Ive tried a lot of nail salons in this area and I tend to only be picky when it comes to the pedicure massage and doing the nails in a way that wont make me come back within a week because the color chipped or the nail lifted. The ladies at beauty nail are so sweet and nice and thorough! I dont know why I try other places when this salon is so close to my house. Mainly because they are not open on Sundays and that used to be the only day I could get my nails done. I used to visit other nail shops because they have more people working but that doesnt necessarily make them a quality business or provide quality service such as Touch of Beauty in the Holyoke Mall, they are terrible there. I have finally had enough of being overcharged and literally hurt/ burned by their nail techs when you refuse more expensive services. Instead give your business to Beauty Nail! They deserve the business that they get. They dont force you to get services done you dont want or ask for. They are great, thank you so much!

I wanted to share the level of professionalism within this nail salon. I have been having Amy do my nails for sometime now. I have always thought she was amazing but after today words can’t describe the level of customer service that she provided me today. My scheduled appointment was for 3:30 pm and I thought about cancelling due to the circumstances my family was experiencing with my Grandmothers declining health. Upon my arrival, Amy, knew right away there was something wrong and without prying into my situation was able to help me through an emotional visit. She helped me make a theme for nails in tribute to my grandmother and her if that wasn’t enough she gifted the work on my nails . Of course I tipped her very well but that will never be enough to express my appreciation. She wasn’t trying to make me return, obviously we know I am a regular customer, but wanted to change the negative events of the day.... and that she did ! I can not thank Amy and staff enough for making the worst day of my life seem a little bitter brighter!! Thank you for being so naturally amazing Amy and caring !!!! Not the best but they are really good. The ladies are really nice and kind there. They work fast but the focus on the nail details tho. I love their work and the prices are pretty reasonable. There is also a little chair for kids pedicure, which I think adds a nice touch since most moms bring their daughters. On the other hand, the place is little bet old and needs to be up to date. even the message chairs are worn off. I also would love to see the place staffed with more people because the four ladies couldnt keep up with how much customers they get even tho it was a Monday afternoon when I went. I would recommend it for Manicure, not so much for pedicure.

The ladies at Beauty Nails are so sweet and always so accommodating! The customers that go there are always nice to talk to as well when getting your nails done. Such a welcoming environment and I always leave happy!

I am from out of town and this nail salon is a 10+ stars!!! Very clean, girls are friendly and Im so happy with my nails. Pedicure was amazing. And they make you wash your hands n take your temperature. You will all leave as happy as me 😊

Always an amazing job (I get gel fill on my nails and pedicures biweekly). Ive been coming here since my first visit 2 years ago. The nail techs are so helpful, nice, and accommodating. Great selection in colors and the ladies are great with designs. Very easy to make appointments. I had some very unfortunate experiences at other local shoppes, so glad I found Beauty Nails!!!

They’re the sweetest and they do not rush at all and they their time which I really do appreciate. They make the nails exactly how you want them. They have beautiful colors there and their color selection is perfect. I’ve gone many many many times and not once have I had a bad experience. The lady’s there are the nicest and they do not disrespect. Also if you want them to touch something up in the end that you’re nit happy with, they’ll do it without any complaints

Such a great team there. She knew what she was doing and even when it got busy, she made sure we were all tended too. I like to talk, lol. and they just were all great. My nails came out great. I‘ll be coming back again.

Ive been to many places to do my nails but not like this one!! In my opinion these women know whats going on and you cant do nails better than that come and join them.

Had got a full set this Saturday. It is only Wednesday and they all popped off. I was hoping they would last. I now unfortunately have to go spend more money elsewhere. I was hoping to have a good experience. So very disappointed. The workers are very nice though.

Stopped at this location but got sent over to their new location on MEMORIAL AVE. Very nice people but I definitely feel that they over charged me for something I did but didnt agree to. They did not have a thick gold sparkle in regular nail polish so they used a gel polish, no problem. They charged me an extra $10 for 2 nails with sparkles for this polish and never stated to me that it would be extra when applying it on. I also just got my nails done yesterday and my white nail has orange leaked into it that now has a brown tint. Wont be coming to these locations again.

Best nail salon I’ve been to in a long time!!!! Not because of the decor or age of equipment but the actual person who worked on me! Took her time and care! I have been to a lot of places! Prices are very reasonable and service way beyond expectations! Was in town for another appointment decided to get a mani and pedi. Live an hr away will be back when I’m in the area!

I really like this place until the last told me to shushh... I was just trying to let her know the nail was crooked and I like them thick. Needless to say I left with cooked thin nails! Not to mention I was scolded like a child!

I’m not too sure how this place has “good” reviews. Yesterday was my first time here. I was greeted right away. I quickly noticed how dirty this place was. The waiting area chairs were stained, the place is out dated and overall dirty. I’m on a mission to find a great nail salon in west side so I figured I’d give it a try. I waited until a woman sat me down. She used a drill on my nails which burned and I asked her to stop since the gel was soak off. She wrapped my nails and I sat waiting so long that I started to take off the polish on my own. She came over and used a drill again to take off the soak off gel. She then filed and clear coated my nails over my cuticles and walked away. Another woman came over and polished my nails. I noticed a hair in my mani and she refused to fix it. It’s a thick hair embedded in my polish, pretty gross. She too painted over my nails and tried to file it out afterwards. I’ll never go back. My mani is messy and all they did was change my polish. I wonder if this place is up to code...
