I’ve been here more than a dozen times and they’re always so rude. I come back because I like the consistency of their work being good but I think I have had enough. Today, I had a 12pm appointment. As usual, you walk in with no greeting but what service are you getting. I mentioned my appointment. They were packed but had recently taken some customers in their chairs. It was 1250 before they were free. No one spoke to me once I apologize or to let me know an ETA of when they’ll be able to see me. The man was doing a bunch of other things around the shop, he even took a smoke break. When it was time to get my pedi, the woman who was doing it was being unusually rough and when I commented she just glared at me and said nothing twice. She then started talking to the gentleman that did my nails. I always give a $10 tip to each nail person regardless but today they did not deserve it at all. I will take my business elsewhere.

Sophie is my go to without a doubt in the entire area. Ive tried other places just because @Luyi they are often quite busy. However I have yet to find a technician who does a better job than Sophie. I would give her 10 stars if I could!!

I got a pedicure from them some time as a walk-in; and they were great. Went again a few months ago and they were busy with scheduled appointments. So this time around, I made an appointment on Sat for Mon 10am. I got there right on time and still had to wait. After over 20 mins, I left because this was going nowhere and I had other stuff to do. Service is great if you get it. But I shouldn’t have to wait if I already have an appointment. Sorry….

I had asked for eyebrow wax and stressed that I was growing out my eyebrows. Therefore I just wanted a simple clean up. I explained the growth under each brow was intended and I wanted that growth to remain. I asked the esthetician if she could complete what was requested and if she understood. The esthetician said yes, shook her head, and Lsaid she understood. When the wax was completed, and I was given a mirror, my reflection showed the exact opposite of what was requested. I kindly expressed how I felt while the esthetician just stared at me and the remaining staff did not even look up from their phones (this included the owner/manager). I was not rude or loud. I was not belligerent or disrespectful. However I was shown just that while there were whole conversations in another language that were obviously about me. This is not how patrons should be treated. This is not how business should be conducted.

Very rude, won’t go there again.The people there have no personality.There are plenty of other nail salons in the area to solicit before this place.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

I went for a pedicure and after my pedicure I received the best massage ever felt like I was in a massage parlor

When I called over the phone I was given a different prices then what they charged. They told me a gel refill was 22 and I ended up paying 43. And not to mention literally the day after they were already peeling and chipping(didn’t fit anything besides lounging at home in my bed.) very dissatisfied and will not return.

Had an appointment for a pedi and a gel mani. Waited over an hour for my mani WITH an appointment and then once they finished the mani, they had me sitting in the chair with my feet soaked for 30 minutes until I decided to leave and go elsewhere for my pedi…. Appointment at 11 and I left at 2:30 only with my mani done…. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Rude employees also.

I dont normally post bad reviews but.. stopped in for a pedi and gel mani removal, after the last shop I went to put gel on my fingers even tho I asked for something else. Anyway Im here and the lady didnt use any acetone to take off my nail polish, only 4 different nail files. Now after I left my pinkies start throbbing with pain. I felt like I was going to throw up. I had to come straight home and slather my fingers in neosporin. They are filed SO SHORT my finger tips are red and swollen. They hurt so badly. I doubt Ill ever return. And Ive been here before and never had a bad experience like this. My toe nails are fine in comparison. My fingers hurt so badly. Half of the cuticles are cut and stinging. Ill attach photos. Im sad. And let down. 🥺😩😭 besides the fact theyre all uneven too. Ugh.

The shop was hopping but staff was working hard to service everyone in a timely manner.My technician did a great job... efficient, thorough, professional.

Everyone was nice and friendly. Awesome pedicure and full set. Only thing was that they charged 15$ more for using gel nail polish on my toes and and 15$ more for gel for my hands which to me was a bit pricey, other places only charge 5 more for gel nail polish. Other than that no complaints, excellent massage with the pedicure.

I have gone to Luyi Nail Salon twice before and was very satisfied. This time I was not and the manager and worker were very unprofessional about the situation. I usually get a gel pedicure and this time I did again and was very unsatisfied. I’m not sure if the woman working on my feet usually did manicures but I had to remind her of many of the things that are usually done with a pedicure. My feet also did not not look how I was hoping at all ):! I asked the manager if there was any way he could compensate due to the situation or take some money off and he became very nasty. I will not be coming back.

THE BEST NAIL SPA IN THE AREA! I have been going to Luyi religiously for the past 5 years. The spa is so clean and cute inside. I never wait more than 10 minutes to be taken care of, and I am always greeted as soon as I step foot in the door frame. The prices are unbelievable; $27 for a full set of acrylics, $15 for a manicure, $9 for eyebrow waxing... these are just some of the amazing prices for services that I often get. They do such an amazing job with the nails too. They always make sure that they are doing your nails the way that you want them done and if not they will fix it. The spa associates also give you a complimentary back massage while your nails are drying! They even have a cute punch card where you get a free eyebrow waxing after every 10 visits. Another benefit is a 10% discount on your total bill if you pay in cash (every time!) I definitely recommend Luyi Nail Spa--- your nails will look stunning for such an inexpensive price, plus you get so many complimentary add ons / gestures!

Used to love this place, however they have become EXTREMELY rude. I get gel and a few days later it looks terrible. Recently I got white gel, 2 days later my white nails are brown. They cut my toe nails and nails for my acrylic so short when I told them I wasn’t happy they started talking about me. Always went here, but never going back again.

The simple fact that this salon is the only one open in my area this late is a plus. I got a pedicure and when i tell you I almost feel asleep from the relaxation I was getting, I definitely needed this. The only down side is BEFORE the lady did any work she wanted her tip. How do u want a tip but you havent done anything yet. Now dont get me wrong she did am amazing job and she did deserve it, but dont force customers to tip. I felt awkward and kinda forced giving her my money😳. But other than that I def love😍 and I will be coming back.

This is by far one of the worst businesses I have ever experienced very rude staff they don’t respect the customer I suggest that no one comes to this business and get their nails done here if you were really like to go to professional place please look for places with five stars are four. These people are very rude and they treat people according to their race. I have been here several times, but this will be my last! I wasnt greeted at all, but as all the Caucasian women entered it was hello, how are you today ? I first had a woman doing my nails (a basic gel manicure) and she stopped, said something to the man who works there and she walked as huffing and puffing. When she was doing my nails she was BEYOND RUDE and whenever she was done doing a hand; shed push it away with disgust!When the man took her place he sat down and never said one word to me, but made sure to go out of his way to greet any Caucasian woman that entered. They even skipped the little back massage they give on me.When it was time for my pedicure I had my service done by an older woman who was very kind and sweet. Unfortunately, shes working at the wrong salon.When it came time to pay I gave my card and paid. The woman who initially started doing my manicure asked do you have cash to give a tip? I kindly advised her I wouldnt be leaving a tip because she is rude. She then said started to yell that I should leave a tip either way! I said thank you, and left.I will not be returning. My money is green like everyone else!

It was my first time there, my friend had recommended it and they did my nails really well. Everyone was really nice and polite. I loved it and will most likely go again.

When you come to this place dont expect to have the nails the way you want to, expect them the way they want to. the owner will yell at you if you tell them what you like it to be done, instead they do them the way they like and they fight with their customers. worst experience I have ever had, thankfully i can take my money somewhere else. i tried giving them many chance but no more.

This place is absolutely horrible they made me bleed and didn’t even sterilize the tool after. God knows how many times with how many different ppl this has happened too. I will never go back and will warn everyone!!!

First time I ever went there was this past Sunday because they are the only nail place open late. They where rude and pushy. My nail beds are itchy and breaking out. I’ve never had an issue with my nails having a reaction this way. They over charge, and were very rough. Won’t be going back. I’ll stick to my regular nail tech.

Very rude, poor customer service. spent a lot of money me and my mother got pedicures which were not bad, but when my nails fall of in a week thats bad, also no restroom 🚽 for customers they said, then this one chick walks right and goes to the bathroom really 😡 And very unsanitary they dont even wash out the pedicures tubs with cleaner just use a brush and throw it right under their pedicure chair 👎🏻

I just moved to the area and was looking for a nail salon to go to. Came here on someones recommendation and I am glad I did. They are clean and professional and my nails look as just as good as when I used to get them done in N.Y.

Ive been going here since its open. Ive never had any of the issues that any of these people that gave this nail salon one star. They are super friendly to me and my mom every time we go in. I will never go to another nail salon again.

Very dissapointed. I kept coming back to this place thinking something would change but by far the worst. Everytime i ask for a design or a shape they cant do it and if they do it they charge you an extra $15. The girls are rude, everything is done half ass and forget about speaking to the owners. They are worst they could care less about correcting any wrong doing. Their response is always if you no like, why you come. As if that is the way to treat clientele. I definitely do not recommend this. A waste of time and money. 😡

I found this nail salon not to be clean. Ive been here several times and this is my last time. No hand washing going on at the salon between customers. The restroom is just awful.The equipment is old and needs to be cleaned. I starting coughing, After 10 mins.while sitting there having my nails polished.The air quality seems to have alot of dander in the air.

The staff is rude and pushy. Went with my friend who was taking some time to pick a nail color. An older lady came over to rush her and told her to hurry up and pick a color.The lady who did my pedicure half assed it. She spent significantly less time on my feet than the girl who did my friends nails.Havent gone back since and looking forward to trying all the new places that open around here.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! I havent been here In awhile, I decided today I was going to treat myself. I had such an unpleasant time, staff was rude and pushy. I was told I couldnt have what I wanted because it takes to long. I also felt rushed out. NEVER COMING BACK or recommending this place EVER AGAIN! I would also like to add the quality of the work has very poor they did my full set in 15 minutes I have bubbles in my nails they are crooked and miss shaped I asked for them to fix them and they told me no it would cost an extra $15 I am so upset

Absolutely love this place although the staff does not speak English very well they do a very good job with pedicures.

Very disappointing. Been going here for quite some time but thats will some as of today. She told me i dont get a fill like i need to so my nails breaks. Firsr off anyone who knows me knows i get my nails done every 2 weeks. First she told me to get a new set and get the new amc color acrylic. So im okay with that. I was so mad she started ripping off my nails with nail clippers i said to her dont you soke in acatone she told me it takes to long. So she split my one nails. Than tells me im wrong for getting regular acrylic because my nails are thin. Than instead of the amc color acrylic what does she do put regular acrylic on my nails. So at this point im ready to walk out. Also she cut me a few times with the file. I was told $35 and got charged 45$. I will never go there again. Very lucky i dont call board of cosmotology on them because hello im in the feild.
