A mutual friend of a friend recommended that I go see Hana since i have been going back to NY every 3 weeks because in the past year I haven’t found a decent nail tech in this area. When I made my appointment I was told I would need to come early for my dip to be soaked off before my acrylic set could be applied. I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment and waited almost 30 minutes before a women came over with a drill. Whatever she did was not successfully because then Hana finally came over and it still took her almost 35 minutes to remove the dip. All she and the other staff could say was that it was “too thick” mind you my tech who does my dip in NY can have it soaked off in max 10 minutes. I told and showed Hana pictures of what I would like on my nails. She agreed and said I would need to pay $55 for the dip soak off, acrylic set, coffin shape, and design. I hesitantly agreed since my nails were already shipped the way I liked them and the soak off should be included since I was paying them for a new set. Then before polishing she tried to change what I wanted done and when I became confused with how she was explaining it she became irritated. There was then an issue with the gel yellow being too see through and instead of finding a different yellow within all their polished she complained about it being difficult. I then told her that she could do whatever was easiest to get my desired result and she snapped at me and said that the easiest way wasn’t what I wanted so she was going to do it the hard way. So obviously their customer service needs a lot of work. Visit at your own risk, but from the thickness of the acrylic, inflated price, and poor customer service I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I absolutely love going here! Never had a bad experience and theyre able to do all sorts of different nail art/designs. Super clean, really nice decor and lighting as well. Definitely a stop worth making.

I switched to here almost a year ago, Yen never fails to make sure my nails are perfect. She listens to what I want and doesnt fail to deliver.

Hana did an amazing job.. she Took her time and meticulously placed each piece of foil perfectly. Will definitely return to see Hana!

I had a nail appointment today June 5, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. when I got there a couple minutes early they said that they were running late then had us waiting for about an hour or so they don’t have acrylic nail powder and their skills are really limited I told him the color I wanted and he kept saying no that I should do a different color like it’s my choice not theirs then I told him the design I wanted and he messed it up but now I have to stay with that then they cleaned my hands with windshield wiper 🤯 and charge me $70 🤦🏻‍♀️

I’ve been going here for a few years and love it! Awesome staff! Mike and Melissa are amazing! They make you feel very welcomed and very comfortable! Always make an appointment! You can walk in but it’s just better to make the appointment and you won’t have to wait ! I recommend this place to anyone! Prices are awesome too !

Very disappointed with the service. The young man doing my pedi was very nice but inexperienced and what could’ve taken 30 minutes ended up taking 2 hours.. The lady started my mani (while I was getting a pedi) before I even got settled in. Asked me 3 times in maybe 10 minutes if I picked a color. I felt rushed and deprived of a relaxing experience. The price was excessive in my opinion for what I received. Just overall, poor customer service/communication/time management. Won’t be returning!

Ive been coming to Lucky Nails since they opened many years ago and have always had a great experience. Yen does a fabulous job whether its a pedicure or nails. Very professional and always pleasant. I often receive comments on how great my nails look!

Today was the second time therefor a gel fill. 1st time full set. Everyone was kind and professional. I had Danny today. Hes absolutely amazing and I highly recommend him as well as the others who work there. Thanx Danny for makin me feel like a million dollars !

Too Expensive for my liking.

I came here based on the awesome reviews. I asked for a full set Pink/White powder with Gell on top. I was told pink/white gel will be better. I felt i was being pushed into a purchase I didnt want. So I asked for full set of Acrylic. I have had them for a week. And 1 nail already fell off and the techncian that worked on them seemed to be very brand new. My nails look awful. If a customer makes a request and it can be done, honor it. The technician that did my pedicure was amazing however.

My friend and I have gone here twice so far with different people working on our nails each time and our nails look amazing! Plus the atmosphere is fun! Highly recommend.

It’s a hit or miss with this place. I’ve came here a few times and most are bad experiences with the acrylic jobs and especially the paint jobs(all over my fingers)but if you get the right tech they’ll do a good job I guess some of them do better then others.

I would go there to see Emily any day of the week! LOL. She makes walking through the door the best.

I usually go to a super nail salon near my home in Tacoma WA. It is elegant, clean and they always do a great job. (Oscar Nails if you are in the area.) But when I am in W MA, I have gotten the best manicures I have ever had at Lucky Nails! Try it.

Worst experience ever. I used the go along time ago an they did a good job. The girl who did my nails was rude an when i politely told her what i didnt like she grabbed my arm an started taking the jewel off along with some polish. ( that she didnt re-apply). Some nails were lumpy an there was no shiny coat on them. They did offer to fix them the next day but after how i was treated an this girl never apologized ill never go back there again. They have no design skill. An very rude manners..

Horrible I could have done my nails at home. Also was talking to her coworker the hole time. I showed her a picture (I realize later that its dip powder) but she said she could do it. Im very particular on my nails. And if I show u a picture and u say u can do it just like that then I expect my nails to come out like the picture. But my nails didnt turn out the way I wanted it. I told the girl when I was about to pay and I was like dose my nails look like this picture she said no. She said that they cant do it like that picture but they could put more glitter on. So sat me back down with the same lady and she starting giving me attitude. That was the VERY LAST TIME I EVER go there.

Ive tried a lot of salons and this is the best one in the city. You can do manicures, pedicures and waxing.

One of the worst mani/pedi EVER! Nail tech talked with her coworker about getting a car (toyota) almost the entire time. NO attention to detail! I had to ask her to buff the callous off my feet, oh no it fine NOT fine! Had to have repolish one big toe, come to find out (my fault for not watching every move of hers) she only did one coat and I can see through it.Onto the worst manicure....talked to her coworker, not working on me mind you just holding the file in the middle the job. My nails look Terrible! Polish on my cuticle, nails all different shapes and when I told her to stop talking and pay attention it went down hill from there! Way too much polish, nails too short and I tipped her why?!!!! Because Im an idiot!Never again!

The lady that did my nails did not do them right, as soon as I left the salon, 2 nails came off and when I told them...the refused to re-do it so now I’m walking around with 8 nails on

Nails eyebrows, it’s definitely my place. Mike is awesome! And recently been going to Yin for my eyebrows looove them never disappoint, Emily is great too! Can’t forget you girl!!!
