I think that management has a lot to do with the experience of an apartment building and Laura does a wonderful job. She is always so kind and willing to talk if there is an issues. Maintenance is fast when requested and the overall cleanliness of the property is kept up.

Neighbors are very friendly and area is quiet. There’s a lot of shopping and restaurants near by. Maintenance comes right away and scheduled around my time. Almost all utilities (except electricity) are included so that’s a bonus too! =)

This is a really nice place to live I’m not sure about all the negative comments I’ve been here for about 2 months now the property manager is great! She made the move in process so simple and easy! We did have a little maintenance issue but it was taken care of right away. I look forward to making this home for a little while ☺️

I just moved in and so far my experience has been wonderful maintenance maintenance department right on schedule did a good job on my heater I have a little switch problem which was taken care of very quickly neighbors seem friendly which I think is very nice

It is absolutely horrifying. Pit bulls literally running around off their leashes. White trash neighbors who constantly scream at their kids. Hallway s smells of pot constantly. If thats your thing, have at it. I dont like having my three year old around it. Wouldnt have moved here if I knew it was going to be like this. Needs new management.

Been here a month now no problems idk about white trash comment 👇 but i havent had any problems reason for 4 stars could use a better washer and dryer area other then that its a apartment what do u exspect
