Since I am in the movie business, the actresses I work with have to look their best. I have sent a number of them to Dr. Harrell and each time I am amazed at the results. Within a little over an hours worth of his artistry, in a couple of days, they have all looked wonderful. Not only that, his staff, including his beautiful wife Hazel, are nothing short of spectacular! I would not hesitate to recommend him to everyone.

I had a face and neck lift plus eyebrow lift in 2012. I looked so natural that not even my closest friends noticed I had surgery. My biggest fear was to look like the housewives of Beverly Hills. I wanted to look better but still look like me. Dr. Harrell did exactly that! I was so happy that went back and did my nose in 2015. Again, I look me!!!! I went to about 25 surgeons before choosing Dr. Harrell, I did my research and probably came back to him 3 times in person for a consultation, every single time he sat with me and took his time to answer and explain every single procedure with all the patience in the world. Haizel, his coordinator probably answered 1000 of my calls and made sure all my questions were answered prior, during and specially after surgery. My surgery was not a simple one, as my old implants were attached to my flesh and it took Dr. Harrell a lot more time than expected to dissect them out without damaging my breast besides other issues with my health that were taken care of by Dr. Harrell. When all goes well, every Dr is awesome, when we encounter problems... how they deal with the same will show you how good they actually are. I stayed 2 nights in the hospital after surgery which Dr. Harrell & Haizel made sure to physically visit me both days to make sure all was well. I’m about 2 months post op and I am still getting the same attention and care I did prior to my surgery, which I can definitely say that it’s not the case in many of the clinics and drs I went to before. I am coming back to get a rhinoplasty as well as, if needed, touch ups to the tt incisions in about couple of months. Couldn’t be happier with choosing this team! I love Dr. Harrel.He did my primary rhinoplasty but unfortunately when all of the swelling subsided I was left with a ton of asymmetries. My nostrils were uneven and my tip cartlidges were EXTREMELY uneven which led to one side of my nose being higher than the other! I wanted the bulbous out of my nose and although it was reduced, it was still fairly bulbous.I recently underwent a revision rhinoplasty and am liking the results. The new doctor said my tip cartlidges were not cut evenly and that contributed to my unsatisfactory result.With all that mean said, my original nose was a hard case so I wont be to hard on Harrell, I believe he did the best he could and thats all I can ask for.
