There ok with nails it depends on you have doing your nails I prefer the younger females they do a good job in there also good with the eyebrows

It seems they dont take pride in their work the nails look fake half the time theyre halfway filed so they look thick on one end then on the other and they dont listen to you when you say what shape of nails you would like

The person I went to was just rushing my nails like it was nothing I wanted pointy nails, two of them came out weirdly shaped and she didn’t paint the whole nail when I was done. I don’t like them not going there again

I did an appointment. They make wait 1 hr, I decided to leave. What is the point of the appointment if they gonna give priority to the ones that came without appointment. Also, the was a lady without mask the all time and they didn’t tell her nothing!!!! How is that even posible!!!

I love this place. Always friendly and never a long wait. The nail tech I see (Dawn) is a perfectionist. She knows exactly what I like and I never have to ask her to fix anything. I also have my eyebrows done here and like the way they do them. I highly recommend this place!

Always leave there feeling refreshed and relaxed. My nails come out perfect and it is very clean. I try not to go anywhere else.

Nails are not worth it here. They wont last in your fingers more than a week. However the eyebrows they do it very nice. I dont change this place for that. 5 Stars in eyebrows with the lady with short hair in the back!

I am writing this review because I had my nails done here this past Saturday. When the tech was doing my nails she wasnt paying attention and cut my finger. The next day thee of the nails they did are all chipping. She forgot top coat on two fingers. I told them I just want my money back and they hung up on me. I called back asking to talk to own...they just kept saying she not her, you come in. After this experience I do not want them to touch my nails. I just want my money back...I told them I was writing this review...seemed effected. There are many palaces to spend your money and get quality. I usually go to Roses Nails on Sumner Avenue in Springfield and they do a great job every single time..due to time I tried them for the first and last time. I will continue to look for more sites to post so the public knows

This is the only place I go for my eyebrows and have been going for years. I refuse to go anywhere else

Meat market environment.. Went for pedicure with my wife.. Tech cut my toe.. Bled for 15 minutes until enough super glue closed the cut.. No apologies or comp.. Dirty tools.. Dont go here..

So I just got my nails done and they started coming off they charged me $150 for a horrible set that they didnt even clean around the cuticles and Ill all my nails are lifting and it hasnt even been a week Ill never come back to this place again I usually have one spot thats across the street from there and they were just too busy so I rushed and ran across to here and got ripped off. the pregnant lady in the front do not let her do your nails

Ive been coming to these ladies for years & I absolutely love their work, they always take great care of me, never had any problems.

I received a pedicure and full set, both came out horrible. I got the gel and my nails were chipping 1 day later. I asked for a certain shape and the nail tech obviously did not know how to do it... went to a different nail salon and got my money worth.

Everything was good the Mani and pedi my eyebrows and my face

Me and my sister in law both did our nails there, and both of us are not satisfied. The regular manicure was not worth and started chipping already, and because I chose two colors I had to pay two dollars extra, which was very annoying. The gel coloring was bad to, and the nail polish was all over my sisters nail skin. On the other hand the service I didnt like. The lady who did my nail asked me to go pay while she was working on my nails. It was very disrespectful.

I went there on Saturday, I did my nails, but on reaching home the cutex started coming, out,I had paid $37, I went back again on Monday, they repeated again. I wont go there again for nails...I hate ..

Horrible nails did not look natural whatsoever. Design job was messy and not at all pretty like they promissed.
