They were able to not only eradicate the mice that were invading our home, they were able to help repair the damage the mice did and they did a great job with the work. Travis and Tanner are both great and have always worked with me to get things scheduled and to ensure all pest issues are under control. I had tried to reach someone for over a month about canceling service after moving out of state. Then one day I received an email receipt for services performed at my prior house after the cancellation with bill. I wrote back to email bill immediately disputing this as I had cancelled services prior. Eventually someone responded to an email saying they apologized and I would not be charged. However I saw that the company was continuing to pull payments from my credit card. When I emailed them about this I didn’t hear anything and so I made a claim with my credit card company who also received no response so they refunded me. I will need to see if I am charged again in the future but communication with this company has been difficult at best. Do not recommend.
This company so so amazing. I called them for some mice issues and they not only came out the same day, but they did a free inspection and estimate. They were able to treat the same day! I love this company!
Triangle Home Services and Pest Control is a local dedicated and family oriented and ran business that takes pride in the work and services that they provide.If you need help with any pest problems at your residence, give them a call. They know what they are talking about and are equipped to handle even the most pesty of jobs.
I had and still have an issue with camel crickets entering my basement. The technicians were polite but I felt the technician did not try to solve the problem, he only sprayed, which killed most of them but that meant I had dead camel crickets in my basement. After expressimg frustration about the numerous camel crickets in my basement, the Supervisor came to my house and helped me to narrow down an area where the crickets are entering the basement, which is an area near my deck. I have placed sticky traps in the area, which has caught many of them. Also, make sure you ask about being charged for services after your contact has ended.
Very professional service. Definitely know their business.. Very nice staff, very helpful! They take the time to explain findings and treatment. Definitely recommend! I had attic insulation changed out (rats in the attic) and have pest treatment done bi-monthly. Dont have any bugs or critters any more.

Absolutely terrible is there a way tto put negative stars on here the other comment was right on point they talk great on consult but then time to do the job no dice even gave us a 100percent guarantee since the house we moved into had bad bugs as all three townhouses did they made a contract to do all 3 and guaranteed it and literally came in once a month for a year with a spray can.... Really? I also called them back near the end of the arrangement for a recall and they are still trying to Bill me for it when it was suppose to be free. 2 years later and there still trying to hound me for 38bucks and I dont even owe it. Everyone please please please dont let these people in your home you will regret it. They only are there for one thing and thats to take your money and nothing more. Which you should be able to spot seeing that when you have a bad infestation they send the youngest techs they got and you ask them a question they dont know there response is Ill have to call the office and see what I need to do for that problem. . Really arent you the technician, this company is the laughing stock of pest control!!! Save yourself the headache and find someone else if not you should go ahead and throw a 50dollar bill out the window every month.... Litteraly. ... Hope you all listen to my advice. They have been servicing our apartment for almost a year and are still having bug issues pop up. The consult visit was quickly scheduled and the representative was great. But each and every subsequent visit has been an absolute nightmare. The treatment seems very rushed and they spent maybe only 10 minutes in the entire place.On several visits the techs were rude and suggested that we were simply bringing in more bugs. They are supposed to give you a call 30 minutes out from your appointment since they only give you slots that span several hours. Nearly every time we dont get a call and we have to then reschedule. We cannot just take off all day waiting around for them, we need an heads up so we can leave work! The last time this happened I spoke with a Megan who assured me (like so many others before her) that it wouldnt happen again. If our landlords would just hire another company I would be so thankful!
These guys are interested in one thing and one thing only! Youre money! After the initial consultation, they suggested a every other month bait plan. We agreed! Over a year later of using their services, and we NEVER got results. The ants continued year round and rodents continued to try and find ways into our garage or under our front concrete stoop. They claim to rodent proof your home. NOT TRUE. If they were to do that, well, you wouldnt need their services any longer now would you? Yes we keep our house clean, yes we keep trash secure, yes we do all the right things necessary to prevent the pest from returning. The problem is that Triangle Services DO NOT! On another note, they do not like you asking normal questions any home owner would, they clearly do not like you following them around to check the bait stations, and they NEVER will return your phone call. As I was to the end and ready to cancel, they sent David the Senior Service Tech to my home. When I asked to take advantage of their promoted rodent proofing he said 30 years hed never heard of such a thing as using steel mesh/wiring to rodent proof! 30 YEARS. Okay Dave! I have to question the authenticity of HomedAvisor giving them the 4 star. Dont waste your precious time and money with THS.
