The technician is awesome. However two stars because you can never get an appointment and they promise they will come back if there are still bugs we called them four weeks in a row and there are never any appointments and no one calls back.

They fixed our problems with pinchers and even took out a hornets nest we didn’t know about.

They didn’t come during the scheduled time, and called at the end of the day to say that they wouldn’t be coming. I rescheduled childcare and household construction to be there during the window, and the delay caused significant hardship. There was zero concern for my situation.
