I can’t say enough things about the people that work here. Super upbeat guys that explain everything in detail and care. It’s like a drive thru where you don’t leave the comfort of your car and they check everything not just your oil, tire pressure and tire rotation needs. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who needs a quick oil change to come here. These guys are awesome!

This was my second time using this business. All around great experience. The speed, the attention to detail, and the customer service stood out. The quirky but professional safety communication is fun and reassuring. They gave me a few recommendations for things that could be done in the near future without trying to sell me on something that wasn’t urgent. They were honest about what needed to be done and what didn’t. I like that they check and top off all fluids, check all of my lights/blinkers, and tire pressure. They even pointed out a lose hose unrelated to my oil change that turns out to be the culprit of my check engine light! As all of the staff said goodbye and waved as I pulled out of bay 2, I felt completely satisfied and confident in my old cars health. I highly recommend this place.

I have been to this location many times, and each time I am impressed with the customer service. Every employee I have encountered has been thoughtful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. No high-pressure for extra services, and everyone always seems to be enjoying their job. No reason to go anywhere else in town!

All girl team here and they are very efficient and knowledgeable about everything. Made me feel great seeing them go to action! I highly recommend! This is the only place that I will go in town to get my oil changed regularly. The customer service is absolutely amazing. Today I went on and was serviced by Isaiah. He was so kind and courteous and gave me the best customer service that I have received in a long time. I am the GM for a local grocery store and I wish I could clone him and have him work for us! I still might go back and try to steal him ;) Hang on to that one, Valvoline!

Most workers were women and boy, they were amazing! Very knowledgeable and professional. They did a fantastic job! Jocelyn was my tech- she was honest and helpful. Will definitely be coming back!

They are quick but the staff talk super fast and arent very personal. They obviously say the same thing to 20 people a day, which is super hard to follow when they drone on. Otherwise, its great, quick and standard pricing.

They took my 16 smart fortwo on once. I had to supply the filter and they drained the oil with a machine. It took the better part of 2 hours. Disounted the bill was far more then I was expecting. Although that was .are up for with great customer service. 5k later they said moving forward they will NOT be servicing my vehicle.

False advertisement, oil change tool well over an hour and a half.

Great service. They took me in immediately. No getting out of the vehicle. The technician showed me the dipstick at the end; likely part of their policy to confirm to customers that the plug has been replaced, the engine is holding oil, and the right amount has been put in. Good process! Over $80 for the cheapest option for a 2010 Toyota Prius.

Its okay. Standard oil change and work is pretty much the same as a dealership. They provide.you with all the recommended options and give you options..you dont always have to buy everything they offer but Ive got to say, its cheaper to.go to the dealership.brand that you have. That way you get oem and all. If you are in a rush, Maybe 20-35 mins.

Honestly this is the best, fast and hard workers that I ever seen. They know what they doing. As soon you get there they treat you good and make you feel that they really want to do the best work for your vehicle. You guys have to go there and let the experts do the excellent job for your vehicle. You will never regret. Now I leave in San Francisco but work in santa Rosa and trust me I will never go to SF for a lil change I will continue to to the experts in this place.

This place is the only drive thru oil change place that made me feel safe during COVID-19. Since I’m immune-compromised, they went above and beyond to help me with a contact-less service, where I didn’t even have to roll my window down once. Other oil change businesses weren’t willing to work with me and some were downright rude when asked about a contactless option but every single employee at this location made me feel safe and respected and they were happy to work with me. Thank you Yasmin for preparing us for a contact-less visit before arriving and thank you Jocelyn for your kindness and eagerness to ensure a safe and thorough oil change during my visit. They post 15 minutes drive-thru its more like an hour and 15 minutes, thats because they keep selling other services which ends delaying the whole process... time to find a new place

Fantastic, efficient, and safe service in the era of Covid-19. We went in for an oil change and air filter change and were finished in under 15 minutes. The service was extremely friendly, they were very informative on everything they were going to do to the car, very transparent with pricing options (no pushy salesy-ness), and extremely safe. Everyone was wearing masks, and we stayed in the car the entire time while the car was being serviced. They even show you the oil stick with the level after changing the oil. The prices are competitive with other oil change places if you use the available online coupons. Please check the Valvoline website for coupon codes.

This business racially profiled me. As they were finishing up they put a bunch of cones and other items in front of my car as if I was going to leave without paying. They did not do that to anyone else except me. They were obviously racially profiling me as if I wouldn’t pay putting the items to block me in. They only did it to me.

I dont write reviews often but the team working at the Valvoline Instant Oil Change impressed me from the minute I drove up and they instantly acknowledged and welcome me, provided clear information on what they were doing, worked quickly and efficiently and sent me on my way with a great experience (unexpected) for an oil change. Ill trust them with my business from now on!

Its a good place for fast oil change and other severest. The only thing I dont like is, that they have alot of change employee. But check it out your self.

Send my grandson to Midas for an oil change on his Lexus. For some reason he ended up here. He was charged $145 for an oil change with full synthetic oil and a tire rotation. I was told that the oil change alone using 5 quarts of oil is $99.99 which I feel is outrageous. I called Midas, Firestone and was told the same oil change would be $80. Not sure what they charged him for a tire rotation, had to be $25 to $30. On top of that the rear tires are somewhat worn was getting ready to change those and they rotated them anyway. Hes 18 years old and I feel very strongly that he was taken advantage of. They will never get my business again. RIP OFF.

Everything went well until I got home and looked under my hood and saw about 20 drops of oil.... Dont know why they just dont clean everything up with the rag at the facility

DONT GO HERE NO MATTER HOW NICE THEY ARE... Read some of the review. I went there with my prius and do regular oil change. 15 minute later was shaking badly.. the next day the red triangle occur. Never happened before... then my car went dead. Now have to tow. My car never have problem until the oil change... shame on u guy.. please kindly go out of business for our safety and next customer

We went and got a oil change and transmission service their transmission service machine was not working. But we were happy to say the manager went over and beyond to get us our refund asap. They called us and the customer service. We received the refund next day. Well be going back

They guys were really nice. Explained everything ad they did it. Somebody always double checked everything before checking it off the list. Up sale push was there but not overbearing. Usually find a $10 or so coupon online or they can email one if you call.

I went for a oil change and got a couple upgrades in the process. I actually got a new battery; they let me know my battery was from 2012. The new battery really makes a difference. They were out of the battery in the shop so they ran across town to get one for me, definitely didn’t have to do that me but I appreciate it so much! Thanks for the great service!

Well they were kind of off the game we went in on a Monday and its really a small parking area so you can wait for your oil change but the staff was friendly they just were discombobulated and took longer than I thought it should...

Only good thing is the staff. Other 1 star reviews are spot on, 140$ for a oil change with 40$ extra oil i didnt get a choice or heads up about. My oil cap was loose under my hood after the change. The people were great tho just not worth 5 times what my mechanic cahrges, espicaly when my mechanic is almost three times faster and doesnt leave the cap off get oil all over my hood and plastic engine covers or forget to reset the change oil indicator

Stopped here while traveling with my Ford F-250 for an oil change in a hurry, the service was quick, but by the time I was told the total, which is about %50 more than I paid at the local ford dealership, my oil drain plug was already open and there was no turning back. I went to change the oil again yesterday and found that the filter used was significantly smaller than the correct filter, being upcharged 30$ for additional oil because of it being an HD truck then getting a filter so small that it would never properly filter all of that oil over a 7500 mile interval is unacceptable. The proper sized motorcraft was only $4 at the store. Incredibly disappointed with a $100 cut corner oil change. Will never return to a Valvoline, or any quick lube. They cost more than dealerships and you get significantly worse service. Included is the correct filter next to the filter used.
