They listen to your requests, theyre so kind. Is a nice spacious place better than the location that they had before in Holyoke mall. I recommend it.

It was my 1st time going here. I went to another nail salon for 3 years, so I was a little nervous to try a new place. But I loved the service I received from Diem. She did a great job on my nails. And she was super funny. They also give you a hand massage at the end that feels amazing. I would definitely go back again.

Last experience was terrible. Had a pedicure and nail color change, was charged 25 for a color change which does not make any sense, and charged another 30 for a pedicure when it was not even a full pedicure pretty much a little clean up and nail polish application. On top of that 3 days later pedicure nail polish came off completely from one of my nails.

I loved this place at first and then I realized that they’re not truthful on prices and don’t care about their clients... Was told the rhinestones on my nail would be $5 extra each nail when in reality it was $5 per rhinestone which turned my gel fill into a $70 purchase. Gave them another chance when I needed my nails done for a birthday dinner, made an appointment for 5 PM and when I walked in they didn’t have the appointment written down, told me it would be a “few minutes” and I sat there for 20 minutes before I had to leave to get ready. Very unfortunate because the only reason I made an appointment vs walking in was to hopefully be seen at a certain time. I understand it’s hard to turn business away but I saw it as a tad disrespectful to someone who likes your business enough to call ahead and try and see a certain person at a certain time.

I visited this nail salon on Friday, 10/13/17 and everyone there was so nice and the place was very clean and bright. Their prices were reasonable so we left very happy. We will be returning again. Thank you so much!

Came to get my nails done, service was terrible, quality of work was completely lacking. The nail technician the went by the name of Lisa was talking the whole time with a LOUD voice in another language, on the phone NONSTOP.When she finally got off the phone, probably from lack of battery, she proceeded to talk to her fellow technicians in the same LOUD voice, talking over me and through me as though I wasn’t a paying customer trying to relax.. and they call this a Spa.Not to mention my nails were crooked and contorted and different lengths and shapes, just god awful.Luckily I was able to get my nails saved by Diem over at Beauty Nails Care over on memorial ave in West Springfield, she’s very professional and you can tell takes pride in her work. Unlike Lisa.

We called to see if they were open around 7:10 they told us they were closing soon but we’re more than willing to take us 3. They were very nice and accommodating. Did a perfect job and gave us a great experience. Def going back to them!

Worst nail experience of life. Incredibly rude and have no idea what theyre doing. Its basically forced us to stay by taking our nail Polish off and then making us wait another 45 minutes when they had no customers. Ruined my previous set and then made me feel like I was wrong When I was furious that they ruined them. Giving them one star is too much

Very nice both brother and sister were nice hardworking and friendly. I took my mom for mothers day pamper she loved and of course I ended up getting mine done too. They both are warm heart and welcome atmosphere .nice place .thanks for all you do.......love it all ...

Nailtique is the only nail salon that I go to. They are respectful, honest, funny, professional I mean the list goes on. I also appreciate their customer service skills in my experience not too many nail salons have good customer service. I havent had any issues thus far and I highly doubt that I will in the near future. They can be a little pricey however, you will always leave out happy and satisfied.

Ask for Cindy, shes awesome! They were very friendly and accommodating. They fixed the terrible manicure job I received at Nail Bliss on Memorial Drive in Chicopee. It only cost $20 for a polish change which is a more reasonable price than the $30 it cost me at the other place. I highly recommend them.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! I never got my nails done because no one did it the way I liked it.... they do it just like I want it and always do an AMAZING job.

This place is the best place to get your nails done at. I got ombré acrylic and it came out amazinggggg! The employees are super nice and they really make sure you leave happy and satisfied. I would never switch this nail salon for any other place !

Literally THE WORST MANICURE AND PEDICURE Ive ever gotten! So sloppy,Polish all over my cuticles, ripped a hangnail and made me bleed... was still bleeding when I left the salon. I asked for a simple flower design and they couldnt even do that, so pathetic. Never going back again

I went for a gel manicure at lunchtime. My nails look great. Cindy did a wonderful job. I am planning on going back.

When we first went there they were nice but they didnt tell about the hidden fees. Also not even 4 days after having them done my nail snapped in half. So when I called them and told them they said they would fix for free, but when I went in I was treated rudely, waited 45min and had people that came in after me get taken before me. When we asked them how much longer Id have to wait they were rude and were like oh well we are really busy, even though we were there already!! Wouldnt recommend

Why does this place have high reviews? This place is DIRTY, the lady cut my finger, and was rude and yelled at me when I couldnt understand what I was saying. Just 10 minutes after the appt my nails smudged because they layered them so thick it would take an hour to dry. You can see the sloppy layers. It hasnt even been a week yet and my nails are already peeling BADLY. WORST PLACE EVER!

I saw that this place had almost 5 stars and decided to give it a whirl. I made an appointment for two pedicures and we were very excited. We got there and there was not one clean pedicure machine. They all had dirt inside them and the general area around them was filthy. I went to school for cosmetology and had to learn all about the cleanliness and sanitation of a salon and this salon would NOT pass. Mymother looked at me and said Im scared and we had to leave. I would NEVER walk out of a salon like that but I knew that there was no way I was going to leave there without an infection. It blows my mind that the employees even let it look the way it did. It stinks because it could be a really cute place if it was clean but holy moly it gave me the chills. Please be careful.

Went to get my eyebrows done here. The lady was rude, impatient and left a blob of wax on my right cheek. Did not clean it up and still left many stray hairs on my eyebrows.

Diem has always been my favorite. Always takes extra time to make sure my nails are nice and to my liking.

The last 2 times have been enough for me to not ever go back. There’s a woman working there with a tattoo on her chest and she is awful. My gel manis have always lasted 2+ weeks. Hers, 3 days. I was furious. She starts off by using a drill to take off your gel polish. Everyone knows that is how you make nails weak and they break. A quick file and wrap them in acetone does the trick. She then asked the shape I wanted, I asked for square. She filed my nails in even and crooked. Anytime she spoke to someone across the salon she stopped working. An hour/hour and a half mani turned into 2 hours. She then used a pink gel color as my base coat... what happened to clear?? She painted over my cuticles and it was just a mess. She “tried” to fix it by filing the sides when she was finished. I was so frustrated I accepted the bad mani and left. This last time I got her again and I was disappointed. But optimistic... it started off much better, until she couldn’t find the color I picked out. She tried to paint my nails another number up and it wasn’t even close to the color I Wanted. She used a pink gel color for my base color again. Which is not right. It wasn’t even a base color pink. It was a regular gel color. The mani was awful again. You can see the lines it looks like I painted my own nails. Had I wanted that look I would have gone to the store bought a bottle and saved myself time, money and stress. This is not a place to go. She did not sterilize her tools. All of her tools were dirty and tossed in a drawer. That’s a fungus infection waiting to happen any minute. She used regular lotion to soak on your nails in the bowl of water... gross and I believe she has a hard time seeing. I asked several time if she could fix a crooked shaped nail and she couldn’t see the serious slants. I won’t ever go back to a place that uses drills on natural nails, and doesn’t sterilize their tools. There are better salons in the area.

I made an appointment last Saturday to have my nails done at 10 a.m. today. Not only did the associates show up late but they never bothered to wrtie down my appointment. They instructed me that i would have to wait due to another woman already having been booked. When i yold them i booked an appointment today at 10am last Saturday they then told the other woman to wait and began doing my pedicure. 5 minutes into my pedicure the woman hands me a bowl of acetone to sit on my lap and hold my fingers in. This in turn caused me to spill some on my pants while the woman asked me to pick my legs up and down not to mention took away from the relaxing experience a pedicure is supposed to allow. The woman cut access cuticle on my toes causing pain and discomfort and them handed me a utensil to remove the gel polish from my nails while still getting a pedicure to save her time for her own bookinh mistake. She also inconvenienced the same woman who she was going to let jump ahead of me get out of the pedicure chair and go over to work on her nails instead. When my pedicure was completed she kept pushing to get gel nails and insisted i get my eyebrows done as well. I politely said no. She then exclaimed as i was ready to check out wait i almost forgot to put your top coat on causing me to sit back down and have her apply the top coat. I then cashed out where two associates proceeded to ask me if i was mad on top of then charging me an extra $5 i did not agree to paying. This place is very unprofessional and lacking. This was my first and last time at this establishment.

Its nice enough here. Its clean but not spotless. However, its difficult to understand the employees here due to language challenges. And the 9n thr second visit here, they treated us really poorly. We wont go back again.
