Edgewood Apts has had big hurdles to conquer. I have been here for 5+ years and this is my home. People have said awlful things about this place. I LOVE IT HERE. ITS MY HOME. The owner and staff has done so much to improve this place. Fresh coat of paint . We have grass. Before it was a muddy swamp with the owner previous. They have taken good care of me. I appreciate them.

Ive never had any staff issues or pest control issues. Staff has always been prompt and responsive! Been here for almost 3 years.

The first picture of this place, right here in the reviews, shows gang activity graffitied on the trash cans.Ask yourself, do you value your life?And then sign the lease

Its a risk just living here. No communication or consideration from the property owner or the staff on site. Late notices or no notices. A lot of liability issues that our made by the staff. A lot of lieing, unprofessional and unreliable. It also seems they have gone through great lengths to hide information of this place, the old website disappeared this year. Theres no information attached to them through Google. No phone number on record. Office hours very to the staffs preference.

Welfare. I think it’s time to make a few reports to the state. You’re bug infected dangerous place will be shut down in no time. Sickos. They allow molesters to live there from what I heard not to sure if accurate but wouldn’t doubt it.

The only times Ive ever seen a bed bug was watching hoarders and when I lived here. I didnt believe other review and it didnt bother me much but yes you will find bed bugs in your apartment no matter how clean you are. Police are her every day. Management is probably related to owner. Living here is a joke and I cant wait for this place to be condemned

Never fix anything when told its broken. They place work orders on your door then never come on the day they gave notice for. I have reminded them multiple times garbage disposal is broken still no fix. Yet they have the audacity to raise rent. I see cops here everyday and have for the few years Ive lived here. The post above about the trash just happened last week. Which shows how much respect the cops have for this area(which is none). Terrible living conditions. Cant wait to move. 😒

Ive lived here for 2 years. My experience here has been difficult to say the least. Ive seen 2 drug raids, 3 deaths. One was a suicide. One was kids playing r.r.. The last was a heart attack. The owner Kevin Moore in my opinion is a slumlord. This place is rundown.

We moved in about 3 months ago into our 1 bd room and i must say that it was ONE of our Biggest blessings! WE had no idea that we were soo close to Everything! Easy acces to i25, i70, and freeway36, not to mention all of the Great restaurants! Literally close to our backyard Mountains as it should be being a Native from colorado!😉 Britney our manager is THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Not only that the maintenance staff and Vendors are so Involved and prompt! Never had an issue with any of my request. Would me nice to be in a gated property though. But with that being said the list gos on & and about how great it is to live a Edgewood so far!

BED BUGS! BED BUGS! BED BUGS! I was forced to sign a waiver so leagally I cant do much. Have only been here for a few months but I have already seen bed bugs. It freaks me out because Ive never lived in a third world apartment before. Maintenance lives on site can be seen getting into altercations with residents, high drug use. You can smell meth at any given time. Cops here daily.

Ben here for 3 years have had nothing but postive feed back and help manager brittay in front office is great and alwyas heklp me out with anything i need woudl higly recomend this place to anyone of my family members or friends .

Moved here a few months ago from a rather posh spot. Since being here Ive already found 3 mature bed bugs. This is new to me and it makes so much sense now why they had me sign a waiver concerning pests/insects, mold, and lead paint upon signing the lease. During the day you can find the nasty dirt kids playing where everyone else lets their dogs do their business. If you walk out on any given night youre guaranteed to hear the arguments coming from some drunkards out on the catwalk. Like come one we already live in a trashy place do you really need to be the cherry on top? Trash overflowing into the parking lot is a regular mainstay here. And if youre lucky you might even see the live-in maintenance crew getting into it with the trash I call my neighbors. Living here has given me the motivation to maybe put in that o.t. at work just so I dont need to live in the projects anymore. This isnt section-8 housing but youre not far away from it. If youre white trash, or a ghetto hood rat, or even an illegal immigrant I highly recommend the Edgewood apartments for your next lease. But for the average middle-class resident, this might be a culture shock for you. If you are brave enough to take that leap for the next year I recommend buying a hand gun for the walk to the car and a double barrel 12 gauge for while youre sitting around the house. I am a firm Trump supporter now after living in such an impoverished apartment complex. If we really want to make America great again then we need to get rid of places like this that allow the perpetuation of such low lifes. Stay strapped.

Just moved in here a few months ago, they make you sign a disclosure on mold, lead paint and insects. Ok Im a clean person and Im not going to eat paint chips. But I am laying here one night and feel something in crawling in me. Guess who has bed bugs now. Guess who isnt responsible for this new infestation?? Definitely not Edgewood apartments. Even though its only been 2 months I am breaking my lease and moving ASAP.

The maintenance here ismini nonexistent. Been waiting 3yrs to get things fixed around here. They lie continuously.

Worst place ever. After reading about the bed bugs I may just leave my bed when I move next month. Only moved here cuz I needed a place in one day. I used to live in crack alley and this place is much worse. Disgusting. I hate going home.

****No longer cheap, but now has roaches, ants, bedbugs and whatever else feels like crawling around your home. Also the office people are always changing and are never in (they dont keep the office hours they say).****Cheap, yet miserable. New management has taken over and to put it plainly they are awful. Any given day you can wake up to the water being off, for whatever project theyre working on, with no notice. Minimum right now is twice a week the water is shut off, so sorry if you needed to get up and bathe before work, its not their problem. We were kicked out of our apartment, last minute, for two weeks so a 72 hour project could be done. The landlady never checked on it, so when they told her it was done, last min she kicked us out of the dirty temp apt we were staying in. Go figure, the bathroom still wasnt finished, I had to finish it myself. Every time they come to work on something, a wake of destruction is left behind, carpet, towels and rugs ruined. I do not recommend living here anymore and regret re-signing the lease.

Adrian whom lives on the 3rd floor ask me to clean his home, however there were large amounts of dog fieces and smelled really really bad. They shouldnt allow pets in such a confined environment. Poor dogs. Hes very rude and claims hes also behind on rent

Ok I used to live there pretty resent and I know that in the past this particular property hasnt been the best, but ive got to tell you with the new manager there he has been getting stuff done and he actually cares. The property is his genuine priority and getting the bad company out. Hes def done that. This is becomming a great property once again. Thank you.

I dont like anything about these apartments they are horrible. Ive seen so many roaches its not even funny, Im 5 months pregnant and the the land lord doesnt know his boundaries he asked me to go over to his apartment multiple times wanted to find a girl just like me. Im scared to check my mail cause not only does he work here he lives here too. Hes has yelled at my boyfriend about. Mess out side and other neighbors has told us that theyve seen do drugs. Hes also keeping a 1200 dollar damaged deposit as well I talked to the boss and the boss didnt do anything about it so I guess this type of behavior is allowed. This isnt an environment for young women to be comfortable in and live in peace. I rather get an eviction then be a resident at edgewood apartments!!!!

I am currently a tentant at Edgewood Apartments and I have lived here for 6-7 years. Since I have been here the management keeps getting worse and worse. I have never had problems with COCKROACHES AND BEDBUGS and I am still dealing with the bedbug issue. I keep complaining and they do nothing but spray once a month and it does nothing for the problem. When I address this to the manager he tells me Im the one whos bringing them WTF? He doesnt take any consideration that I used to live above a women who was infested and now they moved to my place!!!! He disagreed and tells me that they do not travel when I spoke to the exterminator he even told me that they do indeed travel to get food which is most likely me.......................... Not only that but the manager never answers the phone when you can unless youre a new customer wanting to move into this dump. He also makes up these rules as he goes one month I was given a eviction notice WHat the Hell I always pay the rent they credited someone elses account. In October now they tell me I was late with my rent Hello I do not think so Ive been here years and for them to tell me I am late WTF is up with that my rent is always paid by the 5th. and now they are coming up with these rules the check must be in my hand????!! What how can it be in the managers hand when hes never here if you leave it in the drop off box now it is late. I just found out about this October incident and its December this is no way to run an apartment complex. I asked to be moved to another unit and they declined me but the lady who was infested got to transfer why not me. I am really sick of this dump its not even in a good neighborhood and dealing with the manager is a waste of time since it goes in and out of his ears. So if youre looking for a nice place to move keep looking thats what I am doing save yourself the trouble guaranteed when you move in the critters will come.

Cons; noise, crime, disrepair.Pros; sometimes same day maintenance requests fulfilled.

BEDBUGS. Dont do it. My lease cant be up soon enough.
