I was very pleased with the way my pedicure was, but I made a appointment a week in advance and we were taken 25 minutes late.. they sat us in massage chairs and ran the water but no one physically came to us for a while. I will try them again,like I said my feet felt and looked great...

So friendly! They were able to accommodate myself and both of my daughters at the same time, which was great! Prices are fair and the facility is clean and beautiful. We will definitely be back

Okay service. Nails came out better than Aura nails. I wish the techs focused more in the client in front of them rather than pausing so often to chat with other techs or start new clients in the middle of a session. All in all, its ok. Price was very reasonable.

Expensive for plain nails, that obviously weren’t the best quality. My nails came off and broke days later.

Staff was so nice and did an amazing job with my nails!! Will definitely be coming back, my nail tech did a great job and made sure I liked length, color, design etc before continuing. 10/10!

Had an appointment and arrived on time. Picked my color and sat and waited and waited and waited and left. No pedicure today. Poor service!

We took time off from work to arrive for 5 pm appointment, we checked in and were told to take a seat they would be right with us, 15 minutes later the lady says 5 minute we be ready....... We got up and walked out at 5:20 because they were still not ready for us....... I made an appointment for a reason I was not a walk in hoping to get service. They didnt seem to care at all !!!

Absolutely love this place. Sophy and her team are absolutely amazing. They do an excellent job with your nails! Love their big massage chairs that you sit in for pedicures. Just a wonderful place to go and get pampered.

My first manicure was fabulous, lasted well over a month and it was meticulous. Went back and had someone else, which I felt that they rushed it. Still pretty, but I can see many rough lines. Ill have to ask for the first tech next time!

I called for an appointment on a whim and I’m glad I did. Tina was very professional and meticulous with how she did my manicure. People were friendly and down to earth. I would go back again definitely!

I live in Connecticut, but I am here often to visit family- I came here for the first time last week and even at the peak of a Saturday morning, everyone here was incredibly sweet and comforting. My shellac manicure has not chipped at all (compared to the place I used to go to-chipped within days) Mum (spelling?) paid SUCH close attention to every step... I will be back, again and again!

I was not satisfied at all, lady told me she couldn’t do the design I wanted and way too expensive for quality of nails.

Place I wanted to try didnt have any openings so was recommended to go here. Wont go again. Went with my niece. They clipped her cuticles so close that she bled. Then after I had said a basic manicure and a regular set of acrylics they gave us both gel. This was her first manicure and they had separated us so I didnt know they were giving her Gel. I wasnt watching closely on mine as I was looking at my nieces nails and didnt realize she was putting gel on mine until we went to check out, so thats partially my fault for not paying attention. I didnt think I had to watch the step by step as I had said I want a regular set, not gel. Both were somewhat rude. My girl didnt say two words unless asking the color or telling me to wash my hands. Her and the other techs were just talking amongst each other. Both our fingers are sore now. Deff not going back.

Had a full set of nails put on approximately 10 days ago, and nails are already lifting off. Went to have them repaired and I was told it was because my nails are growing. What?? Never had this ever happen. Then she told me it was because I bang on them to hard. Well I work on a computer all day. How can I bang to have? So then they didnt want to fix them. They are so rude in there! Talk to you like you are stupid! So I walked out and went to the nail salon I had gone to in the past, in Southwick behind McDonalds. That is a good nail salon!

I have been going here since they opened and it is the only nail salon I will go to. They are very clean and so professional. I always love how my nails look and I leave feeling pampered.

Honestly, I wish I could give this place zero stars. It seriously doesnt even deserve a review. I called them and asked the time they closed, they said 6. I arrived at 5:15, and they said, we want to go home, no. Who turns down business?! Especially when the place looks run down. Horrible. The people were horrible.
