Im not sure if they have new management or not, but I was impressed with the customer service I received today. They took the time to go over options with me and help me decide what I wanted and asked if I would like something to drink which I dont recall being offered the few previous times Ive come here. They have also redone the nail polish display in a more eye pleasing manner. I will be coming back more often!

The new owners and the people are not very nice. She was way too rough on my nails causing them to bleed and had to redo 5 of them because she filed off the polish. The old owners were way better. Don’t recommend.

Great place, great people. One slight problem they tools they use look a little dirty other than that it’s amazing!

Cut my fingers many times during a new set. Super SUPER rude and awful service. Made me soak my hands in acetone for over an hour and make a smart comment about it. Will not go back.

I called an let them know my nails looked horrible I got my nail polish removed which was gel an wanted nails repainted for the 4th of july far away look great up close awful I also got my feet done they look awesome did a great job . The woman I had was very nice but for 30 $ definitely did not make sense I got regular polish sat there for 15 minutes to make sure they were dry Ive always came here Kenny or his wife usually do them always happy. But yesterday not so much they said there going to fix which is great but Im not sure if Ill be going back due to I didnt get filled I had that done a week prior just wanted color removed repainted . So hopefully tomorrow it goes better paid what I would had for a fill. Just wanted to post my experience.

I am in love with this place. Its beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The prices are good, and my pedicure was exactly how I wanted it. My nail tech could tell I was there to relax, and not chit chat, so she let me be and I had a glorious time. This is my new go-to nail spot for sure!

I love this place. Consistent great nails. Kenny is the best and always does them exactly how I ask. Plethora of colors and they can do all shapes. Have been going here for years. My mom my sister and I all go and we love it.

I think that the ladies who work there are pretty funny and nice and good with my five year old daughter. My bad review pertains to the owner. I went in and asked for some dip repairs on a few nails that needed reworking. He huffed and sighed about it even though he said I needed to pay $4 a nail. They were misshapen, and when I asked about a lump in my dip on my thumb, he told me my nail had a lump, which is not true. He never fixed it. When I asked about paying to fix two other nails that werent done right, he said they cant be fixed, which is not true. Even though I like their color choices and the other people who have done my nails, I wont be spending another time there. Ill be returning to my old salon.

The place is dirty and they flat out do horrible work PERIODT! They went too deep with the cuticle scissors. I saw the Doctor about this due to my toe hurting

I just went for the first time. I got a full set with gel polish. They look beautiful! He did a great job with attention to detail and he was very gentle! This is my new regular spot. Love it!

My gel nails are perfect every time I go to Kenny! I go to Florida for the winter and can’t find anyone who can even come close to Kenny’s work. As for the pedicure, I had a Guy last time who worked and worked on my toes and feet. I was very impressed and will request him next time. Also, I occasionally take my 93 old mother to get a pedicure and manicure. She has alzheimer’s And the staff are very kind and accommodating of her special needs.

I went in today to get my nails done, told him specifically the shape and length i wanted and i got neither of those things. I asked for short coffin nails and instead they’re extremely long and each nail is a different shape. There’s nail polish all over the sides of my finger that he didn’t even bother to clean up. will not be going back

It had been awhile since I was here, a new technician ( to me) named Crystal did my nails and they look great. She was very meti6culous in her work.

It was very disappointing, my Granddaughter asked for a very simple line design on her one nails and I believe it was the owner Kenny snapped out the word “NO I can’t do that!” Very unprofessional and incredibly rude. He went on to gossip and cut down another nail salon who he apparently thinks is his competition but is miles ahead in customer service and care.

Definitely do NOT get what you pay for. My person messaged the knob of my ankle the whole time. They cleaned the tub and took out the plastic in between doing nail coats. Not worth the money at all.

My wife is a regular of this place however there is one guy that treated her today in a very rude manner. He was seating today at the right of the cashier. I suggest to take measures so customers can feel appreciated.

I have gotten an acrylic full set here multiple times, they have all been nothing but polite and they make sure that everything is done to your liking, they are understanding and know how to get things done. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I went in Monday to get a manicure and everyone was very nice. I had a good experience, however my nails chipped one day after getting them done. So I went back down on Wednesday when they opened and the lady was very nice and told me to pick a color and have a seat and then the guy walked upfront and asked how he could help me I proceed to tell him what was wrong and he said no you can find the same color, so I searched for the color that matched the closest or it would be $8 for him to redo them. He didnt even have me sit in a chair I just stood in the entrance and he painted over the chips and had me sit under the dryer. As I sat under the dryer another employee walked passed and clearly asked him something and I hear him answer American baby! I will never go back, $17 of mine was wasted here.

Went in to get my nails done and when the manicurist trimmed my cuticles he made four of my fingers bleed. It’s been 4 days and one of my fingers still keeps popping open!! Do NOT go here!!

The staff is not overly friendly, and I feel like each time I go back it gets more expensive. There are no prices for services posted (or available), and I feel that its easier for them to upcharge that way.

Please go somewhere else. L Amour Nails in Noblesville has always been amazing and they bend over backwards to please you. The owner of Westfield Nails on SR 32 in Westfield does not deserve your business. I brought my two daughters, age 9 & 11, to get gel manicures as a reward for their report cards. I had never been here before. Mind you, I rarely get my nails done, just my toes. My girls were excited and spent at least 10 minutes while waiting choosing pink (50) and turquoise (39) gel colors from the palette. We showed them and told them the numbers. They sat down and began. I had to sit by my older daughter b/c there wasnt space by my 9 year old. After they got done, I go over to my youngest and her nails are a very ugly yellow and I can see shes trying not to cry. I said, Oh my...thats not turquoise. So I said, This is strange b/c we picked a turquoise color. They said nothing. So, my oldest goes back to the color palette and finds the color marked 39-turquoise-and shows it to me and I show it to them. They totally ignore me. Apparently, there are multiple pallets and 39 on one is a different brand. So, somewhere, 39 is yellow. Not knowing exactly what to do and them not offering help in anyway, I am standing at the counter waiting. Meanwhile, a woman walks in, and she says she is back to have a manicure done. The owner says, We told you to come back at 2:30, it is 2:45. We dont wait for you. Her face looked like she was going to cry and I have no idea why she wouldnt have just walked out. Anyway, the guy comes to the register and I pay $60 for the manicures. My daughter is in the car waiting at this point and when I get to the car shes sobbing. Its a very small thing in the grand scheme of life, but she was super excited about turquoise and took the time to really pick out what she wanted. Shes 9, after all. So, I sit there for a minute and decide Im going to go back in. I went back in and I said, Listen, Im really sorry-we messed up and didnt realize there were multiple color decks with duplicate numbers. The 39 was supposed to be turquoise. This is a special treat for her and shes super disappointed. Would you be willing to change the color? The owner says without hesitation, Not without you paying for it. She should have spoke up. I said, Well, I realize that, but she is 9 and I wasnt sitting by her. I just paid $30-you wont consider redoing the color for her? He reluctantly said, Ok. So, the lady who did her manicure comes over and she sits down and starts. The lady who had been sitting by my daughter said, I think she was afraid to say anything. Then the owner proceeds, out of nowhere to announce, Im only doing this b/c I feel bad for her, but if youre going to blame me, then I wont do it. I said, Im not blaming you, I know we made a mistake on the color, but we didnt know. Its like he wanted a medal for agreeing to redo a little girls nail color. Bottom line: He had the opportunity to earn my repeat business, earn a nice tip, and my recommendation to all my friends, but instead he earned this review. He chose to be a big jerk and act completely put out. I sat there quietly until my daughters nails were done and I walked out and they will never see me in their salon again.

The best and only place I will go now.

The owner called a customer a dumbass. Even if that were true(which it absolutely isn’t) that is not how you run a business. Absolutely unacceptable.

PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. I PURCHASED A GIFT CERTIFICATE FOR MY WIFES BIRTHDAY AND WHEN PRESENTED WASNT HONORED. WHEN ATTEMPTING TO RESOLVE THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE I WAS MET WITH AGGRESSION FROM THE MANAGER/OWNER. I WAS STRAIGHT FORWARD WITH MY GREIVANCE BUT UNFORTUNATLY THE FACTS WERE REJECTED. VERY BAD.

They don’t even deserve one star. I went in with my two daughters, I had to ask for a price list, then ask how much a child’s mani and pedi cost. We waited 45 minutes, they took another walk in customer in front of us while we waited. He then told a lady and daughter after us it would only take 10-15 minutes but would take us at least 20 minutes. They lost our business and the lady and daughter that walked in after us because they were so rude to me. They were rude to us since the minute we walked in their doors. DO NOT GO HERE! They need to be shut down for such awful customer service.

Two weeks ago I came in here for the first time and I was not overly happy with my nails but the man who did them was super nice and helpful so I brought my girls and one of their friends here today and they wouldn’t let my daughter get acrylics like she wanted, stating she had to be 13 but nowhere on their site does it say that. And then when it was her turn to get her nails painted the woman who did them literally took five minutes! Did one fast coat and sent her to the dryer. I could of done that and made them look as messy as they did on my own at home! I was in such shock I just left after paying. We will never go back. This was her first time and she was so excited and now she thinks getting your nails done is a waste. We waited for longer than we were actually there getting anything done.

I liked my nail technician, but the owner is incredibly rude and disrespectful - its clear that he only cares about one thing and thats getting your money. I refuse to spend another dime here.

Very unhappy!! went in with my friend and we both got pedicures and acrylic nails done. first off, the skinny male nail tech made me bleed and just left it there to drip. second, i told the tech that i wanted a daisy on my finger but he was in such a rush to leave he completely forgot it and told me to go dry my nails until i brought it up and he made someone else do it. third, once someone was willing to put a daisy on my finger i noticed the tech who originally did my nails didnt even clean up the paint off my skin. fourth, when the original tech came back he had the nerve to walk up to me and say You know the bleeding wasnt my fault right how would it be mine hes the one who had my hands in his the entire time and was using the little electric tools on my nails!!! and, two of my nails are put on crooked!! also! with my friend she asked for her nails to be made short and they made them long, they made them incredibly square when she wanted them rounded and they look soooo fake! yes they are acrylic and are fake but they should be pretty on not look terrible and want to be taken off instantly! i will never come back i had the worst experience getting my nails done!!

I bring my 95 year old client here. The last two times they asked if we had an appointment and I said no. We had to leave and go to another place. Today tried to go. The same. Appointment? No but we can wait. He said it will be an hour. They were not busy. I said ok we will wait. Then he said immediately longer than an hour. I said how long. He said I need to go somewhere else. It felt like he just didn’t want to serve us. It was just a strange exchange. We left.

30$ wasted.....worst gel manicure ever! My nails and cuticles look terrible... I could have just done it myself. The gel polish is very thin and stripy.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this nail salon. The staff is absolutely wonderful and the salons interior is phenomenally designed.
