) my faith is restored in Auto-Nation Ford. Will buy from them again.

Amazing experience. Felix answered all my questions about my new ranger, he made it very easy and made sure I got all the features I was looking for! Honestly the only thing that felt long was waiting for financing information but Felix stayed with me the the whole process!

Do Not Service vehicle here!!!!Went here for the reviews and had been one of the worst experiences of my life.Had to bring my truck in for 4 full days to replace the wheel bearing, missing many hours of work due to them not getting to or repairing car,Received car back 2nd time stating it was fixed and still did the exact same thing I left it there with,Brought back twice more and truck shakes bad after repair was done, followed up with advisor and said to call him back to schedule because they want to make it right.Over 20 calls later, multiple asks to have advisor call me back, voicemails left and advisor will not answer my call, return voiceMail, call back or follow up with callback messages left.It is apparent this dealer has no intention of fixing there mistake or taking care of what I paid for, truck was returned in worse driving condition than left them with-DO NOT TRUST THEMI rarely leave reviews but 20+ calls over 4 weeks and left me high and dry now that they collected there money.I would not recommend purchasing or servicing your car or truck here-both of my worst customer service encounters where at Ford dealerships and it’s mind blowing how selfish and disrespectful they are.While there the staff was friendly and great, aside from that I would rate 0 of 5 stars.

I brought my truck in for service at this location. Matt Muyres immediately listened to all of my concerns and issues that I was having with my truck. He kept me updated and informed me of what was happening with my vehicle while it was at the shop. He was very polite and professional. I will be returning to this location for future service!
I purchased vehicle protection plans from AutoNation and worked with Mitch Gilbert. He did an outstanding job of providing me the information I needed and setting up the contracts. He also managed small refunds on my previous contracts that were close to expiration. I am very grateful for his help. Very responsive to all my calls and emails. Great job Mitch!!

Made an appointment to test drive a car.. I got there and someone paged my dealer. I waited almost 45 minutes and he never showed up. I went home.This isnt the 1st time I had problems with them. One time I waited 8 hrs for an oil change. When I went and asked where my truck was the guy was surprised I still was there. My truck hadnt been moved. I went home. No oil change. And I never went back until today. It wont happen again.
I’m from Wisconsin and had plates to transfer to the vehicle I bought. I supplied the plates to Colton as requested and was still charged the plate fee. I called and left a message as soon as the loan hit my account 6 days. Left another message a week later for Colton. Never received a call back for either call.Went in a week later and spoke with Anya about the fee she told me that they would speak with DMV. Never received an update.A month later I got my title in the mail with no lien holder on it. As well as a letter from the WI dmv stating that all of the fees haven’t been paid. Brought both letters into the dealership and asked for Anya. Was told she was in meetings with corporate all day and not on the sales floor. Saw her in their office area with the salesmen and talking with other customers. Another manager came out to help me. Turns out the paperwork got filled out wrong by Colton for the title. So I had to sign a new title form. And when I asked about the plate fee I was told I was on my own to try to get it back from the state.I should have listened to friends that have bought cars from Auto Nation about how bad they are and gone elsewhere!

Richie the used car salesman basically screwed me over to purchase a newer used vehicle. I agreed to purchase the vehicle if they would have a fairly minor interior damage repaired and because their person could not do it they told me I was out of luck. The repair was put I writing with the purchase agreement for the car and I was hung up on and told to return the car because they were not willing to have an external shop make the repairs. I wouldnt send anyone to this store, as far as I can tell they will do anything to sell you a vehicle and dont stand behind their promises.

Jacob contacted us as our lease was up March 10th. He was available and very easy to reach. He was attentive, listened to what we were looking for and for what we wanted. We were able to get in for an appointment within 2 days, arrived the day of our appointment a bit early and he was ready!
