HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The lady is rude as heck. Got my nails done on 6th August from this place. Paid $70.00 and tipped $15.00 and they broke on 10th of August. It was a refill but no place charges extra for $15 for refills that can break in 4 days? ALL MY REFILLS HAVE LASTED FOR 2 weeks at least!When I talked to the lady that I don’t want to pay for these three nails that should’ve stayed for at least a week and even long tips don’t break. She said no and declined my request rudely! Don’t EVER COME HERE.

My first experience with this place was really good. I had never been here before and I was on a time crunch, and they kindly allowed me to come in an hour before closing to get a fill. The nails came out beautiful, but it was over $70 for simple gel fill. I had a full set when I came in, so I felt very ripped off. But I appreciated them taking me in, and the nails were gorgeous, so I didn’t care too much. HOWEVER, not even six days later, both of my pinky nail’s acrylics were lifting really badly at the bottom. I figured there wasn’t enough glue, and I made an appointment the next day to get them fixed. Immediately, the woman was being very defensive, and told me I needed to “be careful” and that my nails were “too long”. I responded and told her I didn’t break them at all- they were in perfect shape, but it was clear the first woman didn’t add enough acrylic gel to the bottom (near my nail bed). Still, she insisted it was my fault, and kept telling me to be careful. Once she got started on fixing them, she was doing an absolute hack job. She filed my nails for about 3 seconds each with no effort. What really got me angry, and what prompted me to write this review, was when I had my hand under the LED gel light. She forced me to take my hands out when the timer still had OVER 40 SECONDS LEFT every time I put it under so she could continue!! It took her about 6 minutes in total to completely re-do both pinky nails. Now those nails are lumpy (due to the gel only having 15 seconds to dry under the light!) and completely different shapes from the original set I got last week. And they still charged me $10 for the repair, even though it was clearly the tech’s mistake from the first application. I absolutely cannot believe the difference in how this place treats you when they’re making $70+ versus $10. I don’t know about their other services, but if you get acrylic nails, do NOT come here unless you want to spend a small fortune and be forced to return in a week to give them even more money. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I suggest you do the same. You could get two fills anywhere else with the same money it cost here to get one.

Worst nail salon i’ve ever been to, they first broke/ tipped my nail when filling and it started bleeding. They glued the nail to my finger hardly on my nail. They didn’t even use an actual acrylic base and lastly they were extremely overpriced.

They do very nice pedicures. Nice and clean salon.

I never write reviews but this place is amazing! I’ve gotten two gel manicures here and they last! I’m going on over two weeks right now and while my nails are growing out the gels are still going strong. Highly recommend! The place is also clean and the staff has been lovely each time I’ve visited.

I love this place! Its under new ownership and they redid most of the place, and bought all new polish and equipment. The thing I love the most is, their manicures ACTUALLY LAST EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!

My husband and I got pedicures and though the staff was friendly, the pedicures were rushed even when they weren’t busy at all. If they had different types of pedicures, we wouldn’t know because they never asked us which one we’d like. They just started doing the pedicure so I assumed we must be getting the basic since it was so quick, yet at the end they charged me $30 for mine and $40 for my husbands. There was no massage, no cleaning under the nails, no beverages offered, no callous remover offered, etc. Very disappointed in the service and unfortunately won’t be back.
