My experience was TERRIBLE. I came here with my mom wanting to get mani pedis together. We checked in with a 10 minute wait (not bad at all). But I sat down at a chair from instruction of an employee. My nail tech was T. T performed an acrylic set on me, but I was DISAPPOINTED. I showed him a photo of a reference with a simple line design and he said he could do it. Before performing the service, he had to use nail cutters to chip off the hardened acrylic from the last customer. He did NOT use a spray cleaner to wipe the surface after clipping the acrylic off the table, or before starting the service. So he started laying acrylic and shaping the nail. When started the drill to fix the surface of the nail, he went to fix the under part of my nail when he DRILLED INTO MY FINGER TIP. It hurt like words cannot explain and bled; it was like you can only imagine a sander cutting into your fingertip. He proceeded to stop drilling and put an unknown liquid on my wound with the tip of the bottle. God know where that bottle had went. Not to mention the entire time he was performing this service he had headphones in and was watching a YouTube video. He was extremely rough with filing my nails. When I had looked online prior to the service, it says an acrylic set with gel colors is $45. He charged me $70. Mind you, they didnt do any pedicures on us because they told us they didnt have enough time when we were no where near closing time. I explained I never got a pedicure and he clearly understood he drilled into my finger, but nothing came from it. DONT COME HERE IF YOU LIKE HAVING FINGER TIPS. My design also di not have overlapping lines, they were to be next to each other. Never coming back here.

8-month-pregnant me really appreciated the massage chair, great leg/foot massage, and kind service by Helen! I also appreciated the kids’ pedicure chairs as they are my sister’s favorite character and she will enjoy taking her nieces for a Girls’ Day in the future!

My 1st time visiting this quaint and clean nail shop. Evie done my set and design. Also had a pedicure (felt a bit rushed, because I like my toes to soak lol) he did good, just rushed.

The best! Tracy, David, and their team are so nice and always take the time to do a fantastic job. They never cut corners and treat every customer well. The SNS dip powder is my favorite. I did the spa pedicure, but they also offer a lot of unique pedicure options. They have massage chairs for the pedicure station and are doing a great job with COVID safety. Highly recommend! You’ll never go anywhere else. They also own a location in Fishers called Lilly Nail Spa. We’ve been going to them for 8 years.

I have not been to a nail salon since before the pandemic. The shop was very clean, the personnel super friendly, and all made me feel very welcome. Wena was my technician and she did an absolutely great job. Asked about my comfort level throughout and made sure I was happy with what she was doing. Very relaxing session. Plan on asking for her next time!

Jenny did my gel manicure and regular pedicure. She was amazing. She double checked while she was cleaning up my nail bed and cuticles. Love the way she took her time with my gel manicure and making sure it was a nice shape. I had a nail that was broken when I came to her and she helped remedy it by doing a thin layer in the dip powder to hold it over until it grew out. Will be returning to her!

They did a good job on my daughters nails. The girl did Amazing on the design. It looked 3d. The person doing my nails had extremely sweaty hands. It made otva little uncomfortable, but they did a good job.

I had a 1 pm appointment and service started on time. They were very professional, very clean. It was my first time, my nails were damaged from another salon and and they fixed them for me. My tech was T and he did an amazing job. Will be visiting again.

Evi spent a lot of time caring for my feet. She recommended the service with paraffin and hot stone massage and hot towels. It was fantastic! Ive never really had a favorite nail salon or tech. However, Evi changed that today. In fact, I may become a year round client! Thank you so much! Oh, also I showed up for my appt an hour and a half early and they were very accomodating. Clean space and friendly manicurists. This is the first gel manicure that I have had that did not peel a week after receiving. Two weeks after my manicure still looked fantastic. Competitively priced and very welcoming and hospitable.

Helen was my technician and I did the $41 pedicure. She was very thorough and took her time. I didn’t want it to end!

Dipping nails. My concern/complaint is I chose dip nails & regular polish for my toes. Twice now, the colors do not match! This time my nails are red & toes are orange. So disappointed & frustrated for the cost I just spent to have them not match!

I have never had to wait at Angels. The staff is respectful, courteous and professional. I have gone at least ten times and will continue.

Had a great first experience! I didnt make an appointment however they were able to accommodate me immediately. They were already busy at 9:40 am on a Thursday so next time I will schedule an appointment. I opted for the Pedicure Scents & Spa Manicure. My technician was very nice and professional. This is my new mani/pedi spot.

My daughter, granddaughter and myself tried Angel Nails as our regular place was closed for remodeling. I was very happy with their services and they were super fast! They also accommodated us soooo well!!

I just moved into town and had a nail emergency, I broke one of my natural super long nails (and sobbed like a baby). I called them frantically and they were able to get me in same day. They were so nice and welcoming. Plus the nails are gorgeous and I feel like myself again! I cannot praise them enough! They definitely made sure I was happy and satisfied before I left and I will be coming back again and again. Wena is a life saving superhero!

First time making an appointment on a Sunday for 12pm. Sat there until 12:25 for my technician to finish with her customer & take a different lady instead of me. I walked out at 12:40. The online booking seems convenient but isnt when it doesnt make a difference of who they take next. 👎🏼

I’ve been coming to Angel Nails for about a month now. I’ve always been satisfied with how my nails look when I leave and the service I receive. However, it was very annoying and off putting today to repeatedly have my service stopped/paused for my technician to answer his personal phone calls and texts. I probably could’ve been done 10 minutes sooner had he just paid attention to what he should have been doing.

Very convenient and fast service. Wena gave me a lovely pedicure and was just the right balance of chatting and letting me relax with my book while she worked. I’ll be back!

My nails are so thick, and the shape is different on all. Some slanted, some square, some rounded. The polish isn’t even, or painted on the sides. I’ll never go back. Worst fill ever!

My nail tech is amazing but my friend always gets the guy and he hurts her every time. her acrylics were insanely thin and he didn’t even ask her how long she wanted them. she said he hurt her and he continued to do so. on the other hand kelly is absolutely amazing, so gentle and very careful and makes sure her work always looks good!

I would not have been this harsh on a review, but my experience was a bad pedicure. I initially sent my feedback and instead of just apologizing I got a defensive response and argument.. when I wasnt rude or nasty at all. Not a place where I would recommend. We all make mistakes but businesses have to be okay with that.

Unfortunately my pedicure was very superficial, and both my pedicure and manicure polishes were unsatisfactory. Additionally, my technician buffed the edges of my nails into slopes, making polish unable to properly cover and resulting in weakened nails.
