I walked in I was greeted by Jessica and Erica. Atmosphere was nice laid back even though I seem to relax my fingers lol! Overall I was very pleased with Erica’s work she did an amazing job of making my nails look soft and natural again! I have definitely found my new shop! And the prices are good!! Thanks Erica!❤️🙏🏿😉

I came in at 543 pm and there were no clients and three technicians.. I asked for an eyebrow wax and was told no one had time for it. I asked if they were closing ir something and she said they take appointments till 7pm. ?? I guess they didnt want my business. I would never go back. Horrible.

I love V Nails and Jessica is fabulous! I always leave there satisfied and with beautiful nails. Their massage chairs are the BEST and Jessica is so creative at painting fun little things on my toes.

The ladies are always great! My nails ALWAYS look AMAZING!! I get daily compliments. Jess is phenomenal. Kids Welcome!! Which is always a plus for Mommas! :)

Ok, coming from someone who NEVER leaves reviews. They say walk ins welcome, but I was greeted by a really rude woman who didnt even look at me and said we dont have time today. They didnt even have that many people in there and were open for 4 and a half more hours. With lots of other nail salons around, I will definately not be coming back.

My friend and I went there on a Friday and we walked in and the first response from them was We close at 7:30. Not hi welcome. Hello how are you. Nothing. Well if they would have posted their hours either in their website or even on the front door then we would have known when to come in by. They were just rude and poor customer service.

Horrible experience. Ive been to several other nail salons and this was by far the WORST. The lady doing my nails checked her phone, was rude, and did a half hearted job. Now my nails reflect that. Trust me. Save your time.

Made an appointment for a mani/pedi but life happened and we didn’t have time to do the pedi. They were rude and stopped taking to us- then the mani…. Chipping at the sides or peeling, not painted to the back of the nail, and lopsided filing. She hardly spoke one word to me together entire time. I’d recommend Westfield nails or four star in Fishers.
