So Im not even a customer of theirs but on the morning of August 24th, I ended up with a flat tire not far from their shop. I was sitting on the side of the road for over an hour when Cori (sp?) noticed me sitting there. She saw me while dealing with an actual customer. She stopped to see if I needed help. Told her I couldnt budge the lug nuts and my road side assistance was going to be a while. She went back to the shop to call her tow truck friend which didnt pan out but Bryce, their Snap-on tools rep arrived, she explained my situation and bless him, he said he would help. Cori and Bryce showed up and Bryce got my tired changed. Just because of this, I would highly recommend them as obviously they go above and beyond!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

I was having an issue with my brakes, making my car very scary to drive. Brad was booked out for the next couple of weeks, but decided to try to squeeze me in the next day. He fixed the brakes without issue. Unfortunately, I also had an issue with the transmission that I asked him about, but he wasnt able to repair that. No problem, though, as he gave me a couple of referrals to other shops that he trusts.Thanks for your help, Brad! As long as Im living in the area, youre my car guy!

My husband used Jake’s for the first time this week for a repair and we were both extremely happy with the service that Brad and his wife provided. Brad is great, very genuine guy to work with. He gets the job done fast. Brad was very knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly, and above-standard from what Ive dealt with in Mechanics. The shop was small, but well worth it. He always goes above and beyond. My first time experience: I initially called with questions to do with an oil leak and he went through all of the possibilities and gave me an estimate over the phone (to be verified once he looked at it). He fit me in that day to look it over and give me the actual estimate(the estimate took less than 2 hours!). He gave me a quote WAY below other estimates and he figured out it wasnt what I had previously thought it was (an oil change center took a guess without looking closely). I left my car for him at the end of the day on a Wednesday to begin fixing when he could (he estimated Friday morning because he was booked Thursday), and he fit it in Thursday anyway! It was looked over and completed, cleaned up, ready to go, in 24 hours from when I dropped it off! I was completely satisfied with the quality of the service, pricing, and customer service. I will DEFINITELY be going back and will be recommending him and this shop to anyone looking for a good mechanic in the twin cities. A++. Thank you again Brad! BEST AUTO SHOP EVER! I dont even live in Minnesota anymore, yet call Brad for everything and especially before I make any decisions. He replaced a water pump in my car that went bad three years later, even though Im out of state in CO, he took care of everything with warranty and the conversations with AutoZone. He is reasonably priced and is willing to help with anything as it relates to cars. Somebody like this is extremely hard to find in the Auto industry!
