I love this place and have been a happy customer for years. Hector turns hair cutting into an art form.

The quality of this place has decreased enormously. Why even bother explaining how would you like your hair cut if the hair dresser just makes it up. I keep trying to give this place another try because people are nice, but every time I leave all I have are regrets. Never had an uglier haircut in my life. Manicures also take hours. Don’t waste your time. Wouldn’t recommend

I went to get my eyebrows waxed, the girl was in a rush, she was doing another girls hair in the middle of it and on a phone call with another customer. She waxed half of my eyebrow off and pretended it didn’t happen. Literally so unprofessional, not worth the money at all.

I had the laser teeth whitening done by Carmelina and I love my new teeth. I didn’t expect it to come out the way it did so I’m thankful for the results. She was attentive and always checking up on me while I was getting the procedure done. She even sent me before/after pictures! I will definitely be back in 3 months for a touch up. Thank you!

I made an appointment for 5 pm. There was no receptionist, only the hairstylist which was doing someone else’s hair. The owner came to tell me at 5:15 that she was going to call me to cancel my appointment because her stylist couldn’t come. Once I expressed my distaste with the circumstances she was very condescending and told me and I quote “you’re too young to be upset”The lack of professionalism is above and beyond. Staff is rude and not helpful. Won’t be recommending this salon to anyone, ever.

Heard good things about this place, but when I went in to get my hair trimmed and colored, it was the biggest mistake I’ve made. I asked for some natural blonde and soft brunette streaks in my hair and they ended up bleaching my whole head platinum white.. then tried to fix it by dying it black. I’m am very disappointed and embarrassed to be seen because of this salon. I work doubles almost every day and haven’t had the time to go somewhere to get it fixed and the places I’ve called to fix it said they can’t.

Made an appointment a week in advanced for mother’s day weekend with Patricia and they changed my appointment without even calling to ask for another day, made me wait approximately 20min just to tell me they did not have the manicurist available. Only feedback sorry idk what happened, complete lack of professionalism.

Im beyond happy with the services and professionals who work at this salon. I have been getting my hair, eyebrows and nails done here for over a year and the level of professionalism and outstanding customer service is superb. The place is always pack, so I truly recommend for you to make an appointment, you will not regret it :)

Pino is very good with hair cut but not with color. Very disappointed. He made a mess of my hair and tried to fix it but after another invention. I just left. I was charged for terrible color work.

This place has differents stylists and you can choose the one of your preference. People is so friendly in this place.

I brought my daughter here for an ombre treatment. She called first to ask the price (She was quoted $100) and then asked again when she made the appointment ($100). After she received the treatment, the bill came to $170.00. The stylist trimmed less than an inch of her hair for an additional $35.00 and gave her a blow dry (10 minutes) for $40.00. I was upset because they did not divulge that the $100 was just for the treatment, nor did they tell my daughter (who is 14) or me (who was waiting right there in the waiting area) that the two small additional services would be another $70.00. The woman at the front desk was uninterested in my feelings of being taken advantage of. Maybe the employees would have been more forthcoming about the prices if we asked in Spanish? Who knows. The color treatment was OK, but certainly not worthy of $170.00! This salon is very similar to the Hair Cuttery. I cant imagine why people pay these prices. I wouldnt go back again.

This place is rediculous, the customer service is the worst i have ever seen. You come in and sometimes you dont see a representative at the front desk for 30 min. If you r new btw be ready to wait an extra 20-30 min. And the front desk is full of representatives that dont give you a glance of respect. To be honest the only reason i come here is because of pino. Pino knows what hes doing, he dosent just cut hair like any other barber. Btw if you r a man getting a hair cut here, do it with pino, hes the best. And i have tried other people here and messed up my hair, they always cut it too short.
