Had a appointment with a two hour window for Terminix to arrive as they said they would have to do a home inspection for mice situation.. I asked if it was really necessary to have a home inspection rather than an estimate over the phone……took off work to wait for their two hour window and all they did was give a phone call …sounded very unprofessional.. also I have to say it doesn’t seem like they’re very familiar with what they would be doing to eradicate the mice problem… …I will not be hiring them for my pest control problems… very disappointed…

I’ve called Terminix multiple times to come inspect my house for bed bugs and the first time they came out, the guy looked in the room for 2 minutes and said we didn’t have any. The other times they said they would call me back to schedule an inspection and never did. I had to call another company to help me since Terminix didn’t seem interested. On another occasion, they scheduled an appointment on their own and gave me a day notice so I couldn’t cancel, nothing has been solved. They just want your money.

Our original service was fine. However, I really saw no drop in our insect problem in our home after paying, what I feel, was a decently expensive monthly fee. After a few months, I tried to cancel and it took WEEKS of daily calls and being on hold for about 45 hours before I spoke with someone. Currently my contract is considered cancelled but Im still being charged by the company and cannot remove my payment method or cancel the payments. It has been months of unresponsiveness and lack of professionalism. Im sure this isnt just the Westminster location but I can honestly say Ive never had a worse experience as a customer in my entire life.

They were supposed to call to set up an appointment by 5p the day I called. No call that day, but the guy called the next day looking for directions to our home. No appointment or advanced notice - good thing I happened to be working from home! Guy that came out was nice, but he wasnt knowledgeable. Couldnt tell from our picture what the bug was, and only looked in 1 place in our home. Not a thorough assessment. Then he offered a random treatment for something he wasnt even sure what it was. Had Orkin come out for an assessment later (with an appointment) - night and day difference!! Knowledgeable and professional. Sorry Terminix - not impressed.

A friendly guy who was covering from another location helped me identify a pest, even though this was a commercial facility and I needed consumer services. Got me as a customer right there, great service. Pretty sure it was past his shift too as he was sitting in his truck in the parking lot close to closing time. The call center representatives are also very polite. Would recommend!

Called to set up a a time for a service I need. was given a window of 3 hours, but no one ever showed up... :/

Weve been trying to reach them for weeks and they do not respond. They cancel appointments with no notice or reason.
